A-1 was absolutely fantastic. The bus was clean, large and comfy. We had the option of stocking the bus with ice for a small cost, and it was very helpful. The driver, Quinn was a DREAM. He was early to arrive, helpful and very kind. He brought us waters, helped our photographer, fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, and moved our luggage into the hotel. He was attentive and accommodating to changes in our plans. We LOVED him. I could not recommend this service more.

Great limo and even greater driver (Mark). Totally accommodating and thoughtful in every regard during our wedding day. Every interaction with Mark and office staff was great! I would, and will, recommend Mr Limo to my friends.

We went on a wine tour yesterday as a present for my daughters birthday. We had a blast and will definitely do again. I was the old lady of the bus as there was a large group of twenty somethings also, but they were lots of fun and very nice. Loved our driver Elvin. He was very entertaining. Hope we get him as our driver each time.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. First, the sales people were extremely helpful helping me plan the perfect evening out. The coach we rented was beautiful inside and out. We went to choose a limo for our wedding, and one of the chauffeurs greeted us and helped us make a decision. We liked him so much we requested him for the wedding day! A few days before, Mark texted me and made sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of. He made last minute suggestions, and confirmed times and locations with me. When he picked us up, he put us all at ease. He was so kind, charming, and funny! When we got to the church, it had started sprinkling outside, so he told my bridesmaids to go inside so they didn't get wet, while he helped me out and carried my train so it didn't get dirty. Once inside, he brought us all bottles of water and kept checking on us to ensure we were ok. When we were about to walk down the aisle, he guarded the door so my fiance wouldn't see me too soon, fixed my train so it lay flat on the ground, and gave me a pep talk to keep the nerves at bay. After the wedding, he drove us to the beach for pictures. My bouquet was a cascading bouquet, so it was very heavy. He cradled it like a baby in between pictures when I didn't need it, and when my feet started to hurt, he ran back to the limo to get my other change of shoes! He was always ready with more water when we needed it, and helped us with literally everything! Unfortunately, the park was supposed to have cleaned the sidewalks that morning because there is a duck pond there, but they did not. There was goose poop EVERYWHERE. I was a little upset because I didn't want poop on my wedding dress, but Mark came to the rescue! He was kicking poop out of the way and picking some up with napkins! We told him not to worry about it, but he insisted! That amazed me! We knew he had an event to get to after ours, but never once did we feel rushed! Mark is absolutely fantastic, and I would recommend this company to anyone! The ladies at the desk even referred us to the awesome company that helped us plan our honeymoon! Probably one of the best vendors we had!!!

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME! This is by far the best limo service around. We've used them now for 2 bachelor parties, and 2 weddings. They discount the bachelor party if you use them for the wedding. THIS COMPANY IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! You really do get what you pay for. Not only are they reasonably priced, their quality is through the roof! We've never had a bad driver or experience, there's plenty of room on board for coolers and food, their customer service is fantastic, and they're clean; everything was spotless and shiny! When we were shopping around for other services (not A-1) we were shown a bus that wasn't even cleaned from the night before and we were shown limos that just looked bad, covered with rust and peeling paint. Even though these other companies were cheaper, we decided not to go with them because they were cheap. We knew we wanted quality and experience. That's exactly what we got. If you choose A-1, you will NOT regret your decision.

I am a high maintenance customer and A-1 Mr. Limo took great care of me. I spoke to Carmen initially who answered all of my questions and never got impatient with me (he even sent a photo of himself sitting inside the vehicle when I couldn't picture how the seats would look with a person on them). He always responded quickly and professionally, but was also funny. I also had contact with other workers and they were all professional and quick to respond. The driver herself called me a few days before to introduce herself and go over everything, which I loved. The day of she was on time, helpful and friendly. She even kept track of a picture that I wanted to get with a sign I had on the shuttle bus and reminded me of it. I loved working with this company and would highly recommend them.

We decided to look for a limo for my daughters nine year old birthday event. From the online request all the way up to the driver dropping us off I could not be any happier. Cathy was very accommodating considering this is probably not the typical event for a limo. Chuck was amazing he made my daughters and their friends feel comfortable. He was very polite and treated them like princesses. We used both a party bus as well as a sedan for our May wedding. Both drivers were kind, personable, and on time. The vehicles were of good repair and were very clean. Those who staff the office are so very helpful. I would not hesitate to use A-1 again and would happily recommend.

My husband and I wanted to take a brief moment to rave about our experience with A1 Mr. Limo on our wedding day (September 22, 2012). We were very pleased with the booking process and how pleasant and helpful Leila was on the phone and through e-mail. Pat was our driver on our wedding day, and he was awesome as well! He showed up on time, was dressed appropriately, and handled changes in our itinerary (weather-related) very patiently! He kindly offered his hand and an umbrella to me and the bridesmaids as we got on and off the limo bus at various stops. He kept the temperature in the bus comfortable, and checked in with us periodically to maintain it. We really appreciated him keeping us on track time-wise, too, as he got us back to the venue in time for our big event! The Luxor itself was beautiful and absolutely perfect for driving our bridal party around downtown Cleveland for pictures it seated all 14 of us comfortably, had great sound (and iPod hook-up), had enough cooler space to store some good drinks, and was very clean and stylish. We couldn t have asked for anything more! We highly recommend A1 Mr. Limo for any transportation needs!

My experience with A-1 Mr. Limo was superb! I was managing a group of 22 people and needed several days service with different types of coaches. The A-1 Mr. Limo team was responsive, efficient, always pleasant, on time and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable, without even asking, they anticipated our needs and when we got on the coach, things were perfect! Particular kudos go to Mark Toth, our driver. He kept us all smiling, was standing at the door, arm out, helping each lady step off the coach, and was constantly making sure everyone was comfortable. What a gentleman! My husband and I decided last minute to rent a Limo for our oldest daughters 30th birthday. There were 8 of us and we ended up getting a great deal for the SUV stretch. The driver was super professional and on the spot in front of each place we went to. We went to Lockdown Cleveland Escape Room and then Downtown for dinner and drinks. It was perfect. No driving just great music, and a warm comfy ride!

A-1 Mr. Limo did a fantastic job transporting my wedding party on our wedding day! We had the Gatsby 2 and it was beautiful. The driver called me a few days before our event to confirm details and helped me feel extra calm about everything, which is necessary in those last few days of chaos. I would highly recommend A-1 Mr. Limo to anyone who needs a limo service. Nate was our party bus driver for our wedding and he was absolutely fantastic! Whenever we got to a stop for pictures he would bring out a little step stool for the last step down from the bus and help everyone off. We also had a change of plans where we wanted to go and he had no problem with it. A-1 was a little more expensive than other limo companies but money well spent. You get what you pay for. The bus we were on was called The Boss and it was very clean and well maintained. Our music sounded great and the system was easy to use. The lights inside were great too! I would recommend going with A-1 limo if you are in need of a limo service!

My nephew had a awesome prom day. The driver was friendly and seemed to be a person I could trust with my family. The limo was in mint condition. It was a great service. The price was high considering that my nephew only spent maybe 2-3 hrs in limo.

Our driver Dj was outstanding. He drove my daughter and her friend to the Rock n roll Hall of Fame for prom. He told both girls that if anybody were to bother them they were to call him and he would be there immediately. He drove them to after prom in Solon and then home by 3 AM. He was pleasant, the girls felt safe and he kept me updated throughout the night.
Carmen managed our reservations, he was wonderful as well. Several times I needed to make slight changes in timing and locations and he was always pleasant and helpful.

A-1 limo provided transportation service for myself and my wedding party (11 ppl). The vehicle we Road was the Luxor. Service was superb! Our driver, Chuck, was very accommodating. He was promptly on time and transported us safely around the city. Being a former RTA bus driver I know how difficult it is to drive buses in the city. Chucks maneuverability skills are excellent!

Larry was fantastic! We had him for our wedding to take pictures and back to the reception. He made sure everyone had water and whatever they needed the entire time we were out taking pictures. He even helped carry our things around and assisted with pictures. He went above and beyond to help out in addition to getting us everywhere safely and on time.

Al was great for our recent wedding. Not only did Al call prior to our event to go over details, he arrived early to the venue and had the bus stocked with the water and ice that was requested. Audio was set up perfectly for us to start dancing on our way to pictures. We will absolutely use A-1 limo for any future needs.
