To be honest this place isn't that half bad. Foods good. Service is excellent. I've heard the pay for employees isn't that half bad. They're always making they're residents happy. Sure there's issues in every long term care facility but to be honest I think it's worth every penny to be a proud employee and to be more down to earth a mason of the Masonic home so I'm giving a four star because I know we can surpass anything if we try hard enough! Good luck for anyone out there. And we prove that we care. :D

My nephew used to work here. He almost always complained of the mistreatment of the staff

This used to be a great facility but now it s just a business. Patients are ignored, family is not contacted when a concern arises, and those with long term, rest of their lives agreements are shipped to a hospital then refused readmittance. Then families are lied to. Very disappointing, deplorable care.

The Masonic Village is an excellent retirement facility. My mother spent her final years here and I could not possibly give higher praise to the professionalism of the caring staff!

Why this place comes up under non profit facility on google?? It was changed to profit and public years ago! The staff that has been there for years are great. Management one of the worst! Treat employee poorly. Pay is ok and raises....lol!

I volunteered here a few times the employees are lazy and leave the elders laying for a few hours asking for help and they tell them to wait
