DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Not a quality product. Extremely expensive sofa broke in 6 weeks. They do not want to repair, required the customer to take photos of the sofa AFTER a repair person examined the faulty mechanism and reported a new mechanism was necessary.

Special ordered 2 rocker recliners from this company last year. The footrest is very difficult to close when sitting in the chair. After a few months of use, the screws holding the footrest in place began falling out. Expected higher quality from this company and will not purchase furniture from them again
I purchased a powered lift/ recliner chair for my mom in 2011 I selected one of their premium leathers and the nicer cushions. It never looked like the typical cheap lift chair because the quality is first rate. Her chair was used daily by her for years and my brother kept it after she passed.

I have had one of their reclining sofas for over 18 years and it still works and looks great, meanwhile my relatives (that said we paid too much) have gone through four low end sofas in the same time period and have had nothing but service issues with them....the old saying is still true- you get what you pay for!
