Have always been a huge fan of the place. The pizza is delicious but what makes it even more special is that they allow you to get a bottle of wine. They used to allow 2 bottles but now changed that to 1.

This would ve really been 5 star if it wasn t for the price. Just absolutely great pizza in every way. Perfectly sized for one. I ate 3 slices and had one leftover (of the salame). The apps were delicious, my favorite was the squash blossoms.
But the one star ding was for the price. What the hell!? Why so pricey!? $22+ for all their personal pizzas? $15 for 4 pieces of the fried squash blossoms? $8 for a bottle of beer? And no parking except for $12 valet anywhere.

Love the ambiance here on a Saturday night. Wanted the beautiful patio seating, but was seated towards the back of the restaurant which ultimately worked out for us since it was peaceful enough for us to talk for hours. Dim lighting, modern decoration, and the open concept layout of the restaurant was perfect.

I would like to commend this restaurant for providing me a well-made pizza that I ordered. These guys are really amazing with their foods because it really tastes great. I could not ask for more from them because I was greatly satisfied and pleased with the service and food. Thanks, everyone! Keep it up!

Lively Hollywood restaurant with good service and delicious food. Started with the cauliflower fritti and little gem lettuces salad, both quite tasty and shareable. The goat cheese pizza was delicious - strong flavors but not overpowering. The butterscotch pudding dessert was very sweet, definitely recommend sharing unless you have a strong sweet tooth. Would eat here again.

After watching Nancy Silverton s appearance on I ll have what Phil is having , my 9 year old asked to visit pizzeria Mozza and now he is a true Silverton s fan. Pizzas had the perfect combination of ingredients, nothing complicated. The crust was deliciously thin with the perfect crunch. Ricotta zucchini blossoms were slightly crispy outside. Meatballs al forno were tender and very tasty. Sour plum crostata and Butterscotch bu Dino we re the perfect choices for finishing a great lunch.

Among my top three favorite restaurants, in or outside of the USA. Years ago I enjoyed a transcendent meat oriented meal at sister restaurant Chi Spacca, I mention this to illustrate that we are a serious meat-eating family; having said that I recently dined at Mozza and ordered a few of my favorite dishes only to realize that I enjoyed a completely vegetarian meal. I was too busy reveling in what arrived at the table to realize we neglected to order any meat. [My husband made sure we ordered the divine meatballs on our next visit].
Ms Silverton's kitchen is, as we used to say back in the day, the joint!
Do yourself a favor and order the Budino for dessert. Seriously.

Alright. I've been looking for what I consider the "best pizza". I heard about this place from Netflix and was surprised I hadn't heard of it before. It was a 15 min drive there. At first I was skeptical. Why is it so much? But then I went and ordered a pizza for myself and soon realized. This is the best pizza I've ever had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I will be coming back. Thanks for being awesome af.

Average pizza, and the veggies are far too dressed and overcooked. They cook the carrot right out of the carrots and sauteed the kale right out of the kale. Compared to Pizzana and other competitors, it's unfortunately no longer worth the trip to the east side. The service was nice and friendly. But the order was taken incorrectly and onions on the pizza we're forgotten. Rather than cook another pizza, they brought out some raw onion. That didnt seem sufficient to rectify the problem. I'm sorry to say I won't be going back.

Pizzeria Mozza is definitely the happening place to be.. The food is great and their drinks are definitely unique. Would love to go try this place again, if I could ever get any reasonable times.

You won't regret it if you're looking for delicious roasted pizza.
Good atmosphere, not too formal or too casual,
Delicious dough, fresh ingredients that are hard to taste in Korea ..
Strongly recommend.

We happened to end up here just be mere confusion. We were looking for Joe s other restaurant up the street and thought this location was the one we were looking for. The host offered us a table for brunch right away so we decided why not since it was owned by the same person.

The staff was super friendly and attentive and took proper precautions with everyone.

We ended up trying one of their Margherita pizza s and it was definitely cooked perfectly and tasted just like. A bit of Italy. We were definitely glad we stumbled upon this location instead.

Went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, not as good as last time we went. This visit was sub par. It was not busy (our last time, they squeezed us in, and the service and food was four starts) this time not so much. We got the chop ( I would say Olive Garden does it better, sorry it was over dressed and when we noticed it last time it was a huge pile the people next to us offered us some) this time it was noting short of a dinner salad. We also order a pizza and it came out a little too under done for us we Told her about it. She challenged us, did not apologize, and said she would get us a new one. She seemed like she was having a bad day. It was just very underwhelming this time.

It was packed with a waiting line out the door.

It was packed with a waiting line out the door.

We had a reservation and our table was ready after a short wait. When Mozza takes your reservation they warn you the policy is if you don't show up your card gets charged $50 or $100 bucks.

We started with baked olives - supurb - and a moderately priced chianti recommended by the somlier. The wine was slightly passed its prime, tasted a little flat and unexciting. Additionally it was overly dry.

We went onto to ordering two pizzas. They are personal size so anyone with a decent appetite should get their own pie. The crust was excellent, the toppings a little too trendy for me. My pie included fennel and anchovies. It sounded like a good idea at the time.

I ordered a salad that was big enough to split. It also had fennel in it.

We split a desert and had coffee. The desert was a slice of fudge cake. It was fudgy and certainly was a slice of cake. Nothing overally exciting but was edible.

The bill came to about $175 with tip. Thats a lot for a week night out for pizza. But I will admit, it was a very good pizza. There was something authetic in the flavor, the crust, the wood burning oven, the ingrediants.

I would go there again but try to simplify my meal. Pizza is a simple meal and loses its personality if its too dressed up. Cheese and pepperoni, leave the fennel for the salad.

Horrible services. Workers are disrespectful. People come to a restaurant and except to have a good time which is what SHOULD happen. But my family was served with much attitude and disrespect! I m disgusted.

Service was very good although a little too pushy in terms of poring wine. The follow up on three ordered courses was way too quick. I had not even finished the first when they served the second course. The atmosphere is great, good vibe. Wine lsit shows good knowledge, really interestign wines at good prices. The Pizza is ok but nothing really outstanding. Crust is good but not what you expect when going to the so called best place in town. The dough lacks complexity and flavors and just the kick you are looking for. Espresso is average. Overall a nice experience but not the ultiamte Pizza place

One star less for huge crust. Overall, the pizza was delicious and the two red sauce pies we chose, one with sardines, both had minimal cheese, which was perfect. The white sauce funghi had a bit too much cheese! Price was right- just over $20 for each pie and ambiance was lovely. Just a bit loud, lots of big groups in conversation. Make sure to call ahead to make a reservation. Valet is $14. Parking otherwise is scarce.

A hidden gem on magnolia. Their Mediterranean food is great. I've been eating here five years. Not once have they messed up my order. Employees are always polite, and friendly. Food comes out quick. Never had any issues.

Best time to come, 5pm on a weekday, absolutely no line. Good pizza, but may I dare say...not great. I chose the basics - a margherita pizza; the foundational pizza that lets you know how well a place can make a pizza. Personally, I felt the sauce was a bit bland and I was wanting in a bit more cheese.

The arugula was fresh and tasty giving the pizza extra crunchy taste and adding a mix of flavors. It's brick oven so it has that Italian coal fire flavor but it's not as intense as others. If you are starving tho make sure you call and order ahead of time because they do take long making the pizza. Be sure to wait about half an hour for your pizza to be delivered to your table.

Absolutely exquisite pizza. Thai is a beautiful upscale eatery with a chef and staff that are friendly and promote the highest quality food possible. Margherita pizza is a classic and simply delicious. The sauce is so good and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. It was a Wednesday after lunch time and it was busy. When we drove by later there was a long wait. It's worth it but make reservations of you can!

Meatball app was so good! There was a bit of spice to the meatball and the sauce was a bit sweet. Made for a great marriage. BLT pizza was real good. The Moscato was so perfect that I'm definitely planning to buy some bottles for ay home.

A great place to eat some of your favorite foods! I was not expecting this restaurant could serve several of my favorites. I was shocked when all of my favorites were all on their menu. Their foods were also very delicious and mouthwatering. What a nice service in the area! Bravo to all of you! You're highly recommended!

Mozza uses quality Italian ingredients, but definitely doesn't use Italian methods to cook them. The pizzas were small and the crust was hard and crunchy because they bake them for a long time at a lower heat than you'd typically have in a brick oven. Overpriced at $17-20.

For the price was not satisfied at ALL. The pizza was mainly just bread, with the minimum cheese slipping right off. Worst thing was the waiter, she gave us attitude and the disappeared on us. Without her passing her service on to a new waiter before she left. Did I mention we received our bill receipt incorrect twice, it took 3 times for them to get it right. There area way better pizza places that or more worth your buck than this place.

Firstly, the food here is fantastic. You will have a delicious meal from antipasti to dessert. The stuffed courgette flowers were perfect, we loved the fried cauliflower, they have two vegan pizza options and the half chicken is really juicy. If it were just down to the food I would give Mozza 5 stars, but unfortunately our experience of the staff has brought the score down. We arrived on time but had some issues finding parking so the majority of the party went in while the other two parked the cars. We were a big group with three small children but they wouldn't seat us, even though the rest of the party had arrived and were just parking/valeting. With a party of adults I can completely understand asking them to wait, but with little children I really would expect more consideration on the part of the restaurant. By the time we did sit down I asked our waiter if we could order a couple of things to get the ball rolling while everyone decided, but apparently Chef does not allow this, you have to order all at once to avoid Chef getting confused with too many tickets... For real?? I felt sorry for the waiter who honestly looked embarrassed. If you don't want to accommodate families, then don't accommodate families; my husband and I often go out for dinner without our kids and totally understand that some restaurants just aren't geared towards young kids, but if you are going to welcome children, take their needs into consideration instead of just making them feel unwelcome and inconvenient. Very disappointing.
