Great shipping centre which really benefited from the refurbishment done recently, adding a number of good shops such as Uniqlo and H&M. There are some very good restaurants upstairs in the town square area, including Huxtaburger, Jimmy Grants and 400 Gradi. Parking can be a bit difficult at times, and is free for 3 hours.

Good place to get lost. Theres no access to maps. Touch screen maps to find your way from A-B would make a huge difference. I'll be staying away from this place after getting lost with my new born

Quite large shopping centre that has grown organically for many years. I find it hard to find my way around and its a pain to park with traffic issues around the parking entrances and exits.

So several hours in a suburban shopping centre can cost you $30 for parking. Never again will I visit Eastland there are countless other shopping centres that don't charge. Admittedly I generally would not spend that much time normally but this is also why I never go to the city.
A good shopping centre BUT never again!

Glam, new. clean. Definitely encapsulates the Australian consumerist movement, with high sky lights and architecture which complements the Australian sun.. Wide range of high quality fashion and goods. Lacking in super modern functionalities, which are not necessary but could be a great addition. Not a ground breaking shopping center, but it's not bad.

Parking can be really bad, took me 20 minutes just to get my car out of the car park the other day. Recently renovated, typical big shopping centre. Nice restaraunts in the town square, cinemas are really good but expensive.

Very well provisioned shopping centre with plenty of free parking, food venues and wide, bright open areas.

When parking choose your entrance which is closer to you desired shop or venue to avoid long walks.

You will find the centre is excellent for just a leisurely window shop.

Noticed security guards not social distancing some shopping stuff do not know how to wear a mask. Children playing on equipment and no one comes and cleans. Place very poorly cleaned in toilets and a lot of areas not dusted in months. Not good especially in current times

Parking is a nightmare, and we haven't hit the Christmas peak yet! Last week it took 30 minutes just to get to the boom gate to get out of the hell hole.
Months of inconvenience while favourite stores disappeared, and they reduce parking spaces and restrict exits - and then have the gall to charge for parking!!!
Free parking is only for the first 3 hours - tgen they slug you big time. Good luck getting in and out of the car park in under 3 hours in the lead up to Christmas!
And what's with the toilets???? I'm sure they have more than two, but I haven't been able to find them, and the "concierge" only knew of one, a ten minute walk from the desk in the mezzanine.
No provision for pedestrians in the car park
Wasted space by the hectare which WE have to pay for along with the outrageous rents the retailers pay.
Stay away!

Eastland had done a massive no-no. Their free WiFi is NOT that free at all.

While people can agree with Eastland using our information from Facebook or Google, they have further restricted our commentary access to YouTube meaning while you can view YouTube videos, you cannot comment on them. I tested this out by accessing whilst in Eastland connected to my 4G mobile.

It appears that slowly by slowly Eastland is powering to restrict internet access to where they feel it should be directed.

This is a terrible recent move by Eastland as now I will restrict my shopping in Eastland and I hope that people will follow suit until this restriction is removed.

It s a huge place with pretty much any store you could need. Plenty of amenities and food vendors. Parking can be a bit frustrating at times. The centre is open and light with plenty of places for kids to play and interesting installations, such as the living canopy ceiling. There are plenty of cafes to meet friends and family. There are lots of fashion based stores. There s plenty of entertainment between the arcade and the cinema, among others. It is also easy to get to via public transport.
