Wouldn t recommend, got an email saying id been accepted, sent in 2 months worth of payslips then got an email declining my loan!

Went through the online application, told it was provisionally accepted. I then had to call them up and go through the same questions as I did online, they then called my employer who confirmed I worked there. I was then told it was declined on affordability? Surely this should all be done before contacting employers? I must say, relief is an understatement for being refused... LOL then I get told if my circumstances change In the future to try them again lol. Let me think about that! Erm NO!

I have used mr lender a couple of times and they are a responsible lender always checking repayments are affordable. Quick and helpful and told money would Be in account within a couple of hours. Would use again.
Never an issue getting a loan, however, my lower limit to borrow and lower time limit to pay back have both increased. Meaning i now have to borrow more than i want. I also dont like having the loan hanging over me for to long, so prefer the lower amounts. Tbese are no longer available

Would defo recommend, my loan is nearly paid off now only have 3 months left, only thing I wish they did was a top up loan, but they did offer me a very reasonable settle ment payment to wich I could take a new loan out for more. Lady was lovely that I spoke with and iv not had any problems. Will defo borrow from them again.
