Worst company I ever had to deal with.... I do not recommend to do business with this company!

Don't buy apartments from them, DRAMAT. Everywhere glitches, problems with the transfer of ownership. It is not known when we will get the apartment.

You can't reach them. Once she picked up a friend, she didn't know anything and she was supposed to call back - until today the hearing of her disappeared - I am worried if everything is ok. Does anyone know if those people live there at all?

I do not recommend cooperation with Mota Engil to anyone. At every stage of the purchase of an apartment in the FajnyDom investment in Krakow, all the time nerves, we felt very often being misled by the sales office. The developer built a housing estate on land with unregulated property, until the last minute we did not know if there would be another land owner and we would not lose any advance payments. In the sales office at the beginning stages, we did not want to say anything, we learned everything at our offices. Ultimately, the land ownership matters settled many months after the deadline with the developer agreement. The final contract concluded almost a year after the deadline from the development contract. Customers lost their MDM credits granted to their family. Getting to any information bordered on a miracle, we often received conflicting information from various employees of this office. The technical department does not comply with any deadlines from the development contract, the defects reported on technical acceptance were not removed on time. We are already a few months after the purchase of the apartment and have not yet eliminated some defects. Subcontractors do not want to come to remove faults, you have to ask for the smallest removal several times. It is a standard practice of this developer to identify the reported defects as unjustified. As customers, you have to waste many hours proving to the developer that we do not deliberately destroy the flat, only the investment contains numerous hidden defects. In the company of the daughter of a developer appointed for the construction of a housing estate, most employees have changed several times with their directors several times. Every new person must present the history of applications from scratch, because for reasons unknown to us, they do not have access to the documentation of their predecessors. Winter is coming to an end, in many apartments heating is not working properly, and some do not work at all. Residents are scurrying about the vents in the apartments. If nothing changes, the housing community will have to investigate the removal of defects on the common ground in the court.

Service in the sales office quite ok. After some difficulties with finding a parking space, everything went well.

drama developer. do not buy flats from them! lack of supervision on the construction site caused a number of errors, which meant that the Amarelo investment in Wroclaw did not get a use permit. delay in handing over 8mc apartments! now the problems are still being handed over - and the developer has it somewhere. even the Board does not want to take away so many failures and significant ones. for a few days there is no hot water or heating! there were a few other similar comments but "someone deleted them ...

the last stage of the "cool house" investment in Krakow is a total failure, if someone is interested in buying an apartment, I recommend that you first read the developer opinions on this subject !!!!

We pre-booked our dream apartment with her fiance. Everything went quickly and without problems :)

My husband and I are looking for a flat and are initially looking for investments in the vicinity of Bemowo. So far it looks like mota engil has the best prices and their investments look really nice.

Mota knows her stuff, builds solid flats, and that is beyond doubt.
