If I could rate MRO a negative 10 I would. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Providers need to stop using MRO immediately!!! Provider's patients are the ones who are suffering from this! They purposely do not send you what you ask for, and if they say they are going to correct it, they never do and you never hear back. They wait for you to send another request just so they can steal more money from you. It's RIDICULOUS. Getting anything from them is basically impossible, not to mention they are RUDE. As soon as I hear that a client has been seen at any provider that uses MRO, I want to SCREAM! Time to take some time to evaluate what is going on and fire MRO! Or even better, put them out of business. Extremely overpriced for how incompetent they are. Disgusted with this corporation.
