The Washington Georgia McDonald's has a beautiful clean new restaurant facility. This McDonald's have friendly employees, fast service and hot food!

We had to wait about 5 min for our food, but it was worth it. Very fresh and the service was very polite, I had a flashback from the 80's it was so good. I think it was the manager that brought our food to the car, and even gave me a Apple pie for the wait!!! Much better than it has been in the past!

Took forever to get my food and everyone looked lazy except for one worker doing everything.

It's McDonald's. The food was okay, it's never gonna be five star dining

As always at the Washington location, slow drive thru and your order is wrong. Out of sweet tea!!! Come on!!

It's a McDonald's so you should have a pretty good idea of the food. The owner works within walking distance and drops in often so the employees are always on their toes. Very recently remodeled with two drive thru lanes and self service kiosks inside. Also an outdoor playground for the kids.

Order was completely wrong as usual!! Chicken tasted like it had been cooked during the lunch rush but my husband just left McDonald's @ 8:00p.m! A waste of money!!!

It was what I expexted... the food was hot and tasty.

Louisville McDonald's is always nice. Food is good. Staff are friendly.

Wrong, they take too long to deliver your food order

I hate to give this outlet a low rating because the employees genuinely try to give a stellar experience. What they lack is support from the company. I ordered two strawberry shakes, 10 minutes later I'm told the machine broke down. Why can't the company have a replacement device on site?

Fast service, friendly staff, usual McDonald's food, severed quickly and politely.

This restaurant was absolutely disgusting there were flys everywhere the workers were yelling profanity. No tables were cleaned off all covered in food and flys.

Waited ten minutes for meal. And asked to pull up to reserve parking. 4 other vehicles pulled up as well. Place is terrible

This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen. We went in a second time thinking maybe it was just an off day the first time but it was even worse. There was trash all over the dining room and three employees standing around doing nothing.

Need improvement on service need be quicker about getting products out to customers

Should have spent your money on training your employees instead of remodeling your store! The seating is terrible too. Won't be back.

Can't get the orders right. Takes forever to get your food. At least the ice cream machine is working...knock on wood

Terrible service!! Very rude customer walking around with his hands stuck down the front of his pants (which were hanging off of his rear). These kinds of things need to be called out by management and should not be allowed. Who wants to see this kind of discussing behavior? It is perverted. I, for one, am calling it out as it is...sick! I won't be back to this McDonald's for these reasons: too much loitering, not good service, and unclean.

To many kid are playing around in the drive through and i order a large milkshake and they gave me a small i was really mad after my visit because i order one this and got another thing

What can you say about the greatest franchise on the planet? It is exactly like all the other McDonald's you encounter. At least all the ones that are not in a run-down area.

It's ok at times but mostly it's slow and they never get my order right & when u call to tell them they want u to drive back to town to bring it back if there was other burger place in Washington I bet McDonald's would go out of business

They never get anything right. Everytime I go my order is always wrong.

Service is always slow and the staff is always in their own little world, talking to each other or friends. Most times the order is wrong. Tonight the drink machine was over flowing with nasty water and rust.

They are okay. I believe they were short staffed (it is Thanksgiving morning) they forgot about my order in the drive thru.... I went in to retrieve my order, unfortunately no apologizes were given.

I was traveling and I stopped for a restroom break...at least 3 flies in the women's restroom... I ordered a senior coffee. It was 1.50. Several customers who came in after me received their order before me...I won't go back.

Lobby area is very clean.
Entrance to parking area needs better signage, not easy to find entrance.
Inattentive counter staff.
Forget my coffee.
Noticed other customers having to go up to counter to get food items missed.

The service was good and the time it took to get our food was great.

I ate at McDonald s May 02, 2019. The service was very slow. I stood in line a long time while the counter staff ignored me. One counter staff person talked on her cell phone while ignoring customers. They got my order wrong and I waited and waited for a counter staff person to acknowledge me. Service was and is a joke. This is the only McDonald s for miles and miles around. The next time that I pass through Washington, Georgia I ll pass up this McDonald s and find a competitor to spend my money at. Low I.Q. employees know doubt are the only people that work here.

It's McDonald's, so the food quality is what it is. You could tell our food had already been premade and was just sitting. Other than that, the bathrooms were disgusting.

I think they use the pull up space to much the last few times I went through the drive thru windows they have done this

Placed an order today and pulled up, paid, then was immediately pulled forward on arrival at the second window. This in itself wasn't bothersome, but the fact that I and others continued to wait for about half an hour for our orders with no explanation and no apology from apathetic staff was unacceptable. The food was fresh enough, but the lack of customer service and inconsideration regarding time and lack of communication was inexcusable. Better to drive on and find another place to grab a bite.

My daughters love stop by on our way home for a quick snack.

The floor is DANGEROUSLY greasy and slick! You can fall at any minute like a ICE SKATING RINK!

Nasty dining room horrible service I actually threw my moca away I was afraid to drink it because this place was beyond nasty should be closed down!

Register person very friendly ,and willing to help me with my order. And I enjoyed it I sat outside in the playground with my niece we had fun

Morning shift was under staffed. Food was slow but staff was pleasant.

My order was fine but they were messing up orders like crazy on 5.25.2018. 3 people returning orders for every one person ordering. Bad night at McDonald's.

This is our one hour travel break area. It is convenient to the highway and if you want to go into Historic Washington. This is always good for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee while on the road. The staff is always very friendly as are the local residents that frequent this restaurant. I recommend this McDonalds.

Slowest fast food ever! My brother ordered a salad and I got a double quarter meal. I got and ate my meal before he ever got his salad. A salad! At least he got a refund.

They are busy sometimes. Sometimes they are not. I have been there when they wasn't busy and still had to wait on my food. Another time I went they forgot to fix my order, I had been waiting 15 mins and when they did fix it, it was wrong. They gave me my money back, and another order, but I haven't eaten there in a while.

Don't expect fast food there because there service might have been faster if they had hired a team of sloths

Employees dont care, orders are always wrong, and it takes 20-30 mins to get food...even in the drive thru.

Usually stop here when we take our dog to the vet nearby - they do a decent job
