Gave them a call to book a table and they wanted my credit card details to secure the booking. No chance
Gave them one star as I had to to make this post

Great food, atmosphere and the staff were all incredibly friendly. The portion sizes are perfect and the flavours of each dish were distinct and unbelievably tasty. The prawns, sweet potato dumplings and duck curry in particular get a shout out. Good selection of wines too.

This is a Thai fusion restaurant, the 2 dishes that I ordered one is masala lamb, another one is duck confit, both very sweet. The dessert is alright, the ice-cream add some wine on it. Price for this three dishes, around $90+

Definitely one of my favourite Thai restaurants in Canberra. Everything from the food to the view to the service was amazing. Highly recommend the Tofu with Baby Bok Choy and the Angel Prawns.

Every now and then a restaurant gets everything right. This is one of those occasions. The whole evening was a success. The waiters were well trained and very friendly. The food and service was amazing, the music was perfect and despite the restaurant being quite full, the noise level wasn t loud at all. A very enjoyable experience all round!

First time there and won't be the last. Read some of the reviews and took the recommendations into account when selecting... Pork bun, soft shell crab, massaman curry, Angel prawns and coconut ice cream with pashmak to share. OMG. We will make our way through the menu as we only just moved in upstairs...

Had a great time eating alone here, great atomosphere and food excellent. Service was also awesome with a glass of bubbles whilst i waited (on the house). Dishes superb. I liked the Salmon Taco and the Crab Roti...

After reading varying reviews we ate here as three friends.. we chose the banquet menu and the food was superb. I would, however, have to agree fully with the comments about the price being high and the portions being small. The wine list is also very limited with the emphasis being on very expensive wines. All in all, I think this place is probably over priced and there are options around that are much better value.

Had a very nice Mothers Day 2014 lunch here.
Excellent service even thought it was busy, the food presentation was excellent, one of the best in Canberra. The wine recommendation suited the food perfectly, a dry Viognier, I would have had a semi sweet wine, but I do think this better suited the food.
I had the Angel prawns and pork ribs, both perfect in my opinion. My wife (Mother of honour) had the scallops (her favourite) with pigs ear strips and said they were excellent. I tried one and the pigs ear gave them a hint of bacon which didn't overpower the scallops. She had the fish which was also very nice. My girls shared a satay chicken and both liked their mains (they like spicy food). We just had room for dessert and they didn't disappoint. It was not cheap, but personally felt I got good value for money for a Sunday Mother's Day lunch. Highly recommend it to others. Car parking at Kingston Foreshore can be a problem so allow time to get there.

Wow now that's how you do Thai fusion.

Wow now that's how you do Thai fusion.

Service, food, drinks list and vibe were excellent.

Angel prawns, soft shell crab roti, pork ribs were next level and the lamb shoulder massaman curry should be a Thai national dish.

The real flavours of Thailand enhanced with obviously amazing knowledge and experience in the kitchen enjoyed in a humble yet beautiful and comfortable environment.

This is the Thai you'll go back to every weekend!

I'll be back.

Excellent food! We had Angel prawns for entree, Squid and bamboo shoot green curry with rice along with the Crispy Eggplant(amazing!!). Had it with a lovely Canberra red wine and great service. We will definately continue to visit this restaurant.

The service was friendly, if a bit over-attentive. Other than that it was very busy and way too loud, hard to have a conversation. I thought it was far too expensive as well and the food just wasn't up to par.

I've never been a fan of fusion food but I thought I would give it a go anyway having recently been to Thailand. Between 2 we ordered 3 portions (+ rice) which was probably 1 too many.

We weren't even asked if we wanted our dishes spicy or not. Chili being such an integral part of Thai cuisine, I found this was taking fusion too far.

Duck red curry ($29): huge disappointment. The duck wasn't cooked in the sauce, just a hunk of duck confit put on top at the end. Absolutely no depth. I don't recommend this one at all.

Green prawn curry ($29): not bad! The prawns were fresh and sweet, the sauce was fragrant. However you would expect a green curry to have some chili and I didn't detect any here.

Pork belly ($30): delicious. Big hunks of pork belly, marinated, and served with a green mango salad. Yum. Okay, I'd go back just for this one.

Good quality Thai with a good modern layout. There were a decent number of us for a birthday lunch and we didn't elect for the banquet and decided to go for one each of the mains as it sounded like a bettery choice and had an exceptional meal. Service was attentive initially and friendly but they missed a few of our drinks and required prompting for the same. Otherwise a good experience and will be back if I come back to ACT.

My partner and I came here for a quiet birthday celebration. Food was great, service was great, defs recommend. Only critique would be that the charred wombok salad was quite soggy and watery but the glaze from the very incredible pork ribs made it quite palatable. The fried pork ribs, bbq pork buns and the kopiko dessert were excellent and we were talking about our next visit before we finished dessert.

I went to Morks at the Enlighten Festival and the fact that nobody was queuing for them should have warned me away.
Their competitors had set the standard that $10 should have gotten a decent sized portion that was tasty, simple and left you wanting to go and get more. Morks offered a noodle dish that was bland and not that fresh. The serve was tiny and I felt ripped off. The noodles clumped together, the meatballs were average and the braised brisket was very soft, but had no flavour at all.
This has served as fair warning to not go back again.

Great service and food. The sweet potato dumplings and the fried icecream in particular are divine. The only downside was the fish main course was very very salty and as the most expensive dish on the menu i was disappointed.

Really top notch food. Have dined here several times and can recommend the duck curry, the massaman beef and the street fried chicken. The pork buns are also wonderful. So if the food's so great, why four stars you may ask? Simply, the place is very loud, so it can be hard to talk to your dining companions. It's also quite expensive, and it can be hard to get in as it's very popular. Still, very much worth a visit.

Tasty!

We were seated in front of the servery, I m happy to accept this if everything else went well. Drinks order was not taken until we were ready to order food. Then drinks only came just before our meals (25 minutes), We were advised by the waitress to order 2 entrees, 2 mains and rice between 5 people and that would be sufficient. It was not. The little amount of food we received and attempted to divide between us, was absolutely delicious, so why were the waitresses in such a rush to take our plates or serve wine leaning across to the end of the table, I don t know. I didn t want to embarrass the lovely group of young ladies who I had taken out for a birthday celebration, so I kept it all low key. We went somewhere else for desert. One waiter was wonderful, and I think he was doing a wonderful job at making us feel welcome. Again he was only there fleetingly. I m sorry Morks, I was really looking forward to returning to my home town, but I d rather stay in Tasmania and enjoy the wide variety of fantastic restaurants here.

First thing , your Restaurent needs to learn is DO NOT ADJUST WITH THE CUSTOMER. When someone wants to book a table you can not feed then like An animal and send them back to their hood. If you dont know the meaning if entree then do not put on your menu as an entree.
Entree means a a food that needs to be served before Mains and basically entree will show Restaurent food quality service and the hospitality .
Allright lets come to the scenario what happened " we went for bookimg with 6 people and they mentioned us we cannot be there after 8:30 and fyi we went there for a birthday party. They started sending our mains first and entree later. And our birthday person has to face one of the worse birthday.

Thanks for the worst birthday celebration Morks..

The food was great, but the acoustics were terrible inside. It was impossible to have a conversation, but I've heard some wall coverings may have improved acoustics, might be worth another visit.

Had a really good experience there. Although I think it s slightly pricy for Thai but it was worth it. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Their dishes were designed to share and it was flavoursome. I highly recommend their desserts
