Wonderful wedding touch with A-1. Amazing service!! Great ride and beautiful bus. I recommend The Boss Limo Bus. Our Driver Dave was amazing and certainly made it easy for our wedding party and everything went without a hitch.

I rented to shuttle busses for my wedding and both drivers were excellent! Also, the staff who helped me book were very kind and helpful. They made this experience very easy and the night went by flawless. Thank you!

We had Tony as our driver for our wedding day. He arrived at the hotel in time and assisted the men with the cooler before driving to the first destinstion. After he dropped them off, he returned for the rest of the bridal party. Tony assisted the Bride and maids into the coach. He was great and curteous to all. We had him until 6 pm for our final destination. We would reccomend A-1Mr. Limo to all. Thank you for making our day run smoothly.

Our driver Tom showed up early, was so kind to help the bride and bridesmaids get on and off the bus, and was all around a great time. I will always recommend this company for any and all party bus needs. They are fun, professional, and have great communication with their clients and always on time. I also had to change our date due to COVID, and they handled it with ease. Thank you for such a great experience on our wedding!

A-1 Mr. Limo has been amazing since the start of our wedding planning. They are EXTREMELY great at customer service and will do anything to ensure using them is a quick and easy process. Our driver, Matt, was first class. He went above and beyond to make everything easy on us; from loading up all of our drinks to having absolutely anything you could ever need on board! It started to rain while we were taking pictures and he even busted out umbrellas for everyone! He was personable, professional, and the best driver we've ever experienced. This company is truly 5 star and we don't have enough kind words to say about them. We wouldn't look any further than A-1 when choosing a limo company ever again!

I would absolutely recommend A1 Mr. Limo! They were fantastic to work with and made transportation the day of our wedding completely stress-free. We coordinated multiple vehicles (one on Friday, one on Saturday morning, two Saturday evening, AND the wedding party bus) and we didn't have a single issue with any of the vehicles. Every single driver was on time, friendly, pleasant and kind. I worked with Carmen to schedule the many routes/pick-ups and it was executed flawlessly. Carmen was extremely patient and helped me meet all of the transportation needs we had. All of the vehicles were clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure to work with A1 Mr. Limo on our wedding day -- you will NOT regret booking with this company!

I haven t ride with them yet , our pick up is tomorrow but I m definitely looking forward to it , the company has stayed in contact with us since we booked and has been professional and friendly , Carmen was extraordinary and keeping communication and providing needed information , so far I m very impressed !!!

My Finacee (now "WIFE") booked our Wedding Party Bus with A-1 and could not have been more satisfied with the entire process. We booked the Boss 4 Bus nearly 9/10 months ago over the phone and that process was super smooth (usually will receive a discount if you pay in full at the time of booking). A month out, we received an email to update/fill out the more detailed itinerary. That's all standard, but let me tell you, the itinerary changed (photo locations) while we were on the ride and the Driver, had No Problems adapting.
Our Chauffeur was DEREK, and he was THE MAN!
Nothing against any of the other drivers, but if you can schedule him, you won't be disappointed. I'll also point out that this weekend they were having issues with their main company phone line, but the office constantly provided updates, and an alternative number to use in the case of an issue/emergency. It was a nice move and allowed us piece of mind in case we needed to get a hold of someone....beats the alternative of needing them and just getting a dial-tone. Boss 4 was on the newer side, and had all we needed to keep the party going!

As my family members arrived they were delightedly surprised about our accommodations to our destination....Theresa Caputo LIVE at the MGM Northfield Racino! Ice, water and glasses were provided and upon arrival, the luxury of being dropped off at the entrance and being able to leave our coats safely in the Party Bus! It was a night to remember!

I had read previous reviews and heard that this was one of the best limo services around Cleveland Although not a convenient drive, it was well worth the trip! This is the one place I made the groom go with me to an appointment. It was really important for me to have him pick out the Limo we planned to use on the day of the wedding. He was absolutely dreading it, but when the appointment was done, he had a really fun time touring the limos and Carmen, who showed us around, was super genuine and informative. He was able to give us a good deal for the day and thoroughly stayed in touch with us during the entire length of our wedding planning. Once the pandemic hit, we no longer worked with Carmen (which was a bummer) but worked with Quinn instead. She was equally as informative and supportive, especially during the crazy time of Covid. The day prior to the wedding we heard from our limo driver. He was prompt, prepared and was a total blast! I believe our driver was Elvin. I would highly recommend this limo service totally an amazing experience and it ran so smoothly!
