Great experience, clean facilities, excellent staff

Had an amazing time here and found the staff very helpful. At first, they had lost the reservation notes that we needed two adjoining rooms, but they made adaptions and were very helpful.

Such a nice group of people work at this beautiful clean hotel. Front desk staff even called around in Holland to see where our son could practice piano. So kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here !

Nice place to stay, for work or vacations, really great!!!

My girlfriend and I just stopped in from out of town to see friends. We did not stay at the Marriott but we ate at Big E's sports bar. The burgers were good enough, but the pickle fries are reason enough to come back.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities. Room 242 was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a meeting in one of the Marriott's conference rooms. Room was modern, very clean, and suited our needs completely. Very pleased.

Outstanding hotel that in my opinion is a five star hotel!!!! The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very clean, and has a beautiful interior design. Also it has an indoor pool along with a hot tub, and a pool/ hot tub that extends outside. Also the cost of this hotel is very reasonable for it being such a nice hotel.

I was very pleased and impressed with their COVID-19 policies, especially being nervous about traveling during the pandemic. Mask policy was enforced and the communal areas were mostly closed. One staff member did have his mask down though at one point and only put it up when I approached the desk. I would give 5 stars as well but the room wasn't spotlessly clean. It was very high quality and very clean, but you could tell it was still done kind of quickly. Overall though, the hotel was clean and I feel is doing a wonderful job keeping guests safe during the pandemic.

The restaurant was a comfortable, they were accommodating to our large group on a short notice.

The staff at the Starbucks was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean, service was as amazing, food was good, and the location was as perfect. Right downtown within walking distance of all shops and restaurants in downtown Holland. Had a 3rd floor room right by the elevator and facing 8th street and have no complaints in terms of noise. Would definitely say here again and probably will if I visit Holland again.

Big Es sports restaurant was a very enjoyable experience. The room had a very nice view and wait staff were friendly. The only downside was the high lunch buffet price.

Large draft list, decent food selection, generous portions. Lots of parking around the hotel and restaurant.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking garage was close and convenient, many restaurants were in walking distance.

I've stayed at this hotel plenty of times, and although it is pricey, it is the best hotel in the area. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub alone is worth it, but the beds are also comfy, everything is always clean and neat, and the location is perfect right on the downtown strip. Staff is friendly, and I love the shampoo/shower gel that is included in the showers. Spend the money for a room here, it is worth it!

Updated, with an accommodating staff and bistro. Indoor pool with an indoor/outdoor hot tub that is divine when it is cold out, which it was of course because it was April in Michigan.

We stopped by for a drink. The waiter was quick and polite. I have gone there a number of times and have not had a bad experience.

This Courtyards is really nice and new. Recommend a stay. The sports bar there has a great selection of beer

The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful about what to visit in the area and quickly moved our room when it sounded like a parade of hippos were in the room above us.

Everyone was helpful and friendly and they handled the crowd on their busiest weekend of the year

Great selection of local and other beers. Good waiting staff and great atmosphere to chat or watch a game.

Rooms are very nice and modern looking, friendly service. Parking is a little strange in this area but they do give you a parking pass to a lower level garage if the rear parking is full. Overall, good experience here.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Checked in on the Marriott App and our room was ready for check in at 1230p!

Sparkling hotel adjacent to Hope College on boutique shopping and restaurant row. Close to attractions and 20 minutes from beaches. Rooms are smartly equipped and many have small balconies. Helpful staff.

We ate at the restaurant and it was really good and nice staff.

Clean and modern spaces. I enjoyed my 2-night stay at the hotel.

Food was really exceptional, service was good. Timing of when food comes out (apps, dinner) is the only issue.

Service was very slow at the Sports Bar. I was served a beer I hadn't ordered and the food was so-so. Better dining experiences within a block.

I loved the location of the hotel, within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and my family enjoyed the balcony overlooking the bustling street below. Our kids enjoyed the poor and water fountain outside.

Well we we're told we could check in a little early. We went to the desk at 3:47. The male desk person was very smug. Room is not ready yet. We said for 388.00 a night it should be. He said right 13 minutes. Not happy

4:10 room still not ready ..no more Courtyard by Marriott for us. Rediculous! Still paying full price

Ate at Big E's. The service was relatively fine and the food was excellent.

While visiting Holland we stopped in to Big E's Sports Bar for dinner. It was very nice for a sports bar and the food was better than your typical pub grub.

Tried to connect to the WiFi from my computer and it does not work.

Beautiful rooms and appointments. The room USB charging stations are very convenient. Great shower and a hotel bar with 80 beers on tap! 80 beers!

This hotel was in a great location downtown, with an easy walk to several restaurants and shops!

This is the place to stay if you are in Holland. Park at the hotel and then just wander around without having to drive anywhere or look for parking. The rooms where a little pricey on the weekend we went but we got to use the pool and do a lot of shopping and then just walk back to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and the rooms were very clean. They even helped me jump start my car when we left and found out our battery was dead.

Restaurant was good. Very pretty building in downtown Holland.

I went on a Tuesday night and had a $5 long island and 6 parmesan garlic wings. It was all very delicious!

Great downtown location. Nice hotel, good internet, TV, comfy bed, etc. All public areas very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We paid a good amount of money on a room that did not have a jacuzzi (close to $200) to spend a night and we learned that, while there is a sports bar and bistro on site, there is no continental breakfast.
Bedrooms were clean, quiet and kept quite nicely.
The indoor-outdoor hot tub was nice, but the pool hours weren t found to be anywhere.
It seems that you have to ask for all the information first hand.
When is check out?
When are the pool hours?
When does the restaurant close?
Etc.
And when you get done, the person you speak with gets a little testy by the things you don t know.
Overall, great place. A little pricey for not having jacuzzi rooms or room service.

Overall great hotel. The location is wonderful, and it's convenient to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel. We used the Courtyard for our wedding guests. It was brand new, so clean and nice. They did not consistently give all of our guests a welcome bag, which was disappointing especially since there was shuttle information for our reception.

Beautiful building and beautiful room. It was a delight to stay here. I wish we had more time than the late overnight stay but it was great.
