If I could rate MRO a negative 10 I would. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Providers need to stop using MRO immediately!!! Provider's patients are the ones who are suffering from this! They purposely do not send you what you ask for, and if they say they are going to correct it, they never do and you never hear back. They wait for you to send another request just so they can steal more money from you. It's RIDICULOUS. Getting anything from them is basically impossible, not to mention they are RUDE. As soon as I hear that a client has been seen at any provider that uses MRO, I want to SCREAM! Time to take some time to evaluate what is going on and fire MRO! Or even better, put them out of business. Extremely overpriced for how incompetent they are. Disgusted with this corporation.

If you bother to read all the reviews, you see that this company doesn't even come close to passing the smell test. And what's worse is they don't even seem to care. My old doctors office closed and the new one has been trying since December 8, 2020 to get my records. No response at all and my new doctor told me they are having the same issue with 3 other patients from this practice. Shame on you!!! If I could delete the one star and post I would.

Does anyone work here? I have been calling for weeks and leaving messages but no response. Charged me $163. for a $7 bill after weeks of calling gave me $131 credit - not sure their their math came from but that's a $31 charge not $7 and now a couple of weeks later and many voicemails left - absolutely no response. I can't believe Beth Israel would work with such a fly by night failure of a company. Steer clear and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! Wish I could give them negative stars.

Absolutely horrible company. I have been filling out request forms for 9 months. I am currently filling out the 4 request and they are telling me they don t have records of anything. They want me to fill out another form. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LAST 3!?!? I guess I just won t get my medical records because this company is incompetent and might even be completely useless. I pray no one has to deal with these people ever, even though that isn t possible. MIGHT BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH. The best part is a still have no resolution.

This company deserves ZERO stars. I sent over a request for a simple immunization record on August 25th. The information came in on September 7th. 14 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE!! In the meantime, the employer that was requiring this proof of immunization has moved on to another candidate. I am strongly considering legal action.

If you are a hospital, please consider going with a different provider. This is wholly unacceptable.

Horrible customer service!! Nothing is ever their fault. If you request records from MRO and it is not fulfilled correctly, they blame the medical facility or make you jump through hoops. They continuously delay and deny. This is the worst record retrieval company. I have no idea why medical providers use MRO. There are so many other options. DO NOT USE MRO! We have issues on a weekly basis with MRO and when we know a provider uses MRO, we cringe! Stop using MRO!!

It does not get much worse than this company. I had a simple request; medical records. Instead of receiving the medical records I have received one email stating they're working on it, then another email (after I sent nearly 10 emails if not more), stating that they sent the records. Clearly they did not, or even if they did, the records were clearly never received. Why then email me saying they were sent instead of just sending them! Obviously they were not. Horrible horrible company. I STILL have not received my records.

I had tried to get records sent to an insurance company but found out the insurance company had been submitting wrong authorizations. I thought it was MRO's fault IT WAS NOT! the MRO rep patiently explained what I needed and once I had the insurance company straightened out, there was absolutely no delay!
