Worst experience I ve ever had with any product. Glad to finally change providers after 10 years with wise. The number of hours I ve spent on the phone talking to your employees trying to figure out what s going wrong probably cost me more than paying the wifi itself.. As for the Wi-Fi, you re lucky if you can even load a youtube video at 360p. And no, it s bot my router that s faulty as I changed it twice exactly for this reason. Again, I m writing this review after 10 years with them so believe when I tell you this: don t waste you re time even trying to get internet from them.
