I have trouble trusting auto shops but I feel so safe here! They give me all the information to make an informed decision about necessary vs. unnecessary repairs. I have an older car and don't want to spend a ton of money on upkeep. When I brought it in with a problem they could fix but would be expensive, they referred me to shop who could do it cheaper. Sometimes it feels like I am fighting to give them money as they have done lots of small checkups for minimal fees. Even the oil changes are reasonable priced!

Have been using Norris for Years and trust them implicitly. Thought I had brake shoe problems making a clunk when I released the brakes once and authorized doing all 4 wheels. when I picked it up the bill was $17. Turns out they inspected my brakes & found them just fine. Further found that the under mounted spare had been leaking air which loosened it to swing free. they fixed the spare and charged a very reasonable fee. They've had my trust ever since and never let me down. service is always quick, first rate & reasonable. Never hesitate to recommend.

Thought my tire had a leak but turns out there was just too much pressure in a few. They fixed the pressure and made the TPMS light reset and got me back on the road quick and easy!

Great service. I thought I needed to purchase extra stuff they saved me tons of money by not over selling me stuff I didn't need. Straight forward service. Thank you.

Had a new tire that was not even put on the ground yet. It was bad,took over 24 ounces to balance it. They would not help me get a new tire to replace it, because it wasn't bought from them. No matter where the tire has been bought, if it is new or even if it has been driven on. If it is defective, and you sell that tire or can order it you should honor the warranty. I have been working on cars and selling tires since 1975 and have never had this happen before. They can forget about me ever recommending their location, if anybody asks me about them. Mich tires have been notified that they were not willing to warranty a new BF Goodrich tire.

Scotty and his crew do a great job on tires and all other services you may need for your car or truck.

Nice as pie when my ex boyfriend bought me $1,000 tires but when I went in there because one of the tires was Pullin wouldn't give me the time of day that's okay I never going there again and I definitely wouldn't buy tires from there again you spend $1,000 and tires that are 6 months old and you go in there to have them take a look at it and they're too busy to spend five minutes on you no thanks I'll go somewhere else

Went in to see about a front end alignment, I was referred to them by 2 business owners, worst experience with the manager ever!! Manager very rude and cocky!! Needless to say I will never be back again!! If there was zero stars they would get them!!

Tyler is great, he knows what he is doing, been in the business a long time. They are very professional and take care of the customer. Never over charging or making you spend money on things that don t need to be fixed.

I have been taking my 07 3series BMW here for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. They always get the best parts for my car to make sure it runs well. They know their limits when it comes to high end cars too. Great mechanic.

Norris has always given me the best quotes and rates. They've never tried to upsale me and have worked within my budget when needed. Service is great and they are fast. I only go to Norris now.

I had a recurring leak in my tire so I was prepared to replace it.. which means buying 2. He informed me that I had plenty of tread and that wasn t necessary, they repaired it pretty quickly and $22 later I m in the road.
DEFINITELY a recommendation from me!

I come here to drop off the company car for work and they're always friendly and helpful. Even when they're busy, they try their best to get me in and out as quick as they can.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Kind and courteous service! In and out with 2 new tires in a flash! I'm a grad student with very little income. The gentleman here not only worked with me on finding the best price/fit tires, he even went above and beyond to help me in looking for a new car seat (not the shop's job). I will ONLY get my car serviced here in Champaign!

I've taken three different cars to these guys (2011 Corolla, 2003 Golf GTI VR6, 2012 Civic SI), and every time, the work has been very reasonably priced (sometimes lower than expected), and the work they do is excellent, AND they stand by their work.

One time my wife's Corolla's brakes started squealing not even 6 months after we had our brakes done here, and we brought it back to them to see what was wrong. Turns out something had worked loose and there was metal-on-metal scraping. They checked their records and found we took our car there to have the brakes done months ago, so they didn't charge us for the work! I thought, really? That was months ago. You're sure? He said, "Well, we were the last ones to work on the brakes, so if something came loose, that's on us. No charge." That's just one of many things that separates these guys from other shops.

New to town and kinda stumbled into this place due to my check engine light being on and car making some weird noises. Tyler was awesome and made the whole process clear. Also met another patron in the waiting room who said she had been coming here for 20yrs or something like that. Always nice to hear that a auto shop has that kind of customer retention. Will certainly be back.

I needed some work done ASAP on my brakes and these guys told me to come to the shop right away if I wanted to. they had my car done in no time .... the price I paid for the work was very fair. I also had a leak in a tire that they plugged at no cost. When I went to blains farm and fleet in Urbana with the same tire I was told there was a nail in the side wall And I d need all new tires. There s a few shops in Champaign / Urbana that everyone should avoid because of high labor costs and dishonest work, But Norris is legit I recommend and will return. Thank you Norris for an easy quick and honest experience!

Norris Tire has always been the best in town since I arrived in Champaign 6 years ago. They will uote you the price before they work and update you immediately if anything new arises. They recently fixed a weather cracked tire quickly and then my tire valve stem collapsed later that day. Therefore, I brought it in the next day and they repaired the air valve stem free of charge since they stand by their workmanship and they deliver! Let me tell you!

Fast and friendly service. I am very thankful that I have been able to get a couple tire patches there. This saved me the cost of new tires!

I had Norris tire replace my tires and inspect my suspension they were extremely honest and gave me amazing service.

Called Norris Tire and asked if they would balance a trailer wheel for me. Their response was, why would you want to balance a trailer wheel? Wrong response! I tried to give them business, but apparently they don t need it. I instead took the wheel to Tires Plus, who happily balanced it in a matter of minutes without questioning me. Norris Tire lost any future business from me because of their attitude.

Super quick, walk in service with a very fair price! Will come here again for any tire issues :)

For several years, the people of Norris Tire & Auto completed quality work on both of the vehicles used by my family. The prices are fair and their work never required a return trip to be fixed again.

I screwed up my rim while visiting Champaign and Norris Tire was able to get me back on the road the next day. I spent less than what I would have spent on a blown tire. I had a good, efficient service from this Auto Center.

The guy said they were around an hour behind when I got there and I told him my tire needed fixed no matter, but I was on my lunch hour. He worked me in between jobs and I was out in 45 minutes. Thanks!!!!!

Always pick Norris for all of my car needs! We have been going to them for a couple years now with multiple vehicles and they never disappoint. They can usually get us in immediately for something small to be done or be checked. We always work with Matt & Tyler there and it is where we will continue to go.

That s my VW van. Took it in because oil change place quoted me $1200 saying I had loose tie rods. Norris got it in same day, had a look and told me the rods look fine and should be good for another 1-2 years. No charge. Not sure if they d do that every time or what, but that s what you call an honest mechanic. C-U, take note.

Excellent Service!! Not only were the people at Norris Tire & Auto very straightforward and honest when purchasing my original set of tires, but they've been fantastic in their follow-up service since then too. A few different times I've gone in to check on a tire getting low and they've removed an object and plugged the tire for a very minimal charge and have replaced my tire valves for no charge at all. Very friendly and helpful place!

Norris is a great local business! They plugged my tire with a nail in it very quickly, were extremely helpful, pleasant, affordable, and fast. I liked their business so much I went back to purchase a whole new set of tires!
