Customer service is excellent really helpful would recommend to family and friends

I got a loan October 2018 all was good met criteria and never missed a repayment I have just gone on to make another loan and got declined because I don't meet the criteria which everything is the same I have been chatting with them on line and they where not helpful in any way I am now going to use some other company which has not declined me not happy

For a member of the Payday Loan group, Mr Lender is surprisingly good value. The process to clear funds is thorough but still very quick. Staff are really informative, efficient and polite.

Usually very helpful however today I felt they was quite abrupt. I understand security questions and such but the questions and sound of judgement on the call today was quite annoying.

The fact I get multiple texts an emails begging me to take a new loan, then when I do I get made to feel quite inadequate and stupid. Even when I explained something there was no acknowledgement just moved on with a monotone voice and asked for my bank details.

Unsure if I will use again after this experiance

At first i will say i was dubious about taking out a loan with Mr Lender but i must be honest, they have been a godsend, im now on my third loan with them 750.00 credit limit, yes of course the interest is quite high but its only to be expected for people with poor or bad credit history you can pay back early so your really only paying the interest each day which on my current loan is about 5.80 per day , im going on holiday and was struggling to make last holiday payment before payday, i contacted them and within an hour my money was in the bank,holiday payed no more worries, i will definately be using Mr Lender again great company keep up the good work.

Mr Lender's application process is very good and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mr Lender without hesitation

I had a loan never missed a payment paid it 1 month early then because of an incompetent advisor I got declined even though my status has not changed I phoned and asked if I pay and settle early can I reapply I was told yes spoke to a manager who give me all the spiel that it is there system that makes the decision I will never use them again

After a few questions I was accepted and it's a swift simple process.
