Excellent Experience!!! They really went the extra mile! (No pun intended)

Mark was our driver in the Boss 2 and he was phenomenal! We had a great experience all day on our wedding party bus. He was prompt, helped put our drinks in coolers, kept us laughing, got us to all of our destinations with ease, dried off bridesmaid bouquets and even fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle! Highly recommend the driver and A1 Mr. Limo!

Our experience couldn t have been better! What an incredible time we had and the service was perfect! Valarie was such a trooper with our group and was so much fun! The party bus was gorgeous, so roomy and so clean as well!

Elvins customer service and personality was way above expectations. He had us laughing all day! Unfortunately my brides beautiful dress was torn walking out of the church! Elvin hopped into action and pulled out a sewing kit and said I got you I ll take care of it! After our pictures Elvin drove us around so we could enjoy our time and get our Moneys worth. We arrived to or destination 20 minutes early and we asked him if could park in the back until it was time for our grand entrance and with out hesitation and knowing he had a party later in the evening he parked in the back and had us laughing until he finally had to take off. Upon exiting the bus Elvin was kind enough to let us take a picture with him so he will be part of our special day forever! Thank you A-1 and Elvin!

This is one of the best transportation service available that is absolutely great timely we had a late start but still got to our destination on time & the driver not only took very good care of me and my team but also my security provided him coffee thanks we will use and continue to use this company again.

Literally can not say enough good things about this company. The service before our wedding. Was spectacular and our driver literally went above and beyond for us. It poured on hour wedding and he had back up umbrellas. When we were running behind schedule due to the rain he told us not to worry and he would do anything we needed to make our day perfect . BEST limo service hands down. Every time I had a question I called and they were never anything but happy to help me, no matter who I talked to. I've never experienced such positive, informative, and prompt customer service anywhere else. My husband and I used a1 limo for our wedding in February 2018. We had James as our driver and rented the Gatsby party bus that 13 of us comfortably. It had an adapter cable that we could hook up to the stereo system to play our own music. We brought lunch on the limo to eat after the ceremony. James was the kindest, sweetest, and most professional driver. He went above and beyond. It was raining the morning of the wedding but he made sure to escort everyone himself with umbrellas so no one's dresses, hair, or makeup were ruined. He helped carry our stuff into the limo. Great experience. Hiring again for future events !!!!

It was raining on our wedding day and the limo driver always made sure the bridal party was covered when entering and exiting the limo. They even assisted in the photos by ensuring everyone was dry. The limo was great, clean, and very fun. I would recommend anyone who is looking for top care to look at A-1 Mr. Limo.

We used A-1 Mr. Limo for our Wedding party bus on 8.01.2020, and had an excellent experience! Our driver, Mark, called me the day before our event to go over the itinerary, he arrived on time, and even assisted our bridal party into the church by holding umbrellas for us while it was raining. He was very knowledgeable of Downtown Cleveland, which made navigating the day of the event much less stressful. The BOSS bus was the perfect size for our event, which allowed for some social distancing, and was very clean and stocked upon arrival. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely use this company again in the future!

James was the driver for my sister's wedding party, and he was such a blessing to her special day! James took care of us like a father chaperone. He loaded things into the vehicle, shepherded each of us with an umbrella in the rain, helped us high-heeled girls everywhere we went, and afforded the most pleasant disposition the entire time (never-minding the volume and choices of music). He was a pleasure to ride with, and I am so thankful to have been trusted to his care.

Our driver, Ray, was extremely professional. He shared words of encouragement and endearment. He was happy to take us to alternate destinations during our pictures when the original plan did not work out. He arrived early to pick up the bride and her bridesmaids, making sure he was ready as soon as they were, and we all arrived safely and on time to our reception. He was always waiting by the door to assist in helping the bride up onto the bus. To everyone at A-1 Mr. Limo, thank you for everything, and especially to our driver, Ray, who again was a true professional.

Tim was amazing!! Two days before our wedding Tim called to let us know he would be taking care of us, he wanted to let us know if we had any questions or concerns to please call him! Sure enough a question arose, Tim answered right away and let us drop the alcohol off prior to the wedding so it was nice and cold!! Customer service was fantastic! I would not recommend this company to anyone. While the drivers were great, Michael was terrible to work with. After signing a contract and paying the deposit for a bus to fit our 17 person bachelorette party, I got a call one week prior to my event saying the bus was double booked and there was no bus or limo to fit my group. We would have to take two limos and split the group up. Michael booked my group more than 2 months out in a bus that was already booked. Then waited till one week before to tell me that it was already booked. A week out in the middle of wedding season, I am sure he knew there was nothing I could do and I would have to take the two limos, pay him, and use their services. If you are looking for your event to go flawless, I would not recommend this company or working with Michael. Thank you our drivers, Craig and Sharon for making the day of better however I would never wish the stress of planning with a-1 Mr. limo on anyone for such a important day!

Have used them multiple times for events. They are fantastic. Drivers have always been professional, on-time and flexible. Would highly recommend for any sized events. We have used their services for a wedding (50+ guests using transportation) and a small family event and both were impeccable.

For the wedding, our driver was Derek and he was fantastic. He was early and while there was a lot of waiting time until one of the groups was ready, he came out and talked/joked with the waiting group to keep everyone engaged and informed.

Mark was such a great driver! We had the gatsby, and it fit the 18 of us very nicely. The entire experience was great from pick up to drop off, and I would highly recommend this service and experience :)

A-1 Limo was phenomenal! Mark, the driver was excellent, helpful, and fun. Because of him alone they should change the name to "Wingman Limo." They provided great transportation and service. Along with the people, their trolley was amazing! They were one of the most organized and well put together vendors we worked with for our wedding. We would recommend them to anyone looking.

A-1 is top notch! They helped me plan my bachelorette party to the wineries weeks beforehand, coordinating with the wineries themselves, and providing me with helpful information. Our driver, Joe, was early, professional, and friendly. There was nothing I needed to worry about on the day of the party because he had everything under control. The limo itself was roomy, clean and stocked with water. Blue tooth was available as well as fun lighting and window shades. I also like that A-1 includes tip in their total payment beforehand so we didn't have to worry about figuring that out at the end of the night. Would use them for any future limo needs FOR SURE!

We always enjoyed our trips from a ! from my daughter graduation trip to the wedding we had. The office staff to the driver all courteous, make's appoint to keep drinks cold and the bus or car cold in summer and warn in the winter. Absolutely will not use anyone else but A-1 Mr. Limo and always encourage friends of mine to do the same. Keep up the great work A-1 Mr. Limo, we will be back over & over again.

From day one, Mr. A-1 Limo was nothing but wonderful! They were very friendly and easily the best option for our bachelorette party. Our driver, Katie, made the night A BLAST. She was so fun & friendly. She even gave us ideas as to where to go and stopped at places we wouldn t have thought of. She also hopped out and played photographer for us. The bus was in great condition (much better than Lake Erie Limo), we didn t have a single issue. As things got crazier, Katie kept us safe and kept the bus clean for us all night long. We ve all agreed that we will be renting a party bus with them again in the future for a fun night out. And with Katie s recommendation, we are taking our first trip on Lolly the Trolley this holiday season. It s safe to say all 12 of us from that night would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Tony from Mr. Limo arrived on time to pick up the bride-to-be for a 10:00 am wedding. He was meticulously dressed, polite, pleasant and professional. He spent the day chaufuering the couple from the house, to the park for pictures, to the church and to the reception and then home after the festivities. The limo, a Mercedes, was the epitome of luxury and style. It was reported that he was a cautious and safe driver. Kudos to Mr. Limo and Tony!!

From the very beginning, booking with A-1 Mr. Limo was the easiest/best thing we did for our wedding day on 7/7/2018. Carmen was so kind and patient every time I called with questions, he was also very knowledgeable with their business and gave wonderful recommendations based on our party. When Carmen was out of the office, I dealt with Quinn who was JUST as kind and easy to work with. If there is one thing I would stress most about A-1, it is their amazing customer service!!! On the day of our wedding we had Alan as our bus driver, he was extremely knowledgable on the Downtown Cleveland area and had back up plans for everything if a photo shoot spot was too crowded. He too, was amazing to work with. Alan was friendly, funny, and a great bus driver. At the end of our time, we had left over food on the bus and Alan suggested donating the food to one of their regular spots. I loved this idea instead of throwing it all away. I give A-1 Mr. Limo a 5 star review and highly recommend their services. Thank you A-1 Mr. Limo for being apart of our big day and helping it run smoothly!!!

My husband and I were supposed to be married May 9th, but had to postpone due to COVID-19 to July 25th. We had a large bridal party (10/side). We were also inviting some SOs with us, so we were at the very top of the capacity for the large buses.

We were originally booked in the Apollo, which was unavailable for July so we chose Mr. Trolley. They were very responsive and prompt during everything. Before we sent in our balance payment I checked and Mrs. Trolley and the Apollo were available. I am soooo glad we went with Mrs. Trolley, which had half bench seating and half school bus type seats. It was really cool having something different from the typical party bus. Mrs. Trolley was bright and spacious and our party loved it! I flip flopped the decision of which bus to have and I'm sure I annoyed them haha, but they never made it feel like I was and were amazing!

Our chauffer Larry was very attentive, always made sure the bridesmaids were off safe and myself with my dress. He called me the night before to make sure he had all the information and we had everything we need.

A-1 Mr. Limo was excellent from start to finish. I shopped a few companies before selecting Mr. Limo, and I am very happy I found them. They gave me the best, most reasonable pricing and were genuinely interested in making our event flawless. We used (2) of their Executive Buses that carried 23 in each, and they were new, clean and the drivers were kind and professional. If I ever needed to do transportation like this again, I would definitely use Mr. Limo.

We rented the 12 passenger Mercedes Grande for our July 1 wedding. Our driver, Larry, was incredible. During our photos between our wedding and our reception he was was always prepared with water or a towel. He held my bouquet and even fluffed my dress multiple times without prompting. He was so attentive it really made the whole process stress-free. If I ever need a limo again I would use A1 Mr Limo and ask specifically for Larry!
