I do not recommend cooperation with Mota Engil to anyone. At every stage of the purchase of an apartment in the FajnyDom investment in Krakow, all the time nerves, we felt very often being misled by the sales office. The developer built a housing estate on land with unregulated property, until the last minute we did not know if there would be another land owner and we would not lose any advance payments. In the sales office at the beginning stages, we did not want to say anything, we learned everything at our offices. Ultimately, the land ownership matters settled many months after the deadline with the developer agreement. The final contract concluded almost a year after the deadline from the development contract. Customers lost their MDM credits granted to their family. Getting to any information bordered on a miracle, we often received conflicting information from various employees of this office. The technical department does not comply with any deadlines from the development contract, the defects reported on technical acceptance were not removed on time. We are already a few months after the purchase of the apartment and have not yet eliminated some defects. Subcontractors do not want to come to remove faults, you have to ask for the smallest removal several times. It is a standard practice of this developer to identify the reported defects as unjustified. As customers, you have to waste many hours proving to the developer that we do not deliberately destroy the flat, only the investment contains numerous hidden defects. In the company of the daughter of a developer appointed for the construction of a housing estate, most employees have changed several times with their directors several times. Every new person must present the history of applications from scratch, because for reasons unknown to us, they do not have access to the documentation of their predecessors. Winter is coming to an end, in many apartments heating is not working properly, and some do not work at all. Residents are scurrying about the vents in the apartments. If nothing changes, the housing community will have to investigate the removal of defects on the common ground in the court.
