I had a black bean burger with avocado and it was the bomb! The fresh cut fries were so hot, a little salty and crispy. The service was great- Luis was awesome and really helped me create a yummy burger.

Mooyah is an... interesting place. Despite having some adequate fries, the burgers are a definite downgrade, and they re what made me give the restaurant a underwhelming 2.
The burger that I decided to order was their rendition of the bacon cheeseburger. First, and foremost, the bacon is very dry, with it being crunchy and overall unsatisfying to consume. Second, the cheese felt like it was poorly placed, as it felt too awkward and gooey in most places. Finally, the patty tastes like it s been overcooked, and it just didn t feel like I was eating anything special.
For a better burger with actual competent craftsmanship behind it, please consider the Whataburger Jr. with bacon, plain and dry. The bacon wasn t crusty and is actually well made, and the patty felt like I was eating, well, a patty.
Overall, Mooyah in short wasn t a pleasant experience for me at all. No offense to the hardworking employees who run the joint and make the burgers, I m sure you re trying your hardest. However, please take my review into consideration and create burgers that people (such as myself) can actually enjoy. Thank you.
Every visit over the last few years has been great! Great tasting, quality food prepared accurately and served by friendly employees. This is one of my favorite burgers. Have grown to love it more than Shake Shack and many other places. It's also nice that there is rarely a wait to get your food!
The meat was filled with oil and it was salty, but the fries were good.

The food is good. The store needs to be cleaned. They have tables seperated, they aren't cleaning them after use though. Seems like the safety first sign is really just there to act like they are trying. If the sign didn't exist, the dirtiness of the store wouldn't be as big of an issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST MOOYAH Burger I have ever been in. The employee snatched the food from my hand, started talking very disrespectful about me to his co workers in Spanish thinking I didn t understand what was being said, then when I was walking out the store he was yelling disrespectful things to me across the store. I saw ROACHES AND A RAT!! The employee was even eating fries as he was cooking!
I will NEVER be going back to this unprofessional DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL store again.
Good burger, nice crust on the beef and very flavorful. Bacon was just right and the carmelized onions are a perfect compliment to the cheddar, beef and bacon. Will definitely try this place again and make a custom one of my own.
Bought 2 Burgers and fries and was given only 1 burger and fries for togo. Normally I'd check the bag but it was so filled with fries that I couldn't see the bottom nor did I want to sift through them before entering my car. By the time I got home it just wasn't worth going back. Food was good just sucks to not have dinner after buying it.

The burgers and fries are awesome, and the employees are friendly. This would be a five-star review from me, but they don t have a diaper changing station in the men s bathroom and there s plenty of room for one. That earns an automatic one star. Dads change diapers too.
I ordered through UBER. Burger, fries, and an oreo chocolate shake. A $20.05 order. When UBER delivered my order. There was no shake or burger in the bag. I called Mooyah twice, and no answer. These restaurants can't possibly be doing that great. To screw a customer order up. UBER did a full refund.

Typically very good but today seemed like complete chaos.
I ordered online and arrived a few minutes later than the pickup time on the order. They always make the fries fresh so that delay was anticipated. Upon being handed my order, my wife and I decided to eat there instead of taking it home, glad we did as the items we received were not our order at all.
We returned the items and had them remake our order, only this time they still got the contents incorrect: one burger had the wrong cheese, neither burger had vegetables or sauces and my wife's side salad looked completely wilted with only lettuce, no mushrooms or tomatoes like normal. We ate the burgers as we were already late to our next engagement and could not wait for them to make it a third time. They did try to make up for the first delay by giving us a large fry instead of a small fry and an extra drink... we had already paid for two drinks and had no need for a third drink!
While eating we heard a call come in that sounded like the person that received our original order. The owner gestured toward the bag I had returned to the counter and instructed his cashier to hand it to the customer when they came back to get their food. The problem with this is that we opened those burgers, we picked through them to see if they were ours and now they were going to be handed to another customer? I approached the owner and explained that those burgers were opened and that w had gone through them but he didn't throw them out...
Moral of the story, order there and not online... who knows who might have gone through your online order before you arrive to pick it up!
The staff was super friendly with all of my questions and customizations! Nice ambiance, loved the fixtures (ruler chandelier!!!) And nice chalkboard for guests while you wait. The turkey burger was well seasoned and I ordered a small fry that felt like a large.
$13.08 for a double cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink. Seemed a bit pricey till the food came out. Big ole burger and huge helping of fries. Burger was delicious , fries were good. Quick, friendly service.

Best burgers in town. I thought they had all closed. But, when I found this one, it was a no brainer for time to eat. Be ready to eat some homemade fries. They use real potatoes, and slice them themselves. A 'personal order' as they call it, is enough for about 3 to 4 people. Burgers are made fresh, and as you want it. You choose the meat type, toppings and sauces (they have a mooyah sauce that's to die for). I recommend any of these places for a burger and fries experience. Of course, you can go somewhere else for burgers and fries. But it WON'T be the same. And don't forget the shake. Is so thick they give you an extra large around straw. Otherwise, it won't go through the regular ones.
Burger and fries were great as always. They don't have any salt and pepper packets though. All they have is their seasoning salt for the fries. I like to add black pepper to my burger and my ketchup for fries. What restaurant doesn't offer salt and pepper?
We have enjoyed this location for a few years now. They feature great service, delicious burgers and fries and a choice of options that makes everyone welcome to dine here. The milkshakes are the icing on the cake! Great choice for your burger cravings, even if you are vegan, keto, watching your calories - you name it they ve got an option for you.

Chief Complaints:
-Employee exhibited a lack of knowledge of menu items ( I asked questions like what's this burger's serving size? Is it big enough for two people? portion control-related questions)* For some reason the above questions made the employee extremely frustrated.
-The employee was rude ( Answering the questions repeatedly with what do you mean it's a regular 1/4 burger)
-The employee became confrontational when I decided to go someplace else to eat. (EMPLOYEE started a confrontation because I would not accept his poor behavior or service.)

-Employee threatens to call the police while I am literally halfway out the door-already leaving- not asked to leave- already previously decided to leave(exhibits a racial undertone that is not unique to the "while black social scenarios" ----refusing bad service while black or making a verbal complaint while black

Self Disclosure: I am the parent of a child with special needs. When we go out into the community I let him independently scan the menu and select the food items of his choice.
It's Saturday at about 2 pm area eateries are bustling with customers. Not this particular Mooyah however.
I walk in there is no employee insight. So I say, " Hello, are you all open?"
An employee appears and states, "What can I get you?"
Okay, still no big deal. There is no customer in the place just myself and child.
I went on letting my child scan the menu asking him what would you like.
The employee is visibly frustrated and rushing me along to order. Note there is no other customer waiting. Slowly his tone is detouring me as a customer.
So my child completed his order it was my turn. At this point, the employee is extremely frustrated. My questions about the menu and the food's features make him visibly frustrated and impatient. Then two teenage consumers walked in. That did it now I am clearly wasting his time trying to spend my money there. His impatience transferred to his tone at this point. He responded to my questions about menu items abruptly without clarity.
My perspective: He wanted me to hurry up and order. Additionally, he did not exhibit any knowledge of the menu. After ignoring his behavior, I decided I didn't want to spend my money there. I told him I decided we are are going to go someplace else. That was all it took he said with an elevated tone that's fine, thank you. On my way out I said no wonder this place is empty. He then went off saying no it was empty because of something to do with rush hour. I told him maybe it's your poor customer service and lack of hospitable practices.
He responded are you done or do I need to call the POLICE.
Really Really Really?
I was livid-- the police when I was already leaving and you started a verbal confrontation with a possible consumer.
All and all- I never force myself or money into places where I am unwanted.
The employees at this location are always so friendly. I love to order online and they even hold my fries out of my bag until I get there to make sure they're fresh and hot. Shout out to Devin who always makes my dining experience so wonderful!
Price is a little bit expressive if you compare to another location. Also, they DID NOT offer you to add extra topping such as mushroom, onion, relish or choose your own source like another location do. Just a plain burger that come with lettuce and tomato. Fires was not crispy at all. It was soft and burn. Horrible fries. The restroom was messy.Tissue paper all over on the floor. Bad experience and I will not come back in this location again!!

The fries were so salty as to be completely inedible.
I complained and they replaced them with more that were also too salty to eat. The burger was also heavily salted and nearly inedible.

It wasn't crowded at all, but somehow the onion crisps and the bacon, (for which I paid an extra $1.29), didn't make it onto the burger. And it was a "to go" order. So, found out when I got home. Nice enough staff. But, I have to say, as a parent, and a human being, it is NOT okay to be playing, indoors, nor out in the parking lot, songs that include verbiage about a man singing about his woman sucking his "bleep". We had a order for 4. All of the burgers were incorrect, and we got a little attitude along with it. After a few tries they still couldn't get it right. I ate the fries which they did those well. No money back for my burger which they threw away. Fifty dollars for poor service. Our first and last time to any Mooyah.

Last night I had an amazing experience at this location. Cameron went way beyond what they had to in order to help me. I have a very strict diet and can have no seasoning.
