90% of the arcade games are broken, games that did work or were at least turned on still caused several trips to the counter to get refunds when they didn't allow for play. Some games had missing pieces making gameplay impossible yet they were turned on, some had signs to swipe card a certain way- which didn't work, one game in particular had a seat that was broken with sharp edges that were exposed, yet it was not blocked off for safety. The card reload machines were broken, signage was out inside, staff stood around talking or playing on their phones, . The poor staff outside (all two of them) were having to switch between rides and left most closed. The course was alright, but several places had broken pieces, tripping hazards, were overgrown with weeds, or had trash that had clearly been there for a while lying around.

It's an ok place and fun, my 4 year old had a blast, kinda small, little amount of arcades, we had fun.

Pretty girls and pretty weather. Sometimes they have a dj in the summer.

Half the indoor arcade games were broken. Half the outdoor events were unattended. Not worth the money. My friends will remind me of this horrible decision for the rest of my like. THANKS MOUNTASIA! Go somewhere else!

Very quiet and peaceful! Not all attractions were open but still had a great time with the go-karts and golf. Not expensive if you purchase a wrist band but food & drinks are a little costly. Overall, good experience as usual and would recommend for families with smaller kids.

Many of the activities were not working properly, but the the go karts were fun!

A bit dirty and under maintained but overall still as fun as it was 20 years ago when I was a kid.

The place is small..half the arcades were not working..you have to put the card in several times before it works..there was no staff at some of the outside attractions. I would say a bit over priced for whats there. The wristband was $29.99 per person, that's too much for the park it should be $19.99. The go-carts are fun, but the bumper boats, the pool is way too small. Will not be going back there. There has to be something better then this in the Dallas area.

Good small amusement park or big gaming arcade. The Groupon deal was $17 for 2 people mini golf and a go-kart ride for two with $5 worth of arcade tokens. I didn't expect too much because the Google reviews aren't great at all, however reasonable cost to play around half of the day with kids. Great landscaping design mini golf course & go-kart track, the racing time isn't too short. Arcade games are not very new but cheap and pretty good choice. I think the Google reviewers were visited wrong timing. One suggestion: Do not buy individual tickets at the counter. buy another Groupon from your smartphone when you spent everything.

The pricing is very weird on the attractions you can do and not at all worth it in my opinion. We have a 5 and 3 year old. All the "kiddie" rides restrictions were 36 inches minimum. Our youngest is 1 inch short so she pretty much can't anything on the outside attractions besides golf. Not even the train and mini swings... Every carnival we have been to has been 30-32 inches for the kiddie rides. So yeah. Lame time for the kiddo and the parent. don't recommend the outside attractions for kits under 3 feet. They did refund me my band for a game card .

Would be an awesome place if they maintained the games. Go carts, bumper boats we're great. Some laser tag vests were out. A lot of games were old and not working. It's sad when the staff just don't care that the games aren't working. Why fix something when they can make money off of what is working.

Waited in line behind 2 kids for 20 minutes. My kids were supposed to be next but some other kids had pushed my kids out of the way. So we had to wait again. Then the lady behind the counter missed my kids ticket count. Would have spoke to a manager if my husband hadn't already pulled up the car with our fussy 9 month old.

The place is run down from the mini golf that can flood after rain to the arcade that's consistently got 1/2 of its machines broken. The staff always look jaded and getting someone to help man a less popular ride a challenge BUT with a groupon its good cheap fun and we keep coming back. Just lower your expectations and don't expect Dave and busters

Not happy after driving 2 hours to get there. Not alot of the arcade games was working. Some staff was rude. We will not be back.

Really fun had lots of open activities and not long lines

Needs some TLC or new management because it has lots of potential but overall we had a good time!!

Decent amount of good games, putt putt is fun. The regular staff is nice. The manager, however, very obviously doesn't wanna be there. Also had to wait a good while for just a personal pan pizza. No one really went back there to check on it. Also, there were no cookies. The entire display was gone. The music/radio in the building glitched and it was just all repeating noise. Not the cleanest place either.

This place could be great if they fixed the a/c in the skating ring and fixed the numerous out of service games and ticket counters staff is 50/50 some are great very helpful others are absolutely rude but all in all the kids always enjoy them self here

a couple of the rides we're not working outside and some of the staff was less than Pleasant but the manager stepped in and fixed most of the problems the ones he was able to

Going after 5pm would be my best recommendation for price and convenience. Clean place and really nice staff. Would definitely go back.

Everything went great the games wouldn't give us tickets every time we won them but the employees always helped us out and got.is our tickets

It is okay, used to be better. The place is in need of a makeover for sure. Putt courses need work and maintenance.

Went today for the first time since 2001 (aka a kid). The games are almost nonexistant. You have the first floor of games, and then go down a ramp to where I remember all the great arcade games...there was a few working games, and then a group behind tape that were broken. Luckily outside hasn't changed, still the same golf and other stuff. Big shame the games are not what they used to be.

Staff seemed to not really care about people's safety and there equipment. Management didn't really make a presence as athority. So it's like no one really cared.

There is lots to do at Mountasia! Two separate 18-hole mini-golf courses, two different go kart tracks (one for smaller kids), two different game rooms, laser tag, carnivalesque rides, bumper boats, batting cages, and birthday rooms. Look for deals on Groupon and call them to find out what specials they have. Tuesday is currently a discount day. They have a snack bar that's decent. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a Mid-Cities legend!

The mini golf and go karts were a hot with my 3 year old! We had a blast. We went in, bought $20 worth of games and started to play. It was then we noticed over half the games were not working probably close to 75% were not available to play. We asked the manager for our money back, and she didn't apologize for the lack of game play.

We were here today for a school field trip and we were so disappointed. This trip was booked in advance and apparently they weren't prepared for us. We had 26 children with only 3 go carts working and then the worker told us that there wasn't enough gas for all our kids to ride. I spoke to a "manager" who said she was handling the gas situation but never offered us any apologies for the inconvenience or the fact that the attractions only had three workers which prevented the kids from enjoying all the attractions bc they weren't all running. We also had unlimited video game cards for the kids but more than half the video games didn't work and the ones that did we had to swipe the cards so many times just to get the game to work. The staff wasn't the friendliest and at one point the kids came in for water and the staff that were operating the attractions were now all inside hanging out at the counters....literally. This was a VERY expensive field trip that was absolutely not worth that amount and it is horrible. Don't even get me started about their concessions stand, lol, that's a joke!! Just go to Sonic right next door....you'd be safer I'm sure. This place needs to be taken care of seriously or shut down completely. Never again!!

Had a great time, went to Cici's pizza afterwards for their salad bar and appease the kdis.

This place is definitely not managed well. The teens that work here don t even assist for parties or explain anything. When you tell them a game is broken they don t try to fix it or put a not working sign on them. So many games were either not working or just take your money, I did get my money back but if you don t speak up you re out of luck.

Broken games, the ticket counter is broken. The staff has to count each ticket one by one with extreme long lines. Pay for unlimited rides and some of the aren't even open. Overall poor experience.

Short staffed no air conditioning in some spots did not enjoy my time there and will never visit this place again

We paid $130 for 6 people! They only had one attendant outside on the go carts. All the other employees were sitting at the front desk. When I asked to get a refund or to send more attendants they sent one. This one attendant went out to the go carts with the other attendant so I went back in and demanded a refund! This is absolutely horrible customer service! I will be checking my account and that $130 better be in my account within 3 business days!

Workers were to busy hanging out with friends and chit chatting amongst each other than focusing on the rides. We bought the unlimited ride pass for my 4 year old and we waited for attendees more than anything else disappointed this place has sure gone down hill

Omg terrible place. Can I give this a no stars? Overpriced, broken rides outside, broken arcades inside, not enough staff that actually will work there, bathrooms are disgusting, took my daughter for her birthday and the best things she could say was well at least the pizza is edible . Save your money go somewhere else!

The lady had a bad attitude and didn t want to help us with anything

We had a great time today. Everything we wanted to do was open and working. We rarely had to wait in any lines. The staff was helpful at every ride. We played Putt Putt, rode the go-karts, bumper boats, climbed the wall, skated and played laser-tag multiple times. Everything was fun. So much to do that we never got bored. It was a good value. We paid $22 for unlimited rides.

Great place reasonable prices for lots of attractions unlimited all day my son finally got to drive solo such a proud dad now once he can understand how to drive these on to my car j/K

Customer service was awesome, especially from Skylar. But the arcade.... Over half of the games were out-of-order. Skylar helped where she could, but there's only so much she could do. The go-karts were fun, but they had some that were really slow.

Okay the summit skating rink was really bad pls do not go here there was tile and only have quads

Today was the first and last time I will ever visit this place first off the food was terrible and it was overly price for the manger didn't believe that me and my family food was cool,then we go and start playing games an my husband ended winning some beats by Dee and the manger thought we were lying why didn't understand then he had to go to office to get the beats brought back the beats without the cords, it took me to tell the manger that the cord was not in there and he went to another game to get us another pair and yes I checked them out before leaving there so unprofessional.

We bought the unlimited outdoor package. Things started off great, but around 8pm the started shutting down rides outdoors because they were short staffed. On top of that we would have to walk around and look for some one to operate each attraction. This became frustrating to spend 5 minutes looking for someone to turn the ride on.
Now for the inside. Most of the arcade games didn't work. The ticket counter doesn't work so they have someone eyeball (not count) the tickets and tell you what they think you might have. No one was watch the skating rink and as more and more people came it became dangerous for little ones to play because there was no order. People were doing in any direction. Kids were laying on the floor. The people who work there were very rude. I complained to the manger, but he looked to be a teenager and did not provide any assistance. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves, but I will never go back there. We tried hard to overlook these things, but by the end of the night I grew tired of all of the inconveniences.

My Family had a great time and it was very affordable for a large Family. I highly recommend late evenings to avoid the crowds.

Alot of the games didn't work. The staff entire staff were the most unintelligent people I have encountered in quite some time.

Most of their softball batting cages are calibrated incorrectly. Doesn't look like they keep up maintenance

Had a terrible experience at this establishment. Half of the arcade games didn't work, we had to get assistance with the batting cages because they were also out of commission and the golf course had twigs and leaves all over it from the trees lining the course. It look as if it hadn't been swept off in weeks. When I presented these issues to the manager repeatedly, she acted very nonchalant and offered no sort of recourse. The only redeeming quality of this poorly ran money trap is the go carts. The track is wide and more intricate than just a circle. Prices are also reasonable for most activities.

This place was not really a fun place to go. The laser tag session was empty had to play alone with my friend. Every other place was empty as well and the only fun thing to do was the go-kart. I thought it was a waste of my time and money. Never going back there.

Weekday deal unlimited golf and gocarts with $10 arcade card for $18

My daughter likes coming here. There really is not a lot to do though. If you purchase a day pass, it includes the bumper boats, golf, go karts, rock climbing, and about 2 little kids rides. The games, skating, batting cages, and laser tag are all a separate fee. A lot of the games are broken. It's a good place to go for a couple of hours, but it's not worth it if you do not have a coupon.

I love the batting cages, my boys love the go karts!! They need to seriously update the arcade area. Half of the games are not working! The arcade room is never occupied with more than 4 people. Everyone is outside. This place is going downhill. I hope they upgrade soon!

NEVER!! Come to this place...I don t see how this place is in business! From the time we stepped in the room it was bad energy. Not one person welcomed our party! We spent over $450 for a party and was talked to really poorly by a untrained staff. When we went to the manager she didn t do anything at all! Only rated because i had to. This place is not somewhere ill ever return. Most games dont work, the rides we were told dont work, 2/3, the bath room is HORRIBLE! The counters are cracked and the curtain is BLACK thats covering the sink. We couldnt skate due to lack of sizing for kids, got told we would get a refund by an employee but the manager states he can't refund, the mini golf was aweful it was flooded with mosquitoes, only fun thing is the go carts. After paying over 100 for my child's birthday im highly disappointed go to main event save your money.

This place is in shambles. Overgrown cattails cover the hole on the blue course. Flooding covers the middle level of the three tier hole on red. It is clear that the owners have no intention to maintain the facility in the slightest bit. Standing water in the cave portion makes for a hazardous trip with the risk of mold and mosquitos. Many parts of the grass are ripped up and most of the wood outlining has been all but destroyed.

I will never go back and I will warn as many people as I can to act accordingly.

Go karts were awesome, everything else is run down.

Family had fun on go-karts. Used Groupon otherwise way too pricey. Place looks very old and run down. Men's bathroom showed signs of neglect. You can judge a place by the bathrooms. If you can't keep the #1 place with the most traffic then other areas unseen are being neglected.

There was not a lot of workers so you can only play 1 ride

This place is kind of old school looking back in the 80's.

This was a fun way to spend family time. The kids enjoyed themselves. I would recommend getting the awesome unlimited pass it is well worth it. The go carts are go, the ticket pay out isn't great.

We had lots of fun and I'm glad they are still around. I love the go-karts, getting splashed in the bumper boats, and a nice game of putt-putt. The kids love all the rides too and the games inside. When we went the lady warned us that half the games didn't work, so that was a bummer, but there was still quite an assortment and everyone had a great time.

Great place for children's birthday party for those who have aged out of Chuckee Cheese.

They've really let this place go. I would guess that they are going out of business. Half of the games are out of order or powered -off. The mini-golf course is in terrible shape and the waterfall smells like death. You know it's bad when your 4 year old goes "can we leave now"?

Need a place to hang out with your friends? What about a place to have fun? Something with a reasonable price? You should for sure go to Mountasia!

This place has all of what Putt Putt offers plus mini rides and water park access. My son and I had a great time at a great price

30 dollars for broken games?? My brother paid 30 dollars for the ultimate pass, everything was broken. Picked him up after less than an hour. Don't waste your money

It's worth it to purchase a wristband, but not worth it if your child is older than 9.
