I am currently a Morselife employee and I'm grateful to be working in an environment as so. I've NEVER had a job where I was HAPPY to drive too. Besides them making it a great place to work in, I love the residents. So nice. Welcoming. I love listening to them tell me their stories of them in their youthful days. Lol! I've grown attached to a few residents and I'm beyond grateful that the facility has given me a chance to become apart of their team. #Morselife

With 20/20 hindsight, I am beyond grateful we moved my in-laws here in December 2019.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE from the guards at the front gate, the front desk reception, managed care directors, life service directors, dining room attendants, home health aides, and hospice caregivers are EXCEPTIONAL.

If our loved ones were still at home when COVID meant we couldn t see them, I d be so much more anxious. Now we have people call us when my 94 yo father falls. They make sure our loved ones are very, very well cared for, and it is a peace of mind that is literally priceless.

If you re considering MorseLife for you or your parents, sign the lease now and rest easy knowing this is a safe, friendly, and truly patient-best-interest in mind facility.

The memory care unit is dangerous for the residents. They have keep knives in the kitchens on the units and the drawers are not always kept locked. They have hazardous liquids accessible to the residents. This is a tragedy waiting to happen.

At first the Tower looked great and the staff was pleasant. They had some issues in the beginning with the kitchen and we were told, they would get things worked out as time went on, they were new and it was to be expected. They would at least listen to your concerns. A few short months later and they just don t care. It doesn t look like it did when I moved my mom in. It s like they can t afford to keep up the appearance like they did when they opened. All they cared about was renting apartments. With the price they charge per month you would think they would give their residences the royal treatment. Stay clear of this place.

I had to put my grandmother into a nursing home where I knew she would be comfortable and well taken care of. As much as I didn't want to. Morselife was the best place and I felt so much better putting here there. They reassured me that she would be happy here and until she felt better they brought an extra bed in for me to stay with her. I highly recommend this facility for families that have loved ones that need extra support.

My father was admitted to this facility for rehab ...

My father was admitted to this facility for rehab from the hospital. He only came in with the clothes he had on from the hospital. The problem is that I brought an entire duffle bag worth of clothes for him after admission . A week later he's discharged to another facility with only a gown on. I came back to morse to pick up whatever he had maybe left behind due to the time laundry takes to wash everything. They said nothing was on his inventory sheet. The marble floors and nice decor fooled me into thinking I had nothing to worry about. It may not mean much to some people but when all you have to your name is a duffle bag of clothes and a few personal items it means a lot to that person. All of his clothes and items have been labeled yet nothing can be found and of course the inventory sheet sheet had nothing on it. They said they would continue looking but all know how that is going to go.

If you choose to work here, understand that although they may call you an essential worker or a vital part of their team , some of the managers in various departments will not treat you as such. There s a high turn over rate from this place for a reason. Staff are often overworked with no kinds of compensation. Do not let them take advantage of you. If you re looking to move someone in, understand that most of what is advertised to you will not be provided either do to COVID or simply because they cannot or won t offer it. This place a an absolute mess. Residents of the independent living building often pass away in their apartments without anyone knowing especially if they live alone until hours later. They are building a new auditorium and buying brand new company cars but cannot buy working printers for offices.

The memory care unit looks nice but there are many hazards for their residents. Do not be deceived by the looks of this place the management is not interested in the safety of their residents. There are many other memory care units available in the area that put safety first.

In September my grandfather came here. I took care of him so I knew when something was wrong. He couldn't breath and was dehydrated. I advised the nurses he needed to go back to the hospital asap and they didn't care at all. I had to go overboard in order for them to actually send him back. Thank god i was there because not even an hour of being in hospital he was resesitated. Past away that night. WORST PLACE EVER.

The rehab center people have the worst customer service and attitude than you can ever imagine. Remember these people supposed to be educated and have commen sense and compassion. Let me put it this way, my grandma ONLY got her diaper changed one time in the whole Day!! My grandma screaming for assistance because no one around to provide her Service . My family crying at night feeling hopeless . This place is great for looks and people that self dependent and they can defend themselves. I'm scared for the safety of my grandma. I think the Nurses have lack of compassion and care towards their patients and treat them like another number in their list not like a human being Aka Vigi...

The facility may look nice but I advise you to be very cautious. Take pictures of your loved one every day. The staff did not take proper care of my Father. The Dr. never returned my calls after my Dad got a stomach virus. The nurses continually told me it just takes older people longer to recover. I begged them to get him to a hospital. Their negligence resulted in my Dad being severely dehydrated and under nourished. He passed away as a result.

Came here to jump the line for my covid vaccine. Was told that because I'm not Ron desantis or a donor to the facility that I have to wait just like the normal people. One star.

But seriously, these guys are borderline criminal selling covid vaccinations to their donors.

My mother was in Morse for rehab for strength in her legs, she also had a broken right arm. She was left many times with a wet brief, hours after she called saying she needed to go to the bathroom. If the staff would have left her wheelchair where she could get it, she'd have gone by herself! The one girl that always took care of her right away was overworked being left with patients that should have been taken care of by the previous shift. My Mom came out of Morse this time with no improvement and very depressed, a huge change from last year when she was there. I don't know what's changed, but its certainly not for the better!! To live local and not be able to get to her when she's being so ill treated is maddening, let alone those who live far away!!! Don't let your loved one get put in Morse!!!!!

This place can't even answer its phones. Put on hold endlessly and then cut off. They are not responsive to patients. Employees disappear. Don't be fooled by the beautiful facility, they provide way below customer service.

Person answering the phones picked up, said nothing, and hung up intentionally (like they raised and hung up the phone in about 1 second). Tried at different times of day same result. Absolutely ridiculous.

My mother was in the rehabilitation center for approximately a month. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff. The physical therapy is excellent and there is a lot for the patients to do. The rooms are very organized, clean and there is a great dietary program. Most of the staff are very kind and professional. My mother really enjoyed her time there.

I sadly had to put my dad into an assisted care living. After researching I realized that Morse Life Health was the best one for my dad. This was the best care facility care that I could find and well worth the money. They staff answered all my questions that I had, and they cared for him as if he was like there dad. My father is thriving and doing so well I'm so pleased with Morse Life Health.

Just don t. Had my 92 year old mom in rehab for a broken hip. I could not get anyone to call me back, give me updates on her condition, her progress, her meds, or anything else. I continually got sent into endless voicemail loops. Frustrating, worrisome, disrespectful. Couldn t visit due to covid restrictions. Try someplace else, for sure!

Marble floors and beautiful decor impress you when you walk into the entrance of the rehab center.....10 different department heads descend into the patients room in the first hours of arrival...all explaining what a fantastic job they will be doing for your loved one. Bu't try to connect with one of them a week later to respond to a problem and it's an impossibility!! The phones won"t connect you to ANYONE...
NO ONE on the floor or at the desks know what is going on re: the activities listed on the calendar ; how to get to them or where to get help for your questions .....what a joke!
There is no cell phone service anywhere in this building so you must go back outside to make or receive a call.
Very understaffed for the level of care needed for all those in the rehab center...24 patients to 1 nurse...8 patients to 1 CNA. Maybe that is why one of the first things I saw on the way to my mother's room was a man who had fallen ...lying on the bathroom floor of his room with not a soul in sight.I had to find a CNA and report it myself. The quality of the food service was the only good review to offer.

Excellent service for wealthy donors!!! Plebeians, stay away, these health services are not for you. MorseLife has made scarce coronavirus vaccines provided through a federal program intended for residents and staff of long-term-care facilities available not just to its residents but to board members and those who made generous donations to the facility, including members of the Palm Beach Country Club. I needed to put my grandfather into a facility as he had fallen. And my best friend had just put her grandmother into Morselife and she had suggested them to me. After a month he is a thousand times happier as he is with people his own age and that can relate to him. Looking at how happy he is I'm so glad that I put him here. Thank you Trish for your recommendation.

I have to say at first I thought this was a nice p...

I have to say at first I thought this was a nice place beautiful and staff SEEMED friendly. When my mother started her short term residence in the rehab the problem we experience was NEGLECT. We sent my mother her to recover and be taken care of but instead she would get ignored along with the other patients. My mother would press her call button and no one would answer she would literally have to call me on my cellphone to have me call the nurse to come and tend to her needs. On several occasions this has happened once where she was falling out the bed while talking on the phone with me. Another she had vomit and no one was around and didn't come to clean her until about 25 minutes later. She had to use the rest room and again no one was around. When I came to visit my mother the nurses were no where to be found. As I entered my mothers room I notice her light was going off for the nurse and I waited to see how long it would take the nurses to come and assist. Sure enough it was a least a good 30 mins, I was able to assist my mother myself by the time the nurse arrive. Also SOME of the nurses are rude to the patients I could hear the nurses yelling at a older lady telling her to stop pressing her button all the time we are busy get back in the bed. This was unacceptable I felt horrible for that older lady. This place seems to be under staff because no one is ever available to tend to the patients. One nurse told me she is covering both sides so if someone buzzes her they have to wait. My question is what if a patient is dying, have to go to the rest room or choking, should they wait? I also had a very rude male nurse name JOSEPH interact harshly with me over the phone in front of my mother he does not know how to speak to patients or there families. I am unsure how he was hired to give care to patients when he shows he does not care, but Joseph should not be around anyones family members. If you decided to put your family member in this neglectful facilities please make sure you request that Joseph male on the 2nd floor African American, strong accent stays away from your loved one especially if they are a female. We had so many issues we had to contact the managers AMA NURSE MANAGER, BARBARA DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION and the DIRECTOR OF NURSES SWETABEN. Please contact these ladies if your family members are being mistreated. I will say it was only two nurses(I think Emily or Erica on the 2nd floor she is a CNA she was wonderful) Ana on the first floor was great to my mother, these two were good to her. NEGLECT is considered abuse please do not allow your family members to be neglected.
