Mr. Lender is helpful, and always makes sure that I can afford to pay back loans without getting into financial difficulty. They always give me the full information I need to make a decision before I take a loan.

Scam beware. Dodgy processes involving trying to obtain access to your bank account. If you refuse they try and make things deliberately difficult to try and get you to comply. VERY unprofessional, very inconsistent. Steer well clear!!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to this amazing loan company Mr Lender. This is my second loan and due to my income being reduced due to COVID-19 I have never come across such sheer professionalism and understanding as Mr Lender.

I would also like to share my thanks to Kaiya in the Customer Service team her prompt response and understanding on my situation during the coronavirus outbreak.

I look forward to resuming my normal payments as agreed the end of this month and I hope to carry on using Mr Lender for the foreseeable future. I couldn't pick a better loan company.

This company is diabolical, I ve always paid on time or early- they make that a breach as they don t get to earn interest on the agreed amount. The CEO is a conman and is about to appear on BBC watchdog, staff don t have a clue. They also get new staff to create google accounts and mark 5 star to up their reviews marks lol. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ok they are what they are, however the people on the end of the phone have a set of rules to work by , they have to go through everything BUT they do it while being human and treating you as a person, they even laughed at my awful jokes.

He was very pleasant and delivered the information exceptionally well, very clear and staight job I will definitely refer to a friend

I am disgusted and disappointed that mr lender has said they have put money in my account and haven't now I have to wait 5 working days for them to look into where the money has gone. Pointless if you need the money straight away

Absolute disgrace of a company, profiting on other people's misery. Any positive reviews on here are most probably fake. Don't loan money, seek advice and get help. This company and all the other loan sharks out there should be banned from trading and stripped of any profits!!
