My grandkids love this place i love riding the go carts

I give it 4 stars just because I went early and there was no staff in all the attractions we had to wait because the staff had to take care of several functions at the same time ... But very fun for the children.

I've been using the batting cages regularly for the past few months and prefer these over the other local cages I've tried. The staff is always willing to adjust the machines for me if needed and is always friendly. I'd give 5 stars if they would replace the burnt out bulbs over the cages.

Not many games at all!! It was hot inside.You can play the same games like 5 times in one hour, its so small.... only good for batting cages if that

I little run down, a little far out of town, and one heck of a lot of fun. Growing up in the 80s I have fond memories of family fun centers. This is that place and we can't wait to go back

This place is something else. Safety is not a concern here. I had to strap my own children in the go carts because the attendents didn't bother checking. I saw a 3 year old kid ride the adult go cart as a passenger! He was no where near the minimum height and the father had to drive slow since the kid was sliding all over the seat! The attendents would drive in the tracks during a live race without a seatbelt. One time, all the attendents were talking to girls and forgot to open the barrier so all the go carts went back into the staging area. Last, the manager told all guest that if you have been here for more than 4 hours, you need to leave. The reason was it was at max capacity and they needed room for new customers. That is not right especially if you paid for ALL DAY passes! I wish I was kidding.

This is fine needs a lot of maintenance none of the lakes or rivers work instead of the water you ll have a savage guarding lack of people giving maintaining clean this place need a Lot love it has though a lot of potential but nobody to take care of it thank you

Manager Keegan Illies and staff NOT friendly at all! Rude attitude, bias, Snootie workers. Attended 6 yr old bday skating party where manager wouldn't allow music to be played because he wanted to control the mood. Under staffed and we'll NEVER do business here again!

This place could use some updates. Putt putt greens were torn up, water for bumper boats was a nasty green color and the gocarts were slow. I gave it 3 stars because the staff was friendly and the kids had a good time.

It's the best. Have to come agaim. We had an awesome time. My wife like the arcade, roller skating and amusement park all in the same venue. Anyone traveling with kids in the area this is a must.

It was our 1st time there for a birthday party & we got there 10 min late, when we tried to check in, they told us the party room was still being occupied by the previous party because they told them then could stay there 30 min longer since we were a couple of minutes late. We waited for the room to be cleaned. After waiting 45 min we finally get in. The lady told us we could stay as long as we wanted because no party had a reservation after us. We leave to go outside for the outdoor activities, before we left we ordered for the pizzas to be made. 30 min or so later they tell us to move rooms because a party was here. They moved us out to the lobby when we were promised another room which never happened. 1 hour later we get the pizzas after we were moved to the lobby & it tasted like the frozen pizzas that you buy from the grocery store & just place it in the oven. The ac was not working, it was so hot in there. The cards machines for the game cards were not working majority of them had error messages. This place just sucked. Peter piper or Chuck E. Cheese is better than this. Don t recommend to any one.

It wasnt worth the price at all because for the $20 unlimited was only outside and there arent alot of things to do for older kids . Not even my 11 year old brother could get on alot of the rides.

This place is an all in one experience for children. Took my niece and nephew for a birthday party. They had a blast. It wasn't busy so everything was smooth.

Great deals for birthdays, band trips, or choir trips.

It is a shame that this place went downhill. They definitely need to put money into their arcade. More than half of the games don't work and not easy to get any tickets for prizes. Employees were disinterested and not very nice. I could go on but this place is not worth my time.

Really used to love this place, however today 1-13-2013 we went there and everything we charged was triple charged. This was happening to other parents there and many will have NSF fees and unable to buy groceries due to this .. No one there could help us at all. Most of the employees looked 13 or 14 and were unable to help and this is understandable, however when we asked for a phone number we were told that they cannot give it out. Wow.. So my 100.00 outing with my wife and daughter ended up costing us 300.00 or at least put pending transactions on my money in my bank account .. Unnacceptable

I love this place so much there s go carts put out and so much more I highly recommend and it s not that popular so there s not that much people this is the place I always want to go on the weekends

the go karts were the only thing that made the experience fun. A lot of the games didn t have ride attendants so you have to go search for an employee to play or ride anything, the skating area isn t a real skating rink it s tile and you can t stop with the provided skates and it s definitely a bit sketchy on their tile floor. The place looked dead and outdated, a lot of games were broken, it was dirty overall I d go back for the go karts not much else.

Not friendly, did not get what we paid for. We just left

I had my daughter's birthday party here on 4-11-15. Or hostess was great, however my complaint is that nothing was in much of a working order. Most of the employees did nothing to line cutters, the laser tag had 8 vests working and they were barely functional. The bumper boats were shut down with no explanation then magically back again. There were guests abusing the go karts and using them as bumper cars. The pizza was bland, and most of the arcade machines were either broken or out of tickets. Then the ticket redemption machine would not count your tickets. It is definitely not a place I plan on recommending not giving my custom to again.

I forgot to mention the water leaking through the ceiling in the arcade as the workers were on top power washing the roof.

Spent a lot of money for my child s bday party to be there! 1st off after spending over 300 dollars you would think they would give the parents who paid for the party a free 2 dollar fountain drink but no we had to pay for it...it s a kid place and they didn t have any skates for littler kids also the only socks that were there were long enough to cover the whole shin of a 6ft man and they also had to be purchased for another 2 dollars. Half of the games were not working when there wasn t a good selection to start with!! The outside area was ok but the kiddie rides were out of order! At the mini go karts the teenage attendant had spilt a lot of gas on the track which should have been cleaned but was just going to let the kids drive over it so we didn t do that attraction either!! Overall it was a horrible experience for the amount of money spent!!! I DO NOT recommend having a party there!!

I went to the batting cages with my friend and girlfriend today, the light turned of signaling that the round was over and when I turned around i got hit in the hip with a 40 mph ball

A lot of teens/ young adults work here. They hide inside of the building instead of being outside working the rides. You have to go look for them and even then they are hesitant to come. There were kids driving the gokart and wrecking while the staff were on their cell phones not paying attention numerous times.

You have to wait about 45 minutes in line to get on the go-karts and bumper boats. To get any benefit from the unlimited passes, you have to spend several hours there. It wasn't until their final hour of operation that the lines thinned out.

Fun to go but many of the affordable games were broken. Small place but clean. Pricey food.

Hi guys i went here with my friends Jacob Robert Hart and Zachary Joseph Hart in december of 2018. When we walked in, the place instatntly smelt like burnt pizza and BO. When we were in the Go KAerts my worst enemy Samuel quesadilla flew out , slammed against the wall and died on impact.
After that incident, we played MIni GOLLF. While we were there, a beaver named Jonah approched Jacob and bit his fingers of like mozzerala sticks. There was also a large white man hiding in the go kert shed. I will never go here again buttttttttttttttt the dippin dots were good. Only go here if you want some nitro fuel for Nicholas Pena's Traxxas senton.

Came here with my summer camp today, we booked in advance for 24 kids, showed up with only 19 and they were still unprepared. There was only 3 staff to run all of the outdoor attractions and they kept disappearing, leaving our counselors to go looking for people to operate the rides for our kids as well as the other children and families present. At point all but one employee had gone and disappeared. The employees didn't seem too enthralled with their jobs and didn't treat the children very kindly (with the exception of a nice girl and young man at the concessions), which I did not take well to. At one point I had to do the bumper boats employee's job for him, as children were attempting to get on and off of the ride without being secured to the dock first and he didn't seem to care. He asked if I needed a life vest for one of my 5 year olds, and when I said please he just threw it at her, leaving me to climb over the fence to help her put it on. I ended up having to sit at the bumper boats ride to tell the kids not to get on and off without permission as he was just allowing children to do as they pleased. Summer camps and schools - don't waste your field trip money here!

The place is looking it's age. In serious need of an update.

these people are horrible and rude, and extremely racist. i have not been to a place so awful as long i have lived. and the prices are worse.

My granddaughter rides every ride.. then we in the day by playing Putt-Putt

Terrible place. Do not recommend. It is very small and line are too slow. We stood in line more than an hour for go carts. They had no other rides open until I complained.

Large with a lot of fun, with Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, and an arcade, there is more to do here than not.

Wow way to much money for this place way to many things are broke and need fixing and they dont tell you before you buy tickets I wasted $150 for sure never never come back here again

Lots to do. Well organized Birthday party. Kids and adults had a blast. Kid and adult size go carts. Kids climbing wall. Mini golf and token games!!!

Horriable service there was no one to work the rides so we just sat there in the heat on someone to come work the rides no ever came even after we asked someone for help. And half the games did not work in the arcade. So we got our money back and left.

Don't Go!! Bought unlimited pass for outdoor access. Only like three employees and they're all inside. So if some kids want to do one activity and the other another. Will guess what, got to wait for one another to finish. Only one employee available. They all go Inside and leave one employee outside. Horrible !!! We went inside for a break and to drink water. My kids notice someone vaping in the office. Just not a good example at a kids amusement place. Took kids for go karts and we were the only ones there but they kept getting kids off of go karts. dumb place.

Decent place for a 1st time miniature golf player. The cost was not too outrageous; 3 outside activities for 12 bucks. Of course the food and drinks are ridiculously priced. Thankfully Sonic was next door...very strategic of Sonic!

Mountasia is a great place for family's to play mini golf and ride go-carts!! Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Seems fun not really for my 2 yr old although I'm shire she'll love in a few years.

Staff didn't pay attention, other guests out of control (while staff ignored them), allowed a duck and her ducklings stay in water of bumper boats instead if removing them, no one was watching over the mini golf so people were taking forever on them with more than 4 people. Way too expensive for the little enjoyment we had. First time in dallas, and we will never come back to the center.

Very outdated. Very limited staff. The attendant that did help is was awesome!

There weren't very many people here so the kids had a great time. No long lines and plenty of events to keep everyone happy.

Super fun and wasn't crowded at all when we went, loved it!!!!

first of all this is not my first time here, took my kid there on Wednesday when it was raining and walked in to a totally empty game room. at first think great my kid has the run of the place. when meet by the staff after hanging out at the counter for 5 minutes or so, I was approached by a Hispanic fellow wearing rubber boots, when the first words out of his mouth was "where closing at 8 pm tonight." I said ok we where only going to play some games for a hour or so. it was 630. another 5 mins later we had our game card $20 worth. So my mother and Daughter ran to the skeet ball machine there is 3 of them none worked. bummer this is the start of a horrible night. out of all the games they have only 3 or 4 worked the rest where broke or turned off. down stairs near the skating ring was full of games. all where turned off. the place was so gross the water fountain had black mold on it... this is one of my kids favorite places to go hope they get there stuff together...

Nobody running the kid rides oitside. Had to ask mngr twice to send someone out. Then half the arcade games just a tour money and never worked. Management acted like they could care less. Will never come back again don't waste your money here

These folks just get paid to goof around up here.. they rather hang and "kick it" instead of Operate attractions rushed off of rides just so they can hurry up and go by the go karts with their friends. They literally all hang over there. Lied about batting cages being on the Groupon wristband. I called up there twice before I made the purchase. We had to comeback on rain check because stuff was closed.

P.s. whatever in that bumper boat water burns your eyes. At least it did to ours

They've really let this place go. I was sad to see how rundown everything has gotten. Ownership really needs to put some money into revitalizing the golf courses and the Midway. Nothing g has been updated since I was a teenager - just "bandaids" and patches here and there. It's too bad. Mountasia used to be the go-to place for mini golf.

Do yourself a favor, and throw your money in the street. Literally half of the games in the arcade don't work, whether or not a sign is taped on indicating as much. If you'd like to go clinically insane, give the go-karts a whirl. Oh, and if you would like to waste about 20 minutes of your life, stand in line at the counter waiting to be helped. This place next-level SUCKS.

Went here for a birthday party. We did the Roller rink inside. The roof was dripping water on the floor. It was very dangerous. We had little kids there and they didn't even have a key to tighten the wheels to help the little ones out. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received there. It's not what it used to be. Even the mini golf greens are falling apart. Sad to see this place go so downhill.

Stopped by with my 3 kids and completely disappointed. Games are extremely over priced. You will be paying $1 for most games that would be .25 at other establishments. They utilize cards, how most arcades do now, but ours would not work, or their system would not work, not sure. We would be swiping ours over 5x for it to let us play. They have two of the same exact game right next to eachother and one is $1 and one is $2. When turning in tickets (these are stored on the cards), their system only worked long enough for 2 of my kids to be able to turn theirs in. We won t be going back to turn the other one in. I ve messaged the establishment, about 24 hours ago, and it s been opened, but no response. Head to Alley Cats down the street, it s new and cheaper.

Excellent for family fun!! Many rides that offer a smaller child to ride as passenger. No big lines to wait in.

Was here for a b-day party, it wasn't that good, a lot of the arcade games were off due to maintenance, also the mechanic attractions, some open some not. I would expect full availability for a saturday afternoon...

So much fun! Great place to bring the whole family!

$140 for 6 of us to ride go karts. Water ride is down. Had to go find someone to man the kiddie rides, 2 of which are down. Not amused. Will not return.

Lots of arcade games not working and short staffed.

It was great fun at a great price. But make sure to find discount values or coupons before going, and mention it at the register. Certain packages allow unlimited amount of fun on the go karts and other activities outside.

When we went, there was hardly anyone around. We had the place almost to ourselves. But it was so much fun. My family and I had a blast putt putting, playing laser tag, roller skating and racing the go-karts.
