What a waste of money. Our of 4 kids rides one was broken down. The others look broken down. Majority of the inside games had out of service tags. We got a refund and will not go back.

Go karts were super slow. Looked like snails. My kids were super disappointed. One go kart broke down on last lap. Mini golf needs repair, didn't finish playing. Just left. Really bad, waste of money.

Decent price with Groupon but the place looks old and very dirty. Games are broken and staff seems unsupervised and they don't care.

I visited Mountasia on Sunday, August 30, 2020. The experience was OK, but unfortunately, there were some mishaps.

Many of the games were either out of order, temporarily unavailable, or would take your money and not work. Some of the others had glitches or half way worked.

Customer service was either rude, lazy, or mediocre. The guy at the go-karts had an attitude, a guy who were tending to managerial duties wasn't friendly, and some of the teenagers sat around/didn't follow instructions when conducting attractions.

The prices are decent. I would recommend only paying for what you are going to actually do unless the ultimate pass is worth it.

Most batting cages were not working. Place needs a facelift

GROUPON brought me to this place. Cheap fun the kiddos will enjoy when you're on a budget. I definitely got what I paid for. In the arcade, there were several games that needed fixing. Cheap edible concessions, that if your kids don't eat you wont be offended. The outdoor play is more so for 6+. My 36in toddler could enjoy the train & swings. He was pretty pissed about not being able to get on the go-karts & bumper boats, but he lived! All-in- all, we had a good experience.

A lil pricy for what it is. But it was fun. Go karts golf course and arcade. Food was ok. Not all that souvenir cups don't last long.. Staff is nice.

Had my grandsons birthday here... it was perfect !!!

The go carts is the best thing about this place. The staff were ok to me. The place needs a lot of improvement. One of the baseball machine were broken. If you sign up to get text alert from them you can get a free $10 card to play games.

Bad management. This short little guy who doesn't even look important yet I find out is the manager/general manager. He is so arrogant, has no customer service skills; no wonder his crew lacks skills too. I remember when this place used to have pride before the new clowns ran it. Giving them 1 star is too much, but it was the only way to initiate the review. Nothing works, things over priced, dirty restroons, inexperienced management team followed by employees who don't care (clearly because of their lead-by-example management). Enjoy your "management job" meantime because it's a dead-end, and it's all you can do. Next time, don't just show up for your paycheck....

Good place for small kids. Prices were good if you are going to stay for a few hours.

Like going here before to ride go karts, not to much anymore. Some people like to beat and bang and instead of punishing the people doing it they punish you if you get spun around. Won't be back ever. Also they used to have faster carts and the track ran the other direction. Now I will find a new place to race go karts with my kids.

Some of the rides were down. A lot of them were unattended as it was slow so you had to wait around until someone came by to either operate the ride or tell you it wasn't running. Other than that it was an overall good experience. Kids had fun. It's a little overpriced for how small it is, but it wasn't overcrowded so i didn't really mind. Putt putt was bigger than i expected so that was nice. I stuck with outdoor activities, the arcade games are up to $2 per play which is ridiculous in my opinion. I'd go again for the outdoor stuff and continue to skip the overpriced games.

I went here today with my band! It was so fun! The staff was incredible the food was not delicious but not terrible. The go-carts go so fast but you can t ride if your under 10. Luckily, the roller rink was nice and cleaned up for us! The little rides are fun even though I m 13. So, overall this is a great place to take family and friends for a party. Plus, it isn t that far away from Azle! Whoever the manager is is doing a great job!

The staff on the go carts didn t do there job i spun out and the guy was on his phone and i had to get myself out. The staff was also vaping and hanging off signs near the track and they didn t even check for safety and they would be on the track with no seatbelts then, we went to the batting cages and the employee said we didn t pay for it when we did, then he said don t have a f-ing attitude with me and the manager took his side and tried to force us to leave and also cussed us out do not come here they are very unprofessional.

Understaffed and rundown. You cant tell who works here because nobody is in uniform. Took us 15 minutes just to get putters for putt putt. The staff at the front counter seemed flustered. We played putt putt at 7 and it was getting dark and there were no lights on over the course. There weren t any lights on in the middle of the park either. None of the kid rides had the lights on making it for a depressing ambiance. Just looked really run down. I then decided to take my kid on the go carts as a passenger. That was a mistake. After getting in line again and waiting for another 10 minutes for a go cart ticket and kid ride ticket we couldn t find anyone to even put my youngest on the train or swings. The go cart line wasn t long but they were only running about 7 cars at a time. Not even half of what was available. After 2 rotations and 45 minutes later I had to waive down one of the kids and get them to let me on the double car because they weren t even trying to see if there was anyone in line with kids. This place is a sad shadow of what it was 15 years ago.

This place was awful! Staff was not helpful. Most of the arcade games were broken and took our money. The manager had a terrible attitude and would not refund our money. I will not be going back!!

Great family fun! My daughter had a blast on the bumper boats, i enjoyed the mini golf, and we both had fun on the go carts! Can't wait to go back!

Terrible place! Manger was rude. Over half of the arcade games were not working and took our money and they wouldn't refund or give us our money back. Never going back to this place.

Ehh, very understaffed but there is a good variety of things to do if you can find a worker to open the activity. Overpriced big time

It's a fun place! It has lasertag and many other fun things in here. Perfect for birthday parties and summer camp fun events for groups.

Was mine and my daughters first time and will be the last the staff is horrible and the food was burnt and they all just stand around on there phones never will be back

You can t even play miniature golf - 9th hole is permanently flooded and 12 hole takes your ball. Staff is aware of issue but chooses not to warn anyone before they pay. Arcade is awful, staff could care less, inside is old and dirty. I wouldn t come back if it was free. I feel sorry for any kids who are dragged here.

Fine outside attractions, if a bit worn, but most of the inside arcade games were broken down, or didn't function properly. Wouldn't recommend you pay for a game card.

Not impressed at all. Riding Bumper boats was like floating along in a dirty bath tub....gross! Most arcade games were not operational. This place in desperate need of a re-haul.

So i have a 14 year old (in 2 days) and its bad enough he gets teased at school for being the shortest kid in school but after calling to make sure he could ride the smaller 44' go karts because i knew when we arrived, being 55',they wouldnt let him slide on the 56' height requirment so when we got there not only would they not let him ride them but said he was too tall for the smaller ones.. Real fun watching your kid cry with his younger taller cousin. Thanks family fun center. Correct your web page so this doesnt happen to other people. Dumbest place ever.

very great place and a very special place to do a birthday party I did my daughter's birthday party here it was amazing an excellent

Firstly, this place is a dump! I came here with my family for my birthday. I've been here before back then and couple years ago and it wasn't bad. However, this time did it for me. Everything was going swell until we were leaving. My sister ordered pizza which was not done, she had to return it. My younger sister and I were going to the "prize section", there are a lot of uneducated teens on the topic of customer service that work there and it is PATHETIC! My sister and I waited about 10 min for someone to assist us. They would look our way but continue to chat with their friends. I couldn't take it anymore and walked up to a girl who had been standing 6ft away from us the entire time but thought not to help. I was frustrated so my tone and words were sharp. I'm guessing one of the ppl they were chatting with worked there but was there for fun on an off day or so who looked like a man girl and came up to me and starting arguing with me. I started arguing back! My mother came and we all started arguing bc that man girl had absolutely nothing to do with it. The manager came out and spoke with my mom in her office concerning the behavior of their ignorant off day employee along with the GM who was there and also said he owned the place. I'm sure nothing happened to that man chick bc my mom said the GM was a dimwit as well which makes sense as to why he would employ the most ignorant towards CS. This place is a rinky dink shack still trying to hold on to its past. They need to listen to Elsa and LET IT GOOOO!

Great fun grandkids lived it not expensive love the rides

There weren't enough workers to operate all of the outdoor rides so a couple of them shuffled back and forth between them. It was dirty, the A/C didn't seem to work inside, and of the small selection of video/ticket arcades most of them didn't work properly. It was less expensive than some of the other places, but I still wouldn't go back. Fortunately, the kids were too small to notice any of this.

Yes, only half of the games work. The go carts are not that fast. The employees are not that interested in their jobs. The whole place is very dated. The restrolm smell and the food is bad.

If you're not too don't of your money and you set your expectations low, then you will have a decent time.

Some of the games here are kind of fun, but some of them may be a little broken down.

We drove several miles to go here for my son s birthday and were disappointed. Most outside rides were closed except for go karts. I asked an employee if we could ride the bumper boats, so they got an attendant out there to open it, but the water was very dirty and the spray guns didn t work. During go karts there were several times people got stuck or in accidents but only one employee was on the track. No one stayed by the course where people were getting stuck. Very few employees there. Didn t check to make sure we were buckled properly in go karts. It also appeared dirty and really in need of an update inside. Looks like no renovations since the 80s or 90s.

Friendly, I guess reasonably priced as far as these fun places go but we bought the all day outdoor pass and the rock wall (which is one of the reasons we came) was not open and half the rides my kids couldn t even ride, the all day pass was on special which included a $5 arcade pass although half of those stole the money. Mostly the low rating because it is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY & WAY UNDERSTAFFED - we had to find someone to open a ride anytime we wanted to ride something..if you can t afford to keep a full staff can you at least afford a cleaner?

i asked for a refund and i payed w a card and the manager gave a lot of attitude and ig she didn t do it right or made is seem like she was giving me my money back but she didn t. and they will be hearing from me. staff was horrible half the rides were broken and everyone there is lazy and the place is gross. don t ever recommend going to this place

We played in the arcade. Several of the games were broken with no sign. We rode the Slow go karts that only allow you to use the gas when you're going up a hill...... This used to be a fun place. Now it just has an over all feel of DIRTY!

Prices are a little steep for having crappy go karts. Still had a fun date and the boys working the go karts were really cool. They had to deal with kids who kept wrecking the karts, probably why they're so slow like lawn mower slow I'm not even kidding.

Had to find and ask someone to run the rides for us. The attendant was then very helpful and went with us from ride to ride.

This place COULD be the best place like it around this area, but there seems to be a serious lack of enthusiasm. Rides were broken down. The pizza was so gross the kids ate half a slice out of hunger. They give you your drinks way before the food and then no refills are allowed, not even a paid refill. You must over pay for a while new drink. I'm sorry but that seems to push customers away from concession not towards it. Not to mention we were one of the only family's there that day and had to hunt down the staff and wait and wait. I can't imagine how this place must function on a busy day.

I say go for the package deal. Have fun with the things that do work and leave when you're ready to eat.

This place has the potential to be the go to place for families. Care about your customers and your business more and I bet this place would stay packed.

If a competitor comes to town who can offer what you do but with great ambiance and customer service I couldn't imagine anyone choosing to go to Mountasia anymore. Step it up!

Loved the go carts for myself and the rookie carts for my kiddo.
Recommend to all in the area who are looking for a fun night out with family and friends.

All the games don't work,staff shows no interest & the games are not easy to follow for a kid.Wont be coming g back.

I had one of my birthdays here in the early 2000s when it was a roller hockey oriented roller rink. It is now so curious and strange... Half the rink has been turned into an adhoc laser tag arena / storage garage. The other half is a tiny roller rink enhanced by color changing LEDs and an eerie lack of music.

Pretty good. Most of the arcade games don't work. Felt like the heater was on felt better outside than inside.

Well it rained as soon as we showed up so they closed all the rides outside. I was able to get a refund but we were there already so we decided to play some arcade games. well over 1/2 the games were out of service so the whole trip was pretty much a waste of time. The employees were nice but this was the worst experience we've ever had.

I used to go here as a kid and it was so much fun.

I now took my son who is 4 and we did not have fun. The rides are so broken down and they only have 3. You can do everything in less than 30 minuets and be bored.

The go karts go soooooo slow. It was awful.

The owners seriously need to upgrade this place or sell it to someone who will actually take care of it. It s borderline about to shut down.

Mountasia is a but run down, but my son still had a blast.

Slightly pricy but my kids had a blast. Wish our local entertainment center had some of their awesome attractions!

We had a great time and found most of the staff to be very friendly. There was an issue but the manager, Keegan, quickly resolved it. We will certainly be back!

Kids staff needs some training on how to deal with customers or adult employees must be hired to get the job done.
Had a Groupon ticket and she still wanted me to pay to get in. The go karts are old slow and rusty. No wonder why it was almost empty

Games and building look old but it's fun for couple of hours

I just want to express my experience from today's visit. It was the worst service I've receive in my life. My husband's family came to visit us and I took them to Mountasia today. They're understaffed and we had to wait for employes to open the rides. I had to go twice to talk to a manager. Waited more than 16 minutes for the employees to show up after expressing that my kids wanted to ride in different attractions and that we needed an employee. We didn't had to wait because the rides had long lines, we waited for employees to show up to operate the machines. Please don't waste your money in this place.

Went on a rainy day, the outside looked fun, but the inside needed more games. They used to have more, what happened?

Very outdated, un kept, over priced. They didn't even have score cards for put put! We also got chiggers from here!

This place was horrible. Only about 2 gaming systems worked. We paid for outdoor access but all employees were inside at the front desk. Couldn t flag anyone down for help unless we went inside

It is what it is. They have what is advertised. Not the most clean or up to date place, but I had fun.

Im at the place right now and it sucks. Employees too slow and most of the outside games are closed. They just put u on a ride and dont care about safety. Not reccomend at all.

Poor selection of video games that actually work. I bit pricey. Every thing needs a seperate ticket. Go carts are fun but cost extra. Despite the overall lack of upkeep, a fun family place. Just bring lots of cash.

It was my family 1st and last time there horrible places;
1. If u do a group party don't get a host paying to much money to do everytging
2. Too much money for a band n tokens if u dont have a lot of games to play it was only maybe 10 games the kids could play
3. Waited to long for good told me it will be 45 mintues wait on an $18 pizza. When got it was not happy crust to thick not enough cheese n burnt.
4. Nasty people i stood n watch make food and not once did i see anyone wash their hands or put gloves on their hands. Saw two girls grab food wiyh there bare hands n put in oven.When i asked one of manger he said it was a boxed gloves back there still didnt see no one put gloves on. Also handed my husband the hot pizza in a pan without any thing to carry it to the table.
5. Wasn't a lot of workers there so we had to do a lot of waiting on the rides.
6. To many mangers that don't know whats going on n y'all need to be in uniform n have a badage on.
7. Please tell the young girls to wear longer shorts or pants not booty shots to work its not professional.
Could of went to putt-putt or Main Event and had fun and everything would of been working need a big make over of place n staff. On weekend it need to be someone older cause the yong people dont know what their doing.
Calling the health department n corporate cause it was a mess Saturday n no one tryed to fix nothing.

not bad good for the $$ half the games inside did not work, needs a good makeover but for $10 for all day fun you cant beat it we will go back

If I could give it zero I would. The employees were like zombies. The carpets dirty and food too expensive and cold Suprisingly the person responsible for the bathroom did their job it was clean.

Pretty cool place. The outdoor attractions are overpriced.

Very bad the outdoor rides are so ugly no one is there to attend you and the rock climbing wall is so bad don t come it s a ripoff

Wouldn't even give this place a star. Spent $250 for all the passes and game cards. Everything was broke down. Hardly any games worked. Wouldn't honor tickets that was won. Worst putt putt experience that myself or family has had. Will not be returning and hope this place gets shut down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This place is fun, but only for like 2 hours. There's not a lot to do here. If you get a pass, you get to do the bumper boats, the go karts, the rock climbing, minigolf, and some little kid rides. The arcade is already small, and half of the games don't even work. The lazer tag, skating rink etc is a separate fee, and they cost a lot. It's not really worth it. I would rather go to It's. I think they are a lot better.

If I could vote no stars - it would be more befitting. I went with a larger party for a birthday get together, didn't reserve any room or anything of that nature, just went to play games and some putt putt. To start, most of the games were either out of order, or out of tickets. So if you did win, nothing came out. The girls at the counter appeared to give little or no $hits about anything. One, spilling a drink on the counter handed a GUEST a couple of napkins and walked off - rather than picking it up herself, when it was her mess that was made. But the defining cherry on top of this one star sundae... We were eaten alive by bugs. and not mosquitoes, mind you. Rather, chiggers. I personally have 35+ bites throughout my lower body primarily on and around my ankles and lower calves. My wife, the same. In fact 12 of the people that went, I know were eaten up. 5 of which being children. This place is obviously not kept to a standard of care or attention I would expect a attraction geared towards children, young children at that, should be upheld to. Regarding either cleanliness, grounds maintenance, or arcade maintenance. Go at your own risk, but let me know you're going first so I can buy stock options in OFF bug spray, b/c you'll need a lot of it. Unless, that is, they take my phone call seriously and either buy insecticide or hire someone to maintain it... I loved this place as a younger person... it's sad to see it has come to be a "second-rate" (more like 5th) attraction for family fun at the risk of bringing bugs to your home, infesting your yard, kids, animals, etc.

Needs to remodel half the arcade isn't working miniature golf the wood barrier is decaying

Horrible experience. Rude staff, acted like they didn't want to be there. Took there time on everything. Everything was shut down .

It's more like 4 stars, but I'm trying to bring up the average.
It isn't Disneyland, but there are a lot of fun things to do. It is a little run down, but there is much fun to be had. We didn't try the arcade, but we liked the skating. Bumper boats were a riot. We were soaked and laughed a lot. Go kart track is pretty long. Some of the karts were slow, but it was still a fun time. We spent 3 1/2 hours there and came away with great memories and big smiles. I wrote this review specifically because I thought the other reviews were too harsh and will scare people away from having a good time. It is worth a try for some family fun.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Prices are outrageous when most of their games and children's rides don't work!

Its pretty good actually i had fun there,i get to go in go karts,play mini golf and even lazer tag!i will go there next time

I was a great place for family only thing is they need more staff in the outside. And have more gokarts running instead of just 8

Why is this place even open? Half the rides/games don t work. You have to go get an employee every time you want to do anything. What a joke. Not worth the $94.00. Save your money and literally do ANYTHING else.
