Fun place to come in a group! Celebrated a friends birthday here and their birthday songs are fun to watch. Their meet selection is very good and their servers are very attentive. My only issue was parking but their is turnaround, you just have to wait and scope people out as they are leaving. Besides that minor hiccup, everything is awesome. Oh! Be prepared to wait 30 to 45 mins if you come during lunch or dinner rush.

We Didn t go here No More because You have to make a Reservation, B4 You come here. I just know the hooka was ugly & racist.

Came here with a party of 4 for a friend's birthday dinner on a busy Saturday night. It was crowded and we had to wait about an hour and a half to be seated (which was expected and well worth the wait). Typical pricing for Korean BBQ dinner $24-32 depending on which types of meat cuts your party prefers. Keep in mind that all dinner guests must order the same dinner plan; either the regular dinner for $24 or the premium dinner for $32.

* Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very fun, energetic, and lively. It is brightly lit with several flat screen TV's usually playing sports games, and current popular music playing at a reasonable volume. The grills are well spaced out and ventilated, offering a pleasant dining experience.

* Service: The service here is amazing. Despite the place being packed, the servers made sure we were well taken care of. They constantly changed out our grill without being asked, and made sure we had plenty of water and that our drinks never ran out.

* Food quality: The food was delicious! I have been to several Korean BBQ's in multiple cities, and this restaurant has, by far, the best selection of quality meat. Everything is well seasoned, and they offer great dipping sauces for extra flavor and spice. Soon after you sit down, they bring out an array of side dishes that perfectly complement the meat, rounding out the dinner nicely.

* Special Occasion: the great thing about this restaurant is the effort they put into making birthday celebrations special. Once you provide proof of your birthday (I.D. card) to your waiter, they make sure to dress up your included ice cream dessert with a candle and trimmings. When they bring out the ice cream at the end of the meal, they blast the "happy birthday" song while dancing your ice cream to the table brandishing strobing LED glowsticks. When that song ends, They hand a glow stick to the birthday person and make them stand up and have a dance session while blasting a random popular song for a few seconds.

---Since this is such a fun tradition, many people celebrate their birthdays here, so be prepared for lots of random loud birthday songs and cheering, all in good fun.---

* Verdict: this is a great place to celebrate and have fun. The food is delcious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is energetic and casual. It does get busy during peak hours, but it is well worth the wait. I definitely recommend.

Has good quality meats, friendly and hip staff, not much more you can ask for in a AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant. Have been taking both of my sons here for over 5 years and the Quality and service has never wavered. Hands down it's the best-all-around place to dine in Fullerton

The quality of the meets are top quality. As well as the service. Every restaurant should copy Mr BBQ how they run this place is on point on .constantly working their rear ends off.

Definitely a spot worth stopping by, the food is great and well prepared, the cost is affordable and it is consistently clean in here. Kudos.

The all you can eat option & menu selections are awesome!

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Waiting almost 2 hrs and the last to be seated after numerous ppl that came in after us were seated. One of the rudest hostesses ever Jayla made a comment to another hostess that we were pissing her off???!!! Because we asked how much longer and why are ppl being seated before us that came in after!!!!! We were the last to be seated and after we got to our table last call was in 10 min???!!! Why pay full price when you have only 10 min till the kitchen closes??!!! Customer service needs to be addressed especially bad talking on customers that are already waiting 2 hrs!!! I ll take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated. Beware: don t dare to ask how much longer!!! Lmao!

Wait is potentially very long. But food was very good.

Staff is super friendly. We got there early, so seating was quick. Plate change was frequent and we even got ice cream at the end. I am recommending this place as a regular outing spot for my friends and I.

Worst attitude from hostesses of any restaurant I've ever visited. Told me that there was an hour wait time. An hour and fifteen minutes later they told me we would have to wait thirty minutes more. Yet some girls who knew the hostesses sat right away.
We didn't wait because at this point the service couldn't have been any better. I urge those to find a better restaurant that wants the customer to be happy and have return business.

Fantastic place to sit down, drink, talk, laugh. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly and respectable. Although the wait can get a little long, it's worth it.

Really good selection and the price is unbeatable. Went in for lunch. Parking availability is the only bad part.

Great place to eat! Expect a wait, but for good reason. The food was fantastic, lots to eat for the price we paid for lunch. All the sides were fantastic, the meat was great. The food was pretty okay BUT it was very loud. There was loud background music and a lot of the costomers were very very loud. I do not recommend it for families with kids.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Absolutely delicious food, very attentive and friendly service, great atmosphere, and surprisingly fun. A new favorite for sure!

I like the AYCY menu. The price is very reasonable and service is great! I really like the Wahu beef and seasoned pork ribs and mussels on shelf plus all other types of meat that I cannot enumerate all here. I recommend to all my friends and family!!

This is without a doubt one of the best Korean BBQ I have been to in the Orange County area. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming by. You should be aware that there will most likely be a wait depending on how large your group is. I went with another individual on a Friday morning and we still had to wait around 30 minutes. The price is fair and the service is spectacular.

This place is by far the best Korean BBQ I have ever had. The service is amazing, the meat quality is outstanding and atmosphere is awesome! you can be 18 or 90 years old and have a great time here! The place is busy, and busy for a reason, it's quality. Even on weekdays be ready to wait at least 30min. Is it worth the wait? You damn right it is!

Been coming to Mr. BBQ for over two years now, he administration has changed, but it is still a great place to eat. You get your money s worth with a great selection of meats, even some seafood. Friendly service. Check it out.

I realize why this place is so ridiculously popular. It deserves all the praise.

The selection of meats is so huge. We didn't have enough room to try everything, but a few things stood out. The miso pork belly was super good. I typically don't like marinades on my pork belly. But this one was bomb. They have ayce salmon on their premium ayce menu. So worth it. Everything else I tried was a 9 out of 10 except, I think, the sausage is skippable.

I loved the variety of meats, the quality of the meats, and the just-rightness of the marinades.

Also the service is the best I've had anywhere. They were so attentive. Always happy to help and easy to flag down. We ordered multiple items, multiple times. They never seemed to get tired of taking orders and changing out the grill.

Random: we went in on Sunday night. And the placement and clarity of all the TVs was on point.

One of the best AYCE korean BBQ places. Clean space, severs friendly and the meat is delicious! This place can get a bit loud so don't expect to have quiet and sweet romantic moments. This place is about stuffing your face with some darn good Korean BBQ! Wait can be very long, but you can't blame them for being popular it just means the food is good. They do give you a buzzer with a number so you can sit in the car or walk a max distance of 1 mile away (this is according to the severs I did not test it). If it is your birthday let them know and be prepared to get embarrassed.

Best ayce KBBQ that I've had. Service is exceptional and workers look like they're enjoying their job. The wait time is usually 1.5+ hours. That's the only downside. :c

Mr BBQ is the best AYCE kbbq in the world. It's been a while since I've dined here, I usually order from their grill at home menu and grill it at home. The prices aren't bad, especially for the quality you get. PLUS, I can get a good 2 meals out of it and feel no pressure to eat as much as I can in one sitting! I think I've ordered more than 10 times since the pandemic started.

The sides they give you for take home are pretty good portioned as well, they will also last 2-3 meals. I a always order the brisket, beef belly, and marinated short ribs.

I did dine in a few weeks ago, outdoor seating would have been an additional 30 min wait and we were too hungry so we ate inside. However it felt pretty safe because all occupied tables were very far apart. They were more than willing to accommodate all our requests. (We requested 3 sets of sides so we didn't have to share, then we had no room on our table for anything else and they have us 2 mini table trays on the side lol)

If you dine in, I would skip the scallops. They just didn't cook quite right and it was pretty impossible to get a good sear on it, even with a waiters help.

The variety was great (I think we got one of the combos!), and there was a lot of food.

Loved this place. Super good food and great service. It is a little pricey but the food is worth it. Also and gets super super busy even two plus hours wait in the afternoon so I recommend you going first thing in the morning when it opens unless you're okay with having a two hour wait in the weekends.

Mr BBQ is one of the better AYCE Korean BBQ joint. Variety of choices and great service. Wait if always long though.

As you get out of your car you can smell the aroma of kbbq . You walk in and it's like being at a big party . All the employees had that vibe that they loved their job . Especially when they have a birthday celebrant, it can get a little loud at this place . So if your not into that kind of dining, then another kbbq might be best . We were able to choose from a great selection of meats that were super fresh . The side dishes were all delicious to what I like . Just a tip though they do offer free parking but during peak dining hours it can get packed .

The flavor of the meats are pretty good. Not as good as if you went to a really good normal Korean BBQ, but for AYCE, it is very satisfying. They provide the most ban chan side dishes I have ever seen for Korean BBQ and AYCE restaurant. The real gem here is the attentive service and the incredibly fun atmosphere that they provide. Watching a few 'Happy Birthday' dances that the wait staff do, totally made my day. They are pretty funny lol. There will most likely be a 30 min or so wait but it seems to go by quick and it was definitely worth waiting for. My new favorite spot for AYCE Korean BBQ!

Been here few times. I once brought quarters to pay... my server promised me that it'll work and guess what? He kept his word. Otherwise, this place is very recommended to come out with friends or family!
