This is an architectural marvel. Being the Headquarters of the best real estate/construction company, we dont expect anything lesser!

Best place to invest in Real Estate in Bangalore or in South India.

Car parking in this area is a biggest problem. Apparently Falcon house don't provide parking for visitors/customers even if space exists...

It has been a horrible experience dealing with Prestige Group off late!
None of the signatories is available for a resolution even after making several requests from Dubai as well as from Bangalore! When the contract was signed before RERA came into existence and the project was to be handed before RERAs entry into the market Prestige is the only company giving excuses on delay from their side linking now to RERAs regulations! God save rest of the clients who may be dealing with them!
I am tired of chasing them! May not deal anymore with this builder till my issues are resolved!

It's a head office of Prestige Constructions limited. Top real estate builders of Bangalore

Prestige has bad staff, they drag and delay everything. Brigade and adrash treat customers well. U have to run after them for everything.they even mess up things like assigning ur parking lot to someone else, and this isn't fixable later. their ignorance ends up costing others.

The construction quality of their projects is poor.. shanitniken has the basement weakened.. it will cost 400crs to fix.. this will obviously come from customers. Lifts have crashed. The package looks good just from outside. Inside it's all low quality.

Easy to locate but finding space parking is difficult.

I am unhappy with the bad customer service by Prestige.....lots of issues on quality and customer service is non existent. I am surprised by the lack of interest by the employees in resolving customer issues....quality of work done is also suspect
