Less than one, if I could describe the experience....

Less than one, if I could describe the experience. Appt scheduled between 8am and 12pm, Tech showed about 130 and said it was for afternoon, even though paperwork showed for morning.

Okay, let's move forward, easy clean out, roots, nothing unexpected, paid the $95 pus the $5 Field Service Charge , $100 total.

11 days later, we are backing up now more than when we were before!

Contacting Mountain High Plumbing and even the wife of the Owner, states the roots had grown in 11 days back to blockage and now wants to charge more for a camera to explore the route. More charges!

We usually have another vendor help, but were unavailable. And the Owner's Wife had the audacity in asking me to let her know what the alternate plumber discovers, after saying we were going to go with another in town.

I would highly not recommend this company, not willing to work with you and adds extra charges! And certainly, does not solve the problem, just looking to add on fees!

Problem not solved and we now have to call out another to simply clean the line, highly disappointed.

Not trying to be harsh, but 2nd experience, and same outcome, unfortunately, and no end resolution.

Very simple request to try to narrow a 4 hour window down to a 2 hr window due to out of state family in town and vacation from work. They would not accommodate that but did promise the plumber would call at noon to set time. No call from plumer until nearly 430pm at which point he advised he was still a ways away. Great company if you want to waste hours of your life. Just call roto rooter...

Tony Pye at Mountain High Plumbing really helped us out. Our hot water heater went out in our vacation rental, I called around looking for bids and his was by far the most fair. Upon accepting his bid, he had the parts and problem resolved within 2 days. I highly recommend Tony and Mountain High Plumbing!

We called for a simple fix. They showed up and disappeared only after a few minutes. They left our water off and when we called to ask about it, they said my family were drunks who they didn't want to deal with. Totally unprofessional and no one had been drinking. We called a competitor who helped us with ease.

I would never recommended this sorry excuse for a company.

I only wish I could've left a no star review.

Mountain High Plumbing will charge customers $94 ...

Mountain High Plumbing will charge customers $94 (one hour minimum) just to assess a problem and provide an on-site estimate, even if they do not actually make any repairs. Their estimate range was extremely high which is why I ultimately got a second opinion and went with the recommendation of another reputable plumber who charged me 3 times less than Mountain High Plumbing's low end of their estimate range. Plumbers are expensive, yes, but don't hesitate to opt for a second opinion if you feel Mountain High Plumbing's estimate is too high.

Honestly the worst customer service ever. If possible, I would rate them a zero. Lack of timeliness in fixing the issue. Continuous lack of punctuality and failure to pinpoint an issue. Does not appear that all of the employees are adequately trained to do their job.

HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE

HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE
Cannot stand this company. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be screwed over and lose a ton of money. Plumber comes onto my property in Doney Park, never told me he was there so I could put the dogs away. He approaches our foster German Shepherd and put his face in hers to get bit. Naturally, she did. She has never shown aggression towards anyone else, besides normal barking. He's bleeding from his forehead and nose, so I ask if I can call him an ambulance, I break out the first aid kit, I offer to pay his co-pay at urgent care. I was trying to help him all I could. He doesn't have health insurance and tells me he's gonna use workers compensation. He also tells me multiple times that I'm gonna "pay for this" and that they're "gonna come after" me for it. On top of this, before he showed up.. speaking on the phone made statements that he's not a rich man and that to fix my problem it's gonna cost thousands and thousands of dollars. He tells me to dig a 5' deep by 14' long trench to find my water line. (For no reason). After he leaves another company comes out and discovers that I didn't have to dig at all and it cost $200 and 2 hours to fix. Mountain Highs owner calls me a few days later, telling me that I'm gonna have to pay for his medical bills because workers comp won't cover it. He was at work!!! By law, the dogs owner obligated to cover his damages. I understand that. But now the plumber is trying to come after me in a civil lawsuit! And on top of that, the company charges my credit card (without my permission) for $201. Never emailed me about it, never called me about it, never notified me in anyway! They charged me $201 for their plumber doing literally nothing, but trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!

Preston is a great guy and took the time to diagnose our issue. The response to our call and to fix the issue was super prompt. We woke up to a a substantial leak from our bathroom to our garage. We were so freaked out, there is never a good time for plumbing issues. Preston and Mountain high care and resolved our issue.

DO NOT USE MOUNTAIN HIGH!!

DO NOT USE MOUNTAIN HIGH!!

If I could do zero stars I would. This company came to our house and did not test anything but told us we needed to replace the entire suction side of the water pump and possibly the entire system as well. I put my trust in this company, thinking they would help me out. I listened to the instructions from what I thought was a respected company and took off my day of work and spent eight hours digging up the suction side of the pump. As I reached the tank realized it wasn't the suction water line and thought it was the tank which would've cost thousands to replace. As a precaution I called out another company to look at the issue. They came to my house looked at the pump, put some pipe dope on the fittings replaced 2 hose clamps primed the pump and it was fixed... all that work for nothing. Just another company trying to take advantage of people who work hard for their money.

Would go with zero stars if I could. Showed up 40 minutes out of the window I was given. Knew nothing about my water heater. Took MY owner manual and said he d ask others. Called me 15 minutes later and said everyone told him there were no parts and it couldn t be fixed. Zero effort on their part. $120 trip fee to do nothing.

I have been using Mountain High Plumbing since my first house I bought in Flagstaff in 2004. I have not had a problem with scheduling and they've been quick to respond to emergencies. The service people they send are always friendly, and they work swiftly to fix the problem. I recently needed a new disposal with a tricky install and the guy Tony had it done in 15 minutes with minimal labor costs. While here, I asked him to check out a toilet that kept cycling and he gave it a quick repair without an additional charge. He offered me some money-saving advice for a future replacement on the toilet that would be needed soon, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, we used Mountain High several times over the years, and felt repeatedly that we were overcharged for the services performed. Additionally, plumbers would quote a price for a job, then ask for two to three times that quote once the job was completed. It always took an argument from me to get them to back off. There are a lot of honest plumbers in Flagstaff. Sorry to say so, but Mountain High would be my last choice.

The technicians were pleasant enough, yet slightly overpriced for not even fixing the problem. The real kicker was our interactions with the rude and quite honestly, hostile owner. I would not recommend working with a company who has such incredibly poor follow-through and treats their customers with such disrespect - I certainly won't again!

If could rate lower would do. I am staying at a friends house and both of the toilets in a 2 bathroom house were over flowing. We called them and the first person we spoke to said 20-30 min but when we received a follow up call from a tech named Chris. He not only refused to give his last name he also laughed at my friend to make her cry and laugh saying he wouldn't come and help. DO NOT USE!!! Especially if they say that a tech named Chris is coming to your house to help you. DO NOT advertise as 24/7 if you will act like this and laugh at those who need help.

Cannot fix issues. Constant excuses to put off work for another day. Raw sewage coming up through kitchen sink was classified as "an inconvenience." I've heard "I don't have the right chemicals," then 2 days pass, "I don't have the right tools," day passes, "oh, I need a new permit," next day, "It's a bigger job than I thought and I need another permit and a jackhammer, but now it's the weekend and I can't get a permit..." I've never known such incompetence. This issue started six months ago and they supposedly ran a camera up and saw no roots but now they're saying there's tons of roots, but it's "too hard to cut them", blah blah blah etc. If you like excuses and BS, then hire them. If you want actual work done in a timely manner for an emergency issue, then call anyone else! Don't waste your precious time with this crew!!!

The two things that they came out to repair are broken again.
The sink was clogged and instead of taking the pipes apart to clean, he just ran the hot water. Still charged $141.00. The sink plunger is broken again.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The level of unprofessionalism is on a level I have never experienced before. On day one that our toilet stopped working we called a plumber out and he told us we needed to replace a part and he would order it and have it in by Monday. When I followed up on Monday, I was informed that plumber from Saturday did not order the part. They then asked for us to send a picture of the part to them via text. We explained we did not know exactly which part is the issue, but we sent a couple of pictures. The plumber said that he could work with the pictures we sent. He ordered the part and would install it that Wednesday. On Wednesday the plumber came and said he ordered the wrong part because he "guessed" on what we needed and guessed wrong. When asked why he guessed when he had the pictures from us, he said the pictures were not helpful. I don't understand why he would not have told us at the time on Monday instead of guessing or moreover, come to the house and see the part for himself (and I should let people know that this company installed the piece not even 6 months ago, so they have the documentation of the piece and we reminded them of this since day one, but they could not be bothered to take the time to look it up). He ordered the piece and came on Friday to install it. On that Friday, 6 days into not having a single toilet in my house, the plumber came. He tracked sewage from his boots all over my area rug despite having more than one way around the rug. I then had to get my rug professional cleaned. He asked to use a towel to pick up some of the sewage, but then I discovered he left the dirty towel in the corner of the bathroom. He did not remove it with his waste. He left my bathroom a disgusting mess that required me to use bottles of bleach to clean. We tried to resolve this issue directly with the company and we were treated with such disrespect from the manager and the woman who answers the phone. At no time did we ask for anything more than to have our concerns validated and they were incapable of doing so. This company and their lack of professionalism is disgusting. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!
