Samsung is a global name having it's one o the best stands for all kinds of electronics. This showroom is a simple example for the variety of high tech where you can find whatever samsung Electronics u want.
Very customer friendly. Quality products. All standard sizes though, so if you are looking for white goods in off or small sizes this is not the place to go.

Most unprofessional service ever. Put my phone to fix the screen. They told me it needed 2 to 4 days max. Today is day 6. I called them several times.. They wouldn't answer the phone. However, the service UPSTAIRS answers but can't bother to go downstairs and talk to them. They said that there s only one guy working downstairs (on a Saturday) and that they don't have time to answer the phone. I arrive at 7:50 pm (the store closes at 8) and they are already closing the place. I try to enter, they say that all the employees are already gone.
Not to mention that when i handed in my phone.. The process took more than half an hour because the employees were too busy talking to their friends on the phone or talking about series.
I regret deciding to fix my phone there. People, go fix your phones at third party stores, im sure they take their jobs more seriously.

For the second time, we had someone come check our samsung ac, because the heater isn t heating and they told us that the compressor is far from the ac. All the new buildings have the compressor far away from the ac
But samsung is the only company that has a problem with heating if its far !

Unprofessional people who handle the delivery system, after waiting for 2 weeks to schedule the first delivery in the morning till 10:00 am,since I need to be at my work and can't wait, still they lied and sent it late with no excuse, just telling the driver to explain... what a poor way of handling customer, shame on you.
Outstanding customer service and excellent Samsung showroom showcasing all of the brand's devices in a modern setting. The staff went out of their way to help in my purchase and were very ethical and understanding. 5 stars!
HUGE place you can find anything you want of electronics, home appliances and phones.
About the customer service was not bad must improve their employees, they are lazy and don't want to step a foot to help their customers!
