Disappointed on how I was spoken to on the phone, extremely condescending and cold. Tried to explain a highly sensitive and upsetting situation that I was in and this was completely disregarded. I hadn't missed an appointment so I'm unsure as to why I was treated this way. Felt like an extremely unnecessary attitude for something that did not affect them.
