Worst customer service and connection!! They stop answering their phones when the connection is not working, like today!! Also all in all the connection is always slow and always cutting! They give you good connection first 2 days when you're trying the router.. It becomes bad when you confirm buying the router!!
Worst internet service ever. Unstable and most of the time it's slow and barely works! I have 5MB and it barely opens 2. What's more important is that the technical support doesn't answer the phone when connection is down!! I think all the 5star reviews are written by people affiliated with the company!!
It used to be the best in the last decade.
For 10 years I was their loyal customer.
Now purchasing internet from them has become a waste of money as the connection is seldom good.
I would love to share with all the people who read this comment that these guys are pro and very responsive! Client's support 24/7! Always friendly and helpful
i am a long time customer with wise, i used to have the wisebox and now switched to DSL connection.
i had a slight issue with my first time connection to DSL where it appeared that OGERO has no TECHNICAL common sense, that they have linked my account to a corrupted network port from there side, and they blamed wise for the technical issue for more than four days. Fortunately, that wise has a technical manager Mr. Ali Mokdad, who was able to figure out the issue and communicated it to OGERO in order to solve the issue. not to mention that in the meanwhile WISE provided me with an internet connection from there side to cover up the four days and sure for FREE.
***Wise offered me during this down period:
1- FOLLOW UP 24/7 on the issue.
2- visited me twice in less then 24 hours.
3- provided me with FREE high speed internet during the down period.
WISE is about
honesty, customer satisfaction, follow up;
and from my point of view this what makes a company successful.

Worst experience I ve ever had with any product. Glad to finally change providers after 10 years with wise. The number of hours I ve spent on the phone talking to your employees trying to figure out what s going wrong probably cost me more than paying the wifi itself.. As for the Wi-Fi, you re lucky if you can even load a youtube video at 360p. And no, it s bot my router that s faulty as I changed it twice exactly for this reason. Again, I m writing this review after 10 years with them so believe when I tell you this: don t waste you re time even trying to get internet from them.
I've been using Wise Internet for a while, and it's a very good internet. I got a problem with the internet few days ago, and they were very professional in their response at the office, they made sure they solved the problem, made sure everything was okay, and provide a smile on their client face. Good speed but in online gaming the ping on the wise box is unstable. One minute it can be 80 stable the other it's 500+. Please give me an advice on how i can fix this.
