This was the worst experience ever. We get there and the room is dirty. We spent the extra money on a suite because we don t get to go away very often and it was disappointing. The floors were dirty and looked like it wasn t ever vacuumed and the bathroom floors were also dirty. In the shower the person who was there before left a bottle of shampoo and it was never cleaned. With covid you would expect them to clean a little better. The sinks were overflowing every time we used them and when maintenance came he told us there was nothing he can do and this is what we get for getting a suite. Which is extremely rude. The lights were blown out in our room and thankfully they came to change it. There was no fridge or microwave but you were allowed to rent one which is insane because we already spent enough money. On top of all that the mini bar was missing most of the stuff inside and they tried to charge us for it when it was missing when we got into the room. We are extremely disappointed and when we asked for some type compensation for all of this they said they would and we haven t received anything. I will never step foot back in this hotel.
