And when one calls your customer service for complaints the lady on the other end of the phone keeps saying we will log it in and send our engineers but they never show up.I got inverter from your company with 8 batteries and surprisingly the 8 batteries don't last for more than 5hrs hours after charging all day with both electricity and solar power.
