I booked A1 for my little sister s bachelorette party to go to some wineries. From start to finish, the customer service was perfect! I spoke with Quinn most often, but when he wasn t available the other reps were super friendly as well. On the day of the event we met our driver Katie and everyone adored her right off the bat. You can t go wrong with this company! Quinn and Katie are rockstars and I hope I get another reason to plan a party in Ohio!

Used two buses for my wedding and they are the most reliable and professional service I have ever used..highly recommend!

We used A1 for our wedding to transport us around for pictures. Our driver, Fred, was friendly, polite, and punctual. He did a great job and our ride was smooth and comfortable. We used the Gatsby II and comfortably fit 15 full sized adults. We would highly recommend them and had very positive experiences with the Office staff throughout the whole booking process. Carmen was very detailed. It was great to be able to see all of the available options and Carmen helped us determine the best one that fit our needs.

A-1 Mr. Limo did such a wonderful job of making our wedding day spectacular! Carmen was always incredibly helpful via phone and email correspondence prior to our event. In addition to the great customer service, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our chauffeur, Dave K.! He was kind enough to call me a few days before my wedding to discuss our plans for the evening and answer any questions I had; which put me at ease about all of our travel plans for our big day. On the day of our wedding he was on time, kind, humorous, and did a wonderful job at getting us to our picture location safely. He made sure that everything ran smoothly (he called in a back-up bus at the first sign of the air conditioning malfunctioning so that we were never uncomfortable). While my husband and I were out having our pictures taken, he brought us bottled water to help keep us cool in the hot, July weather. He went above and beyond his job requirements by moving all of our bouquets and belongings into the reception hall (bridal party of 20) as we lined up to make our grand entrance and then held the door open for all of us as we entered (during which time he cheered us on and congratulated us). We had a great time and Dave was definitely a huge help on our wedding day. Thank you so much A-1 Mr. Limo! I was impressed and would highly recommend your services!!

I booked 4 vehicles for my daughters wedding for the rehearsal dinner, father bride car to the wedding, bridal party bus and shuttle bus to and from church and hotel for guests. Everything went so smoothly. Weather was rainy and the driver made sure he had an umbrella to walk guests thru the rain. Ray drove the bridal party bus and was fabulous. I highly HIGHLY recommend A-1 Mr Limo!!

What a great business! They were so accommodating for our daughter's Senior Prom. They have fantastic customer service from the minute I requested a quote to the minute they dropped them off. Carmen was friendly and made u feel like a friend and not a customer. Andre was upbeat and a great driver, making it fun every minute of their night! The kids loved his enthusiasm! Wonderful experience! Used them for our wedding 2 weeks ago and couldn t be happier. From the time of booking the staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to go back on 2 occasions to look at the different limo options prior to deciding. Even gave us a nice discount for booking 2 years in advance! Other limo companies we had looked at seemed shady, didn t feel comfortable with any company but A1 Mr. Limo. They were flexible with us changing our time slightly and changing the schedules stops for the day. Our drivers were some of the nicest people we have ever met. Calling us to confirm details a few days before and ready and smiling the day of, helping wherever needed.

My wife and I booked A-1 for our wedding party so we could make the trip downtown for photos. From the beginning of the booking process, to the setting of the route, and to our wedding day, we can t say enough about how amazing their team was for us! We were originally booked for an earlier date that was postponed due to Coronavirus. They allowed us to make the change without extra cost (this was also only possible due to our chosen bus was still available for our new date). And then a week before our wedding, we found out that my father would not be able to attend our wedding due to his health, but they showed flexibility in allowing us to make the last-minute change to add an extra stop to our route. Mark was our driver, and he treated us like VIPs for the day. He called us the day before our wedding to finalize our route instructions, and was super accommodating and understanding when we were held up when we stopped in to visit my father at the hospital. I can t say enough how much he helped to make our already special day feel just that much more amazing! The bus itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Not to mention, the heavenly AC on a warm July afternoon. The speaker system was awesome and gave us an opportunity to connect our phones to play music. We can t thank the entire A-1 team enough for their service and for their product!

All of my wedding reviews are amazing, so if it sounds like I got lucky . I really didn t. What I did was take my time to review each vendor and ask the right questions to ensure I was picking the perfect person to make our wedding day special. A-1 Mr. Limo was one of the vendors I didn t even need to investigate.

Their company comes with a glowing reputation and outstanding service and longevity in the Cleveland area. Every wedding professional knows A-1 when we d tell people who we chose for our limo service, they would smile and nod knowingly. Their fleet is always kept up to date, very clean, and state of the art. Every single person you interact with at A-1 Mr Limo is a true professional- friendly and focused and working hard to make sure all of the details are covered. We worked with Carmen and he was great. He was so patient and made sure he answered any questions I had.

When wedding day came, our driver (Dave)showed up early and got started loading the coach (The Gatsby 2) and coordinating with our photographer. I spoke to Dave on the phone a few days prior and we covered all the details as well. I can t even begin to thank him enough for being so exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. Here are a couple amazing things Dave did to make our day easy:

*When we came out of the church, he was waiting outside with a cup of water for each of us. He congratulated us and helped us scurry back inside
*Each time the bridesmaids headed back to the bus, he was waiting to take our bouquets and store them safely while we rode to the next destination.
* We were taking photos on some questionable railroad tracks and Dave was there to help me walk down- even though there were photographers, videographers, and my husband there he wanted to make sure we got down safely.

The price for the limo was a steal. I don t know the details, but our best man also used them for the bachelor party and they were very happy. I highly recommend A-1 Mr Limo for any transportation needs!

A-1 Mr. Limo has such an excellent reputation for a reason. They have been a leader in this industry for years and hire the most professional staff. We worked with Carmen to book our limo (bus) for our wedding day. The selection is outstanding, and they keep their vehicles nicely maintained and in top condition at all times. We had read a review that Dave was a great driver, so on a whim we requested him for the day of our wedding. Dave is wonderful - and that is an understatement. When he first reached out to me to get some extra information, I could tell that he was dedicated and viewed his job as much more than just "driving people around." He is a very considerate person and offered some wonderful advice before the wedding. On our wedding day, we were married in a church that did not have air conditioning... on a beautiful and warm June Saturday. Dave was waiting for us with water so that we could hydrate before our big exit. How sweet! We also had a breast-feeding mother in our wedding party and he was very considerate to help her get time to pump without any visitors climbing in and out. He took us everywhere we needed to go without any incidents, even though we did not have a very comprehensive list or great instructions to give him. I highly recommend A-1 Mr. Limo - they won't be late and you won't need to worry about transportation AT ALL on your big day! I also recommend Dave - he is worth his weight in gold.

We used A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding party transportation and couldn't be happier. They came recommended from some other friends, and I can now see why. They were very timely, communication was great, and they allowed us to have a great time on the trolley. Even when it started to rain and we were outside for photos, Mark (our driver) came outside with 2-3 umbrellas, holding them all at once, to help protect some of us and the photographers.

Cathy was so understanding when we changed places of pick up and drop off last minute, helped us get the best deal, and really professional. She had great costumer service and gave quick responses when we would email. Don was our driver, and he was so kind and easy going! We had a little detour stop, and he had no problem with our request. I will definitely use them in the future, and recommend them.

Derek, our driver, was the best to work with. His communication was great from the beginning, making sure that we were on the same page for all details. This company was fantastic for my wedding! We got the smallest party bus and it was SO roomy on the inside for eight people! Our driver was so kind and fantastic and it was really neat that you could play music with an aux cord. Also their pricing was very fair and they were very understandable when I asked to pay for an extra hour. I 100% recommend A-1 Mr. Limo!

From the very 1st call to the very end our experience was amazing. Everyone was professional and very informative. We rented the Boss limo bus for a group of high school graduates that wanted to take pictures around town since their prom was canceled due to the virus.The chauffeur Elvin was awesome to say the least.
