I would say this is one of the worst agencies that I have been too. I found the consultant rude. I was going there for help to find a job and I understand making improvements to my cv but felt I was being mostly criticised for the jobs that I have done and still doing. I was then spoken too about a position but was not at all in my interest as in the type of industry and the location would be difficult for me to get too, also the money was very little. I was told by the consultant that I am less educated because I was not open to try it. That was the only position offered to me and I felt very belittled. I have signed up to a few agencies but never in my life been treated so badly. How on earth they are still running as a business I do not know. I would not be recommending this agency but warning people off, do not waste your time!
