Rooms very clean like all the locations I have stayed! No breakfast tho! But overall great service!

Worst experience of my life. They gave me a room with a HUGE URINE STAIN on the mattress that I laid on for over 20 minutes. The smell soaked Into my pajamas and I had to throw them away. Thry refused to give me a refund because they gave me a new room to stay in (which wasn t exactly clean either, I found hairs in the shower). If you ask me a new room is the VERY least they can do. Absolutely disgusting and I will never be patronizing them again, and I will tell everyone I know to never go there either. Horrible customer service from their corporate office. I m deeply unimpressed.

I'mma be upfront... Motel 6 gotta be top 5 when I come to cleanliness... AND the no smoking policy will keep the rooms looking GOOD... With the smoke FREE smell filling the air... IJS I smoke but it's time to go to sleep... I wanna be at home or at Motel 6

Not bad location. Got a flat tire on rental car had to stay somewhere. Not a bad room.

Very nice rooms. Recommend adding outside trash cans for those of us with pets who have to exercise them and dispose of the waste.

Well worth what i paid for the room! Only thing i would like to see next time is a mini fridge and maybe a microwave in the rooom.

It was fine for the price paid. People there seems to be doing the best they can. Room and bed were clean, but it seems despite non-smoking signs and obviously good effort to clean up, the room still has smell residue from smoking. People who smoked there before did not care about either other clients or motel staff, or thought nobody would notice it.

Newly remodeled, rooms and furnishings feel and function like it was built yesterday. The people are warm, knowledgeable, and sincerely care about your comfort and convenience.
Why not 5 stars? Because I can't withhold only half a star for lacking any rooms with microwave & fridge.
But value vs. price exceeds anywhere else I've stayed.

Beware of this place!!! I am only giving this place one star due to the clean room everything else was not good. I made a reservation at 3:30 p.m. with a credit card number to reserve the room. We arrived at 9:30 p.m. only to find out there was no reservation. We were told by the desk clerk that our reservation was probably cancelled because we did not arrive by 6:00 p.m. She gave us a room - but naturally, the price was higher than the price I was quoted on the phone. During our stay, for one night, there was so much noise, drunken behavior by the riff raff this place attracted, that the police were called. Three hotel guests wound up leaving. The hotel staff it seemed were nonchalant about the behavior - until the police arrived. Do not stay at this place!!! Not worth it

Very clean and comfortable- needed a place to sleep while driving thru and this met our needs perfectly- can't complain and the price was perfect! Front desk was awesome and helpful and very friendly

This Motel 6 is the best we have ever stayed in. Clean, with welcoming staff.

There was a problem with air conditioner and they put us in a new room with a working air conditioner so in my opinion I think that is a wonderful place to stay for them to take the time and fix the problem. I definitely will be staying there again.

Rooms are always clean, no funky smells, location is great and the price is reasonable

Cleaner than I expected. No fee to bring two dogs. Friendly and professional staff.

The remodeled room with hardwood floors was nice, but the smell of cleaning products was overpowering and headache inducing. If i'd had my pet with me i would have had to request a different room or stay somewhere else because the smell of cleaning products would have been an assault on the senses of a sensitive animal. If you'd use odorless cleaning products i'd give a much better rating.

Don't ever stay there, I woke up to bed bugs crawling on my pillow at 4.30am! Went to the office to report and the girl acted like it was nothing. Told me the manager would be there at 8. Got a call around 7.15am from the front office telling me she spoke to the manager and he wanted to come to inspect the room. I agreed. He came I met him on the sidewalk, told him about the bugs and he wanted to see. Showed him and even snapped a picture of him killing the bed bug. Don't stay here this is the nastiest place I have ever experienced

I love that the rooms do not have carpet, you can definitely see how clean they are. I also like the modern furniture, and lack of clutter in the room. The rooms in the back building are nicer, in general, but it seems to be louder back there with other guests.

I stopped here yesterday for the night. Looks decent from the outside and the room was tidy. However the reason I'm giving it 2 stars is after I went to use the bathroom early in the morning, I walk back over to the bed and saw spiders crawling on the mattress. Needless to say, I packed my stuff up and signed out.

Dirty room potatoe chips on very dirty flooor tv didn't work

The rooms were very clean! It was beyond expectations specially for the price. This place is definitely somewhere you can crash comfortably. The staff was friendly and polite. It was a very pleasant stay.

I usually stay at Motel 6's when I'm traveling with my dogs, so their basic approach suits us well. Laminate floors, a nice table & chairs for dinner, remodeled bathroom, and the staff was great. Put us on the first floor by a grassy area. The motel was super quiet. Would stay there again.

Fairly good motel for a low price. Wasn't quite as clean as I'd like but not bad enough to be a problem. One thing I wish was that motels that are no smoking would have smokers step away from the building. No point in no smoking rooms if people (including staff) are standing right outside the door smoking. In comes in the rooms around the door and via the air conditioner and makes people sick. Otherwise I'd stay here again.

This place has bed bugs. Stinky hallway and rooms. Noisy as well.

The bath tub was dirty couldn't take shower, The attendants in the next suite was loud, couldn't sleep a waste of money staying there.

Clean accommodations. Friendly service. Quiet place for a good night's rest.
Although clean, the air in the room had an odor like a cat (litter box) had been in the room previously. Airing the room out with a little help of a spray product would solve that problem.
The Motel 6 is conveniently located and I ended up staying here again. The second stay was excellent. No smell in the room the second time around.

Good people nice to talk to information about anything you want to know they care for your comfort and all your needs very helpful on good places to eat and entertainment so myself I would recommend anyone to stay in nice clean room's and smoke free environment. Amazing service everytime we stay rooms are always clean and newly renovated. Staff is always super helpful and amazingly helpful and kind everytime we come. The only place we will stay anytime we come to Youngstown!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, upon entering my room I found that the floors were very dirty. Feeling uncomfortable about walking barefoot on them. The small table was not very clean either. Large stain on the mattress. Other than those few things my stay was very nice.

Went to visit a friend...clean room with a kingsize bed but still room to walk around...no carpet is a plus

Location was accessable, the bathroom sink was a bit slow, room was good, only the floor in the pet room felt very slightly sticky !! :)

My stay was as usual at a motel 6. I stay at Motel 6 when it is available in the area that I am at.

Its a descent play to stay if you're looking for something cheap.

Hallways stink, you can hear room next to you talking like they are in your room with you. No pools so the website needs to be updated, otherwise rooms are nice, no bugs and comfy beds

Clean, sparse, simple. I needed a clean place to sleep. I did not need fancy. That is exactly what I got.

Very nice motel, just off the exit of Highway 80. Very modern, friendly rooms with air conditioning and a functional bathroom. The staff is smiling, and parking and WiFi are free

We were pleased with the services offered to us at the Motel 6 in Youngstown. The staff who greeted us upon arrival was courteous and professional.

Definitely nice after the remodel. Need a cheap room for the night this is the place to go. Clean comfy bed will be back.

The rooms are nice, but the environment is not. We did not feel safe. There are a lot of people that live there and are ready to party as we went to bed. Loud and going from room to room. A young girl riding her bike back and forth on the sidewalk in front of your room. Had to be careful opening your door because you never knew who or what was outside your door. Do not recommend.

The room was clean! We just had to stay for the night!

There were bugs and hair in the bed. We refused to stay and Motel 6 would not refund our money. They said we had been checked in for over 3 hours and that was too long. We had been there for about that time but we had went to dinner and did not notice the stuff on the sheets until we were getting into the bed. It was disgusting. We complained immediately and refused to stay in that room or any other. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Compared to other Motel 6 locations that weren't the greatest experience, I am very satisfied with the rooms at this location in Youngstown Ohio. The modern updates are far appreciated, I particularly like the bathroom sink and counter tops. House keeping does a great job in keeping the rooms tidy and clean, I like that they leave their names on the survey sheet so that I am aware if there is a problem. Although I can choose other motels or hotels in the downtown area close to the project that I am working on, I preferred to stay at this location for the low price, renovations, easy access to many food chains as well as Walmart and comfortability of the rooms.

Room was dirty, sheets smelled like they were sprayed with air freshener.

Room was clean. However there was dog dropping all over lawn in front and near room, not in designed dog walking area. Overnight people from another room was yelling, banging items in their room, walking heavily, stomping on floor. Had to finally complain around 4 am. Next morning, manager didn't seem to care.

There was a problem with air conditioner and they put us in a new room with a working air conditioner so in my opinion I think that is a wonderful place to stay for them to take the time and fix the problem. I definitely will be staying there again

Great staff, quick acess off highway. TOO NOISY. door slaming, dogs barking. Great cheap place if you need a inexpensive place to stay

Well worth the price vs. Other locations in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a lot of noise from the highway. The tv also seems to have audio issues in my room. I'll mention it when I check out.
