Useless! A lady called Emily registered me from November and all now haven't heard from her or the agency in general. Around feb/march I contacted Emily & she never responded to my emails regarding work which was extremely unprofessional. It was clear she was just looking for a bonus to get as many people to sign up! Agencies are suppose to help people like myself who are determined and ambitious to get somewhere in their careers. They should be honest & not waste people's time. Please don't waste yours signing up to Morgan Spencer as you will be VERY disappointed!

Recently applied for Temporary Administration Assistant and Receptionist position at Morgan Spencer and they are very supportive and helpful. I would personally recommend Natasha Bhalla because she was the best agency who really helped me. The customer service was very prestigious. I recommend applying at Morgan Spencer.

After working for another recruiter a friend recommended Morgan Spencer. I throughly appreciated the honesty and integrity of the team at MS. Tina and Rawinia were amazing and finally found me a role which fit my skills and professional development goals. I am a Kiwi girl who moved back to London, after a long holiday, for 3 months and obviously struggled to find permanent work. I signed up to multiple recruitment sites but it wasn't until I met Becky and Isobel from Morgan and Spencer that I finally felt like I was getting somewhere!
Literally from the day I walked in I had work with great firms and they both kept in contact to ensure everything was going perfectly!
Can not say how grateful I am enough, nor how highly I would recommend others who need work to tie them over for a short period of time.
Ladies, you made my final 2 months in London an absolute pleasure when it could have been super stressful! I'll be forever grateful.

I have used Morgan Spencer many times over to hire temps and permanent staff, can t recommend them highly enough. A good personalised service, none of the usual recruitment sales waffle and always a solid selection of candidates, often resulting in a pleasant problem of deciding which great candidate to choose.
I wouldn t go anywhere else for support staff.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Unsupportive and unreliable. Make promises to call you and never follow through. In today's competitive market there is no room for agencies like this. Would not recommend.

Morgan Spencer is not your typical recruitment firm. The teams in both temporaries and permanent divisions go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and the client. I have not only been placed by them, but also worked with them when recruiting.

Unlike many large recruitment firms, they provide clear and succinct feedback to candidates on their profiles, as well as realistic prospects for employment.

I have worked with Morgan Spencer since my time at university and I must say this has to be one of the best recruitment agencies in London. I began temping with them during my summer break, a week after registering with them I got a placement that lasted me until I returned to university. Since that point I have done a number of placements all at reputable companies and organisations. Due to having such a positive experience I returned to them to search for permanent work, notifying them close to the end of a contract I had been working on. I received a call within weeks for a job I was interested in. The process was quick and Morgan Spencer supported me throughout. I received an offer for the role and when I settled in I received flowers from the team to congratulate me on my new job. A big thank you to Dylan, Jasmine, Tina, Michelle and Rawinia for all your help throughout the years. 5 stars.

10/10 - Absolutely brilliant agency
As a recent graduate, I thought it would be impossible to find a job during a global pandemic but Morgan Spencer found me 2! The first was a temp role and the second was a permanent role. Ro and Tina have provided me with lots of support and the best thing about this agency is they care about the people and companies they work with. Even in my permanent job, they check up on me to ensure I am settling in and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am ok. They gave swift replies, fantastic job opportunities and an unrivalled customer service experience.

I had a great candidate experience with Morgan Spencer, Lizzi was so professional, diligent and friendly. Would highly recommend Lizzi and Morgan Spencer!

if i could give 0 stars i would !! the worst recruitment agency im shocked at how they are still open as they are useless, as soon as you register they don't help you at all, no one communicates with anyone at morgan spencer and you have to do all the chasing yourself, amy at morgan spencer is very rude and abrupt I wouldn't bother wasting your time

Honestly a really really good agency to be with! So helpful and really put me at ease for my interview. Gave great advise and support that lead to me getting the job! Dealt with Bernadette and she kept in close contact answering any questions or worries I had!

The consultant I met was lovely but perhaps a little inexperienced. I applied for a position she felt I was over qualified for and she had no reservation is saying, the company are looking for a 20 something year old graduate.
I'm convinced she had no idea she discriminated me based on age and, that that type of discrimination is illegal.

She tried to sell me a post for another company in a different field however, I had already lost faith in her abilities. Age discrimination is serious and my firat and only interaction told me that Morgan Spencer is either unaware of current recruitment legislation or worse, it simply does not care about it.

Have been working with Morgan Spencer for 7+ years now, they're my go to agency! Gemma and her team are absolutely FAB! Couldn't recommend them enough. Liza has helped me to find my latest role and I'm loving it! Thank you for all your help guys! :)

The efficiency and the professionalism of the lovely ladies at Morgan Spencer is unmatchable. By the end of the first meeting with the ladies they secured me a temporary role, and within a week I was offered a position in my dream job for an amazing company. Morgan Spencer is the place to go!! They are not any ordinary recruitment company they go above and beyond for all candidates and truly show that they care for every single person. Luck of communication, the consultant invited me in to register, perhaps they needed to add numbers to their data base, after that never heard from them. All the bad reviews I read are true! Is there an option for no star at all?

I received excellent and first class service from the moment they contacted me by telephone. They are professional, efficient, helpful, polite and they made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived at their offices. My C.V. was tailored for the role I was applying for. They took their time to really understand and know what role I was looking for and what would be suited to and for me. I was not just another number to and for them. The job I was put forward to and for was so suited to and for me, my strengths, skill set and personality. They prepared me so well to and for the interview. I had one interview and I got the job! I had the interview on Wednesday and knew by Friday I had the job with my contract. They are so efficient. I would recommend using Natasha and Jade at Morgan Spencer. A class above any other agency! You will not be sorry!

I highly recommend Morgan Spencer. All staff were great to communicate with, and were so helpful and supportive with finding work for me.

I have been called to sign up for the agency, done a test (which was a waste of 1 hour of my time), and NEVER heard from them again. The "recruiter" who interviewed me was disinterest, not connected, with weak social skills and empathy, and kind of rude. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I felt judged and used for my "data", which I requested to be deleted after months of silence (the recruiter never replied to me). The only positive was the receptionist, who was very kind and friendly. Never again. They should remember that candidates who are going through a tough time now, can become a great deal in the future.

No response after several calls enquiring about a job posting online. Often 'put through' to another line which then cuts off or promised a return call that never materialises. No response to emails.

I had no experience in what I wanted to do and they took a chance, gave me temp work almost immediately and now nearly a months gone by and I've found my dream job. Ro and Tina at Morgan Spencer got me multiple office jobs in London at short notice, 3 of these ended up being long term roles (from a couple of months up to a year). They were always really friendly and would check in to make sure I was enjoying them. Was a lifesaver after I had just graduated from uni! Definitely recommend

Avoid this recruitment agency. Their recruiters are very unprofessional and they do not seem to work with reputable clients. Do not waste your time.

I highly recommend Morgan Spencer. My consultant was Rebecca Feeley. She plus her team are the type of recruitment agency that you want to represent you. Last year I had a lot going on and my job search was constantly on and off, due to a minor operation and then a mortgage application. Some of the top agencies switched off, but Rebecca/Morgan Spencer and the team stayed supporting me all the way. Once back on my search, quite a few opportunities came up, but Morgan Spencer only put me forward for the job that would suit me, my skills and working style. What a lovely agency and service! I worked with Rebecca and she helped me find a role and company where I am really happy. Rebecca was very friendly and approachable and only put me forward for roles that she knew would fit me, experience and personality. She kept in touch with me and kept me updated even when there weren't many roles that match my experience.
There are so many agencies in London with so many consultant that are just trying to make a fee out of you. Not Morgan Spencer, they are considerable and extremely helpful.
Also, a week into my new employment I received lovely flowers sent from Rebecca to myself. I am sure not many agencies in London will go to the length of sending their candidates flowers. It just shows what kind of person Rebecca is.
I would strongly recommend signing up with them, don't wast your time with rubbish agencies and consultants. Job hunting is always tricky but Morgan Spencer will make the process smooth and easy.

Super lovely at the beginning, absolutely no contact after signing up. Definitely wouldn't recommend

They post fake ads. When we submit our CV for a receptionist position, they say that the activity of the agency is a bit calmer and haven't any position in that type available at the moment. But they keep our cv in mind. So why do you have so many receptionist positions available posted on your website? Useless agency!

I registered with Morgan Spencer about 4 months ago now and they found me work within 1 week which I was very impressed by, since then they have been very consistent in finding me temp roles and the girls have always been very helpful and professional, my experience with Morgan Spencer has been a great one. I have now secured a permanent role through Morgan Spencer which is perfect for me. I have also recommended them to friends, I am very happy with my end result :)

I would Highly recommend Morgan Spencer. I moved to London not knowing anyone and registered with MS. Within 2 weeks i was offered a temp role in a well established company which led into a permanent position. I did not encounter any issues while i was with them. The best administration agency I could ever come across despite me applying to them five times, I got that interview with them straight away and thank goodness it was successful and they found a job for me within a week after joining them. Tell me what beats that. I have to thank Lydia Adams from the wonderful team for believing in me and getting me a job at such a wonderful company that I would never think I would get.

The worst, monotonous agency I visited whilst looking for a new job. Hannah was especially rude when I specifically outlined that I wasn't interested in a role that I was put forward for. She then went on to send me sarcastic emails (very professional?). I'd avoid at all costs and would advise anyone looking for a job to apply directly to a firm that they are interested in.

Tina and her team have been amazing to deal with. This is the second time I've used Morgan Spencer and both times they were amazing! I've tried other agencies in London and none of them compare to these guys. Even if you call up to query general things they've only been too happy to help. They even checked up on me when I was ill. Can't thank them enough or sing their praises fully. Highly recommended!!!
