Typically very good but today seemed like complete chaos.

I ordered online and arrived a few minutes later than the pickup time on the order. They always make the fries fresh so that delay was anticipated. Upon being handed my order, my wife and I decided to eat there instead of taking it home, glad we did as the items we received were not our order at all.

We returned the items and had them remake our order, only this time they still got the contents incorrect: one burger had the wrong cheese, neither burger had vegetables or sauces and my wife's side salad looked completely wilted with only lettuce, no mushrooms or tomatoes like normal. We ate the burgers as we were already late to our next engagement and could not wait for them to make it a third time. They did try to make up for the first delay by giving us a large fry instead of a small fry and an extra drink... we had already paid for two drinks and had no need for a third drink!

While eating we heard a call come in that sounded like the person that received our original order. The owner gestured toward the bag I had returned to the counter and instructed his cashier to hand it to the customer when they came back to get their food. The problem with this is that we opened those burgers, we picked through them to see if they were ours and now they were going to be handed to another customer? I approached the owner and explained that those burgers were opened and that w had gone through them but he didn't throw them out...

Moral of the story, order there and not online... who knows who might have gone through your online order before you arrive to pick it up!
