The front desk staff told me to show up 15 minutes...

The front desk staff told me to show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment, but they didn t bring the paperwork out to my car until 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. The staff member who addressed my paperwork was patient and did apologize for the delay. The other two women at the front desk were engaged in what appeared to be a very focused conversation with each other - only the staff member who did my paperwork and the tech were wearing masks the two engrossed in their conversation were at the front desk unmasked and seemed to not intend to wear them at all despite COVID and the patients being required to wear them after waiting in their vehicles (out of sight, out of mind).

My actual imaging tech was wonderful, she was proficient and answered my questions. The imaging process itself was just fine.

I had been told that I could get a CD of my images afterwards, so I requested it and was told it would be about 10 minutes and to wait in my car. I got the CD 40 minutes later.

If you go here, factor in a lot of extra time to wait in your car, and wear a mask because the visible half of the staff interacting with patients weren t.

**If there were other patients, I would have been understanding of my appointment being pushed back a bit, however I was the only one parked in a reserve spot as instructed, I didn t see other patient vehicles until after my imaging was done.
