THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THEY TREAT THERE STAFF BAD AND THEY ARE RUDE. I HAVE HAD FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT AND THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT HAS MY BANK DETAILS. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Not a bad company and not great either. The process is quick and you get your money very fast usually within the hour. Only criticism is that you need call each time and thus very little automisation like some other pay day lenders. Another issue is that you cannot make capital payments online like other lenders which means you need wait until next day to call, if they closed, and they make a days interest from you. Interest rate very high also and it would be nice if they offered lower rates and different packages depending on customer length of loan like some competitors is use.
Lovely professional attitude, not selling you debt, were very clear on their product and careful that you understand exactly what the repayment would be and that it was 100% right for you.
