They were not running all the rides. Only 2 workers working that.

Utterly awful. The pictures are very misleading. Easily half of the arcade games were broken, yet none of them were taken out of service - they sat there to take your money. Rides were broken too. Bugs on/in the air hockey tables. No one was manning the laser tag or roller rink, so we couldn't even use what we had paid for. Mini golf course was puny and disappointing. Will never go back. This place ruined my whole day.

Edit: seven months later and this experience still makes me mad. Truly one of the worst venues of any kind I've ever been to - there's cleaner gas station bathrooms, more fun to be had in a hospital cancer ward, and I've seen urine sample collectors more enthusiastic about their job.

Could use at least 10 more video games and better laser tag, food sucks

This place is borderline sketchy to begin with. However today was my son s 4th birthday, and I had promised him go karts since that s his favorite thing. I had done my research prior, and mountasia had a deal, specifically open for today, for $15 for unlimited go kart rides. Great. Show up...go karts are closed. Got the excuse of I changed the website this morning, they re closed Monday-Thursday . Didn t have time to go anywhere else for go karts before I went in for work tonight...so instead we got to play an incredibly apathetic game of putt putt on the worst maintained course ever with a sad 4 year old because they closed to go karts. Thanks for helping ruin our birthday for him...we won t be back.

None of outside staff wearing mask. Only go karts available outside. A few games operate inside. After my kids riding around 3 rounds were told to get off that they were having a party. We d been there maybe 30 min. AFTER WEVE SPENT OUR MONEY. don t waste money or HEALTH. It s a bunch of kids in charge and management that can t handle staff during COVID-19

My last visit here was terrible. Half of the games did not work and the ones that did or way overpriced. The food is horrible but still high price. Do not go here unless you like being flipped off

Went yesterday and bought a $20 arcade game card and almost everything in there didn't work and I'm sure they knew that and still sold cards, never going back again

Bad food, no tokens for softball cages. Very rude kids working counter.

Skating and private birthday room was awesome! Game room was lacking. Lots of broken games employees were nice.

Fun place, but a little dated. Put put golf and batting cages were a lot of fun.

For $32 dollars I shouldn't have to keep searching for an employee to let my kids get on the rides. Better staffing plan needed.

This is the best fun center I have been to (and I've been to a lot). It is certainly not new and shiny, but it looks like things are kept in good repair.

The go kart track was the best I have ever been on in my entire life at a fun center. It has two bridges and lots of turns and ramps up and down. It was really a good time, and the karts were pretty fast.

The bumper boats were fun but it was more like lake water, which made me feel kind of gross when my kids were shooting each other (and me) with the guns. The water is possibly treated, but it seriously looked like pond scum. The kids had a great time though.

We didn't try the climbing wall but it looked fun. There were also lots of kiddie rides for your small people. We also didn't try mini golf but it also looked fun and decently maintained.

The laser tag was fun, even if not all of the suits worked great. There was also a roller skating rink that we also didn't try but looked neat. I did notice they have the little walker things to help kids balance if they don't know how to skate.

The arcade had some fun games, my kids had to keep asking the staff to refill the ticket dispensers. The staff was more than happy to help.

We didn't try the food, either.

I feel like we got way more than what we paid for - we did the unlimited indoor and outdoor wristband so the kids could do whatever they wanted to. It was pretty cheap considering what they got to do! We got one of the family packs of 4 wristbands. Overall a screaming good deal.

And we will be back regularly!

We went here for my granddaughter birthday party the customer service was horrible the manager is very very very unprofessional the staff members have bad attitudes please don't have a party at this place

I went to mountasia today. I read "Kc M's" review and almost didn't go, Upon entering the door, we were greeted by most every staff member who then introduced themselves to my 2 sons and myself. Each one bent over backwards to see that we had a wonderful experience with them at Mountasia. When we reached the front desk, I asked about different prices for every one of the attractions, we had decided on laser tag to start the morning off, but found out that it had been down since the weekend.(They were working hard to get it up and going for us before we had to leave) Since it was our first time to ever try it, the manager gave us a complete tour of the laser tag course and asked us to please try again as soon as it was up and running again. And WE SURE WILL!. we then went on to play a few rounds of Mini Golf. It was pretty cold outside while we were golfing, and we finished then went back inside. They made a fresh batch of the best hot coco I have tasted, ( I snuck a sip of the boys coco. ) Then brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for me. They hunted us down in the lower part of the game room and delivered it and asked if there were anything else they could do to make our time more enjoyable. After warming up, it was off to the Gokarts for a fun time of being out run and outclassed in racing by 2 - 13 year old kids. lol. Our stay lasted almost 5 hours, and it is well worth the time!
P.S. the place was not rundown and dirty by any stretch of the imagination. And not once did i see anyone on a cell phone.

I wish I could give a zero! The place has no safety protections, and is so ghetto. Manager was arguing and wanting to fight people outside, and employees had to hold her from assaulting the customer in front of children. The manager even took her mask off with complete disregard to customers health. I have never seen management so unprofessional and ignore the Central for Disease Control and Preventions guidelines. Manager there needs to be held accountable, and customer needs to file a LAWSUIT for unsafe practices, threats and endangering the customers with her behavior. I will stay away !

Can you say a amazing Mountasia. It was so many activities. Such as skating, laser tag ,arcade games ,rock climbing, go karts, bumper cart, battling cage,and mini golf course.They even had little amusement park for the kids. Price I paid 75$I put 40 for play card and brought 2 wrist band for 3 attractions outside. What I love they let ride over and over without rushing you.I had a ball.

This place needs a major overhaul. It was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting and none of the equipment worked. I wouldn t wast your money.

My children have had many birthday parties here and liked it for the most part. The reviews are correct that they do not fix most anything that breaks. The putt putt course is run down and weeds with stickers everywhere. The only thing my kids really cared about were the go carts and laser tag. They like games but when most of them they want to play are broken or down't give tickets as they run out and don't replace them most of the time. When bad weather comes... WARNING... they do not care about your business. They only offer tokens for broken games the kids don't want to play anyway. Will not have my kids birthday parties there ever again. They lost lifetime business and the management could not care less.

Used to be great, it's old and needs updates and repairs outside, inside the arcade is bare I don't know about the skating or laser tag but judging by the rest probably needs a update disappointing most of the mini golf looks like they don't even pay attention to it anymore it's kinda sad

Incredible arcade games. Decent prizes. A fun full blown mini golf course. The lazer tag is splendid and I highly suggest it! Be warned though, if you decide to go skating, they don't carry roller blades. If you wish to blade, you must bring your own. Its a great place to take your kids for a fun day out.

It wasn't too bad of a place for decent family fun. It's really run down though. Some of the stuff REALLY needs to be updated. Especially the Minigolf. The first hole was WAYYYY too hard for the first hole. (Rad and blue course) Some of the holes were just too hard for a FAMILY putt putt. The skating was very very nice. It's just REALLLY freaking hot in there. The laser tag was fun as well. But it still would be a nice place for the family to visit just for a couple of hours of fun.

The most amazing place to go golfing and racing on the go carts with your kids.

Most of the arcade games don't work, but everything else was great.

I was VERY unhappy today. I took my boys to play Laser tag. They website said games every 1/2 hour. But once we got there, and got done playing our 1st game, she said we were done. It was only 8 min games. For $6 each. It cost me $38 for 16 min of gaming. A rip off. I'm not gonna be going here again.

80% of the games either do not or barely work, run down and dirty in general.

Place is OK. Mini golf is fun. They have some little kiddie rides, games, etc.

This place is not fun at all ... not worth the visit ... it is a small place with many rides not working. Staff is less and you need to talk to manager for every rides you want to do so that they can send someone to attend us..

I had my daughter's 5th birthday party at Mountasia and we had a wonderful experience. From the time of booking the party to the moment we left the park, everything was a breeze and every employee went above and beyond for my family. Management is especially great, they truely care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Everyone made my daughter feel extra special on her big day! And the park itself is awesome, they have so many fun things to do and very little waiting time to go on rides! We will absolutely be back!

Always have a good time, but many of the games are dated and many times broken.

Beyond run down. Go carts were sssoooo slow. Half the arcade games weren't working. Overstaffed. Bathroom counters falling off the wall. Save your money.

I will say the only reason I'd even give this place a 1 star I'd because SOME of the staff is helpful.. others are just lazy! But here's my big thing.. if you get an hour long (or any timed) arcade card you do not receive ANY of the tickets you earned while playing!! NONE! My 8 year old was working so hard to get tickets and she could get NO prizes! She was devastated! Most of the time the card didn't even work! We had to get a replacement! The golf course if filthy! And $8 for a tiny personal pizza? Insane!! Will never be back! It's only a matter of time before this place closes down!

It is an older place but the rides are well kept and it's a great value. They could use one or two more attendants as they float outside between rides and attractions as needed. With that being said they were very attentive and my kids had a blast.

too many games down inside. not enough staff available. had to call front desk from bathroom while on toilet because no toilet paper. was embarrassed by that. my kids play card was stolen. staff wouldn't even review camera footage to help, when i said we got lots of tickets won. souvenir cups were okay in the style they were made, but are too flimsy, much like a red Solo cup material. some bumper boats didn't really work to drive and needed maintenance.

A really fun place for date night. Not the cleanest, but that didn t make a difference in how much fun we had. I didn t try the food, and I probably wouldn t.

We had a Christian Motorcyclists Association Run for the Son golf tournament. We had avery good time. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Honestly this place looks so cool online and then when you get in there it s so disappointing. Went for a family day and the atmosphere as soon as we walked in was suspect and only after a few minutes we figured out why. $89.99 for a family 4 pack of JUST outside activities was a joke, only rides that were going were the go carts and bumper boats. Oh and we went inside to play a few games and half of them were out of order! Tried to grab a snack and the service was a mess! Too many young kids standing around looking at each other. Our kids literally asked to go home

Use the batting cage here. This location could definitely use an upgrade. It's a little run down.

Even though the group I was with had had reservations for approximately 1 month prior to our visit they still didn't seem prepared for our group.

Overall, not a great experience. The restroom smelled like an outhouse, the attendant at the go-karts was apathetic about his duties, The golf course was dirty with leaves and sticks, and many of the games were "temporarily unavailable," not that they have many to begin with. Definitely did not get my money's worth, even with the Groupon discount. With Alley Cats somewhat close by, I don't see Mountasia lasting much longer at this rate.

Go carts are a blast. We did the red mini golf course, and it was challenging enough to be really fun. We did not try arcade games, food, batting cages.

This place is ran by children. Snotty, careless teenagers run the front desk and the rides. They play on their cell phones and barely acknowledge customers or monitor the rides. This place is a joke. Horrible...actually non-existent customer service. My daughter was injured on the go karts. Some other unruly guests were using them as BUMPER CARS when clearly it says on numerous signs not to do so. The staff was not paying attention and if they had been, my daughter would not have been rammed into TWICE by the same persons. The staff could've kept a watchful eye but instead were not paying attention. If they had been, they could've pulled the ones who were abusing the go karts. As a result, her knee is swollen and she is limping. We didn't feel the need to go to the ER last night but may have to take her to the doctor today as she is still in excruciating pain. When I went to the front desk, still no adult management was around. I asked for a refund and said we were leaving. They were not concerned AT ALL about her injury. They did not apologize nor ask her how she felt. All around crappy experience and I will NEVER be coming back. I will NEVER suggest it for a "fun" outing. The place should've been shut down years ago. It's worse than ever. Not to mention the obvious, it smells and it's extremely dirty. Does anyone clean?????

My family went and played mini golf and did the batting cages. We had a lot of fun and there are 2 golf courses. There was a large puddle on the red course that needs to be covered or at least warned about. 18 holes is a lot of holes, but like I said it was fun. The batting cages were cool, but some of them had an off pitch. I tried 2 different cages and the first was way too high and the other was way too low. They don't pitch in the middle. Prices are fair and it's nice to be able to only pay for what you will play. I would recommend and would probably go again if I'm in the area.

Kids always have fun! Extremely worth it on slower days.

One it's run down. Two The customer service not very good. Three we bought tickets for laser tag and it was in the very back of building where it looks vacant and noone was. Ack there to help us. Finally we went to ask a second time and was told it starts at 4 but no one came. I went back to front and informed manager and all 5 employees standing there I either want money back or someone gets down there now....I wont be returning...

Miniature golf course not maintained. The place is as close to a dump as you can get.

All the video games were out of order. Made my 3 yr old so sad. The mini golf course was coming apart, covered in leaves and debris, the hole inside the cave was all wet and smelled awful. Had to jump over a big puddle of mosquito larva to get out. Half the rides weren't working either. Will never go again.

2nd time here it fun... golf,gocarts,and skate was fun not cold was blast.. softball was fun.

The batting cages need adjusting, go carts are cool, old building reminds you of a small town..

Half of the arcade games worked. Mini golf course in need of repairs. None of the slow pitch batting cages worked. Restrooms nasty . Will not be returning any time.

Overall Good place to come for kids. Get the unlimited wrist bands so the kids can do whatever they want as many times as they want. I gave it 3 stars because the food is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Chicken tenders and Fries came out burnt, I sent them back in and the tenders came back out burnt again only this time slimy on the inside, just gross! The kids pizza was burnt, even though it really didn't matter because it was nasty anyway! My kids love pizza and didn't like this pizza! And they complained of the way it was also burnt! For almost 17 bucks a pizza it's absolutely horrible!!! Nachos were horrible!! So my advice, eat before you come or after you leave!!

This place is pretty awesome! This is my boyfriend and I's new date spot. It isn't really all that expensive for everything they offer! (like the mini golf, go carts, batting cages, etc.) Especially the game card, $7 for unlimited games for a whole hour!
The only things I can really complain about is the food is a little overpriced and the place looks a bit run down.
Overall though, this place rocks!

We had a great time! Staff (including the teenagers) was friendly, positive, and helpful. Laser tag staff took the time to explain everything to us newbies and helped us choose the best game play. Go carts staff took the time to help with seat belts adjustments without judgement or pressure to hurry. Went on a cold, drizzly Saturday night, and wasnt very crowded. Spent 2.5 hours there and didn't have time to do everything. Fun family outing with our teenagers .

Mountasia is on its last leg

I cant believe this is the mountasia i grew up with! I paid for 250 tokens for my family only to find nearly half the games are broken. Ofcourse they have a no refund policy because of this scam. The ones that did work didn't always pay tickets. There no longer is a downstairs of games ethier, your limited to the single room of broken mess. The only thing good to come out of it was the counter girl. She knew what i was going to say she even said it happens nearly every day. She couldn't give me a refund and i wasnt going to make her day worst but she did allow anything from the prize wall for our inconvenience. Nothing worth $50 sadly. Also turn on the freaking AC its Texas and not even crowded and hot in there.

We are from Chicago and brought our children here, this place needs to be updated and cleaned. Staff is ok. Prices are not to bad. Most of the rides were closed. Also they should have more shade.

The employees were vaping, cussing, and the manager had the audacity to abruptly Interrupt and argue with me. This service is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.

Mountasia has been around for ever and has remained unchanged for atleast 20 years. Kids love it and if you keep that in mind and they have fun it is great. They do need updating and looks a little run down though.

The mini golf course was lots of fun! We did the blue course and I can't wait to go back and try the red. Lots of outside stuff to do, but the arcade is pretty sparse. Not sure about the skating rink, but it wasn't open when we were there.
