Amazing service from Craig my service advisor and ...

Amazing service from Craig my service advisor and the mechanic who worked in my ATS. Craig worked with GM Cadillac to get my CUE replaced, and they also repaired my brakes! I drove all the way from Delaware to have Moore Cadillac take care of my Caddy. The service is always top notch, clean and caring. I was worried with COVID but every single person I saw both inside and outside of the dealership wore a mask. Thank you for caring about your customers and your community. Worth the drive to get such great customer service!

Don't go here for repairs. I only went here as it was recommended by Geico for a minor fender bender to the front quarter panel and scratch along driver's side door (somebody changed lanes into me). They over-sprayed paint past the body and onto the plastic molding of my mirrors. Sprayed something on the windshield that looked like a smudge of clear-coat (did not just wipe off with elbow grease). The car interior smelled strongly of chemicals after two weeks of driving with the windows down (no clue how they managed to cause this). Returned car to get items addressed but the only item they addressed was reducing the windshield smudge to a lesser smudge. After a few months the smudge and smell finally went away, though the overs-spray wasn't fixed. At this time though, the plastic around my driver's side wheel well came off on the highway and was ground down because they never replaced the clips under the visible exterior damage. So they are not comprehensive in addressing damage! I highly recommend looking elsewhere for repairs.

This is a very bad truck to buy, I had the truck since 2016 the first day the truck had transmission problem till now, I took the back ten times but unfortunately they couldn t fixed.
And I stuck with the truck . It is a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV and the customer service is very bad from sales to service.

I was an internet sales customer and although the initial service provided was good the next day service was terrible. I spent all day getting everything ready to purchase the vehicle and they even provided a buyers or purchasers agreement to my lender the night before and next day when bank needed the vehicles actual mileage, this dealership informed me that the vehicle was sold. This is a complete disrespect to customer service. How do you provide an agreement for the purchase and then sell the same day. Buying a vehicle whether in person or thru the web should not be so hard and the dealership should give some time to internet customers to make the purchase.

Very underwhelmed at the service, err rather lack ...

Very underwhelmed at the service, err rather lack of service at this location. I made my appointment on line and arrived 15 minutes early. No one greeted me for five minutes. Finally, someone said that the service advisor would be here shortly. After about five more minutes he walked right past me into his office. By this time another gentleman who appeared to be a supervisor asked me if I had been helped and I explained what was going on. The service advisor came out and was standing there while I was was explaining. He didn t say a word as I had no clue who he was. He didn t greet me. He just asked for the keys to the vehicle and checked out items on the screen displays. I explained I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, I showed him a pin that was coming out if one of the handles as the car is under warranty. It didn t get fixed. We went into his office and I literally stood there for another five minutes as he typed. No words at all. Finally he said the lounge is right down there. I said I had asked for a loaner car and another five minutes passed and finally someone brought me a car. I asked would it be ready by noon and he told me probably not since I asked for a loaner I was in a different rotation.

Jump ahead to when my car was ready which was about 3 pm. When I came back, once again No one was around including the service advisor. I found an older gentleman in one of the offices and opened his door. He immediately put up his hand. He finally came out and helped me. He was ok at best but to top it all off he handed me my car keys and told me to give it to one of the guys in a red shirt to bring me my car.

This is the second time this has happened. My wife dropped off the car for the first service and we were charged although we had a service plan and it had to be refunded. She had wait issues as well.

I am very disappointed in the lack of service from Cadillac and this dealership. It is not acceptable and nowhere near comparable to Mercedes off Chantilly.

Took time to go over each and every button and again the next day where I was not sure of how and what they did. The finance gentleman was a pleasure to deal with. Explained everything in detail and warranty's available for purchase.

I recently moved to the area from Texas, where I had amazing service every time for my vehicle by Sewell, whether it was only a warranty repair or service I paid for...the car came back in perfect shape, having had a thorough cleaning every time! NOT so here in Virginia. This is my second trip to Moore and due to the lack of service I received the first time, I even asked for reassurance my vehicle would be cleaned and the service manager Don Kelly was very nice and assured me it would be. I even left the vehicle for 2.5 days, and it was returned having had NO cleaning at all, bird dirt all over the back still, and more. I'm very disappointed in this dealer!! I only hope the work was done right because this is the 2nd time to this dealer for the same problem. Being a nice service man does not trump quality car service, and poor service for small problems means customers won't trust you with the big problems or car purchases.

The day following the above review, I was reached out to by the manager and offered a free detail on my car and to have the repairs checked. I'm glad to say, my faith in Cadillac is restored... Between Michael Corlitz and Gia at Moore Cadillac, my car is back this week, spotless and in great shape! I will return to Moore. Thank you, Moore Cadillac for taking care of my Cadillac!

I came in 1 hour early for my appointment figuring I would get in and out earlier, well that was not the case. I still ended up coming out of there the same time I would have if I came at my regular time. They didn't have enough advisers working so my advisers was the only one dealing with everyone.

There where hand prints all inside my car that should have been wiped down before they gave me car back, because I just had my car detailed so I could tell, so I wasn't to happy about that. Other than that over all my oil change was done and my tires where rotated.

I had been looking for a good used car from a reputable dealer for over two weeks. Then I called and talked to MORGAN McDONOUGH at Moore Cadillac. She was a breath of fresh air. She was knowlegable, professional and a people person. She asked me what my wife and I were looking for and then she found the perfect car. Within two days, I was in the car of my desire. All the personnel I encountered were exceptionally professional. I met the Owner and the Assistant General Manager (I hope thats his correct title), both were informative and proficient. I enjoyed a really good experience at this Dealership. Need a Cadillac, go see MORGAN.

For the second time over the period of a month my ...

For the second time over the period of a month my credit card has been charged by their in house Enterprise rental car for a courtesy car that was provided (back in January) when service on my vehicle was going to take longer than the current working day. I did not authorize this charge nor was I notified this charge was going to be billed to me. When the first charge occurred on my card (03/26/13 for a December visit) it took one month, several phones calls, and multiple visits to the dealership in order to get resolved. It was finally resolved 04/29/13. When I got my credit card statement and saw that my card was charged again on 04/26/13, I called on (05/03/13) and was told that I would not be helped and to call someone else. Another visit to the dealership to resolve the issue did nothing as well. It is now 05/31/13 and I have still have not gotten my money back. Since phone calls and visits did not seem to work I emailed the dealership about it and I got multiple calls from sales reps asking if I wanted to buy a new car. I find the lack of customer service very disheartening. I have been a patron of this dealership for almost 5 years and my family has been a patron for almost 15. We have taken at least 7 cars off their lot and I was about to take an 8th. As this is not the only customer service issue that has been present at this dealership over the past year and the obvious disregard for their loyal customers I am regrettably forced to take my business elsewhere.

I made my first car purchase at Moore Cadillac (August 2018). I was in a rush to find a reliable SUV for my wife to drive since we had a baby on the way and I didn't want her driving him around in her 1995 Toyota Camry. I was shopping around looking for a Ford Escape, but was pleasantly surprised by the value, size, and driving experience of the 2012 Chevrolet Equinox Moore had on their used car lot. After shopping around at other dealers in the area that day, I settled on the Equinox from Moore. The buying experience was okay. The salesperson (Essie, I believe) I worked with seemed to be skeptical of my ability to get a loan and acted surprised when I answered his questions about my credit limit on one of my credit cards. The process took longer than I expected, but it was my first time so I wasn't sure if this was normal or not. The car only came with a 30 day, 1,000 mile purchase guarantee as the powertrain warranty had expired. What I was not told during the selling process, was that there was a Special Coverage Adjustment on the vehicle for excessive oil consumption, that covered the cost of repairs related to this condition. If I had been aware of this I could have been carefully monitoring the oil consumption of the vehicle before the SCA expired in February 2019. Unfortunately, I was not aware, and it was not until May 2019 that I noticed symptoms of excessive oil consumption on a longer trip. Because of the lack of disclosure from Moore, I will now have to pay $3k+ to repair the vehicle. I will not be buying from Moore again.

Worst customer service, worst Machenic and worst service manager. I went here to reset my cadallic radio it took them 2 hours to tell me that they couldn't fix the problem and try to charge me $156 anyways for doing nothing. Service manager jack was very rude and not understanding at all, he wanted me to pay just because the Machenic tried but he didn't fix the problem and there should be no reason for anyone to pay unless the problem they came in there for is fixed and that was promised to me before I even agreed to paying them. I try to explain that I was late for work and waited here 2 hours for nothing and had to go but the service manager was very aggressive and didn't care about anything but to steal peoples hard working money. I finally give up speaking to him and asked to speak to someone that was on top of the him so the service manager takes my paper work to talk to his boss and i guess his boss was reasonable to understand that whatever business jack the service manager was trying to pull off was unethical and not good business and agreed to not charging me and I left out paying nothing. I expected more from the dealers. I would NOT trust Moore cadallic with any service with my car neither should you. Your better off going to a gas station, Walmart or sears they have more knowledge then some of these technicians are Moore cadallic

I would of gave them a negative five stars if I could. Took my car into get a small crack in my bumper and knocked out front fog light. They took my car joy riding and blew out my transmission. After fighting with service and the gm they only agreed to pay for labor leaving me to pay $2000 in "oem" part which weren't oem. Not even 10 months later my clutch needs to be replaced again..along with whatever they find out when they tear out my trans. Moore Cadillac has terrible technicians, doesn't care if they cut corners, no customer service skills and doesn't care about the consumer at at. They only care about the paycheck that gets desposited in their accounts. They will i

I purchased a new Escalade from them, and that process went ok. Over the next 18 months I had numerous interactions with the service department and general manager, all negative. Granted, I was upset most of the time I called, but I bet you would be too stranded far from home in a truck they sold you. Oh

The same issue with the car not coming out of park stranded me away from home occurred 3 times before it had 10,000 miles.

The last time it died was graveside after my Aunts funeral. The Cadillac roadside assistance was so awful, so I called my dealer, Moore Cadillac to get things moving. They offered me no recourse (save legal) for a $90,000+ vehicle that was so unreliable my family refused to ride in it again.

Enter Frankell Cadillac. Not only did their service manager drop everything and come out to the cemetery, but they then gave me a good deal on trading in the lemon. Frankell got me out of there in less than 2 hours in a new Escalade.

The GM likes to hang up on you to "get your attention". That's a direct quote because I record all my phone calls.

The service manager claimed there was no way to do what the Frankell guy did.

I don't blame them for the lemon, but I blame them for being tone deaf, inept buttwipes that don't stand behind what they sell.

Edited after dealer response: I don't typically write negative reviews. While their response is mostly true, I stand by my review. They just pointed out the worst of what I said while I was stranded graveside at my Aunt's funeral in a broken down Escalade they sold me. Moore Cadillac is entitled to their opinion, but I gave them multiple opportunities to stand behind their vehicle after the *second* breakdown three months before this for the same reason. They didn't.

If you think "affluenza" is limited to buyers, think again. I *am* a person who can afford a top of the line Escalade. They are a *Cadillac Dealer*. Color me shocked I also expect top of the line service with my supposedly top of the line vehicle. If you drop major coin with them wouldn't you expect the same?

Moore Cadillac, and specifically David Saenz, hung up on me, then let me down... when I needed them most. Don't think they won't do the same to you too. I *still* don't blame them for the lemon, but nonetheless they failed to live up to expectations and make things right. They have my phone number and know who I am. They haven't followed up a month later. I will edit again if they decide to step up their game.

I had worse experience with Moore, they did not give proper service, even they destroyed my car Rotor, I replaced it from Toyota, a simple job they took a month, their tech did not diagnose they breaky noise, they misguided me, they gave 3 days guarantee and problems noticed after 3 days and told me it was something new incident thats why break noise, after all investigation Toyota find out noise from rotor , which was after hand over, a brand new 1 month age car rotor injuries, they replaced my car rotor, and they told something is new accident, geico investigate on it, they found no further accident after hand over, they are liar, they charged $8000 from insurance a simple accident which was not my fault, I personally request you guys, think before go, I ve all evidence, but I didn't not get good service rather than I got more harassment,

My vehicle was picked up for an oil change from my home this morning. 12 hours later and after several unanswered phone calls, I discovered that my vehicle was returned but I was never notified. The complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy is absolutely appalling. How do you not notify your customer that her vehicle is ready and is being delivered? Moreover why would you tell my concierge that you notified me the vehicle was back and then NOT call me to tell me it had been returned? I am simply horrified and furious over your laziness and incompetence. Don Kelly and your entire team should be absolutely ashamed. I have purchased three vehicles from your dealership in the past and have never been treated like this.

Be aware of this dealer ship , especially the part department , they charge 35% restocking fees on everything that you ordered if you do not need or return . They said GM does not allow customer to return anything without fees and does not care about their customers . Do not buy parts from them you will waste time and money .

Bernadette helped me right away find the car I wanted and took care of all of issues I found with the car within a few days of purchasing the vehicle . Very attractive dealer that offer great cars. Unfortunately the sales Staff is not motivated enough to sell and it is evident by the empty show room. Their service departmentwas is a Total JOKE. They are extremely uncoordinated and unresponsive. They don t call back to multiple calls and emails. They don t bother to call you back to give you status on your car even after you leaving them multiple messages. The service manager, Jack, is worse than their service advisors. Eventually the dealer is going to go out of business.

Came into the dealership with issues with my seats not heating. I can say they tried everything to correct the issue and even found a notice. Nothing fixed the issue but at least they tried all options presented to them. I hope Cadillac comes up with something better later on though.

I have brought my car here for service for several years. Moore's won my service primary based on customer care as well as quality work. While their quality is still superb their current customer care is unimpressive. My primary advisor left earlier this year and the several others i have worked with since act as if they are doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. I hope the focus returns to the customer soon as I do believe this is best service provider in the area.

I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience!!! After visiting other dealerships in the VA and having to deal with rude sales members and unreasonable prices, I m so grateful to have found Jean and Woodson at Moore Cadillac. Jean made the sales process pleasant and easy. From start to finish, she was extremely helpful and communicative. I couldn t have asked for more from her. Woodson was so knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. This team is top notch. I will not go anywhere else to buy my next vehicle! Thank you again Jean and Woodson!!!

I don t know where to start....I have been going to Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, VA, for MONTHS, about noises when I turn left or right and when I am barely driving at any speed. The technicians at Radley Cadillac, the owner and the Cadillac Rep, always said they never heard anything. I called Moore Cadillac in Chantilly, VA and scheduled an appointment. When I took my car in to the shop they heard the noise and took care of the problem. I am so happy with the Service Adviser Donald Sealor and the Mechanic. Thank God for you all.

Their service and quality of vehicles along with their professionalism is definitely bar-none/ among the best! Now my salesman Tony Soleiman has made my experience pleasant and painless. Tony was very professional and attentive to all questions and whatever requirements that was needed. Always on top of the needs of his customers, putting his customers first! This place was my worst experience in shopping for...

This place was my worst experience in shopping for a vehicle. I ve been been in the market for a month trying to decide which high end vehicle I would like to lease. I have explained to my sales person Marc that I had many options and wanted to try them all before making a final decision. Each time I was able to test drive he has pulled out cars that were similar instead of the actual one I was looking for. This didn t help me actually visualize myself in the car. After the first time test driving he gave me outrageous payments not knowing me and my husband work as finance managers in the car business. He also gave me these payments without giving my trade in an appraisal or running my credit.

Wethen saw the ct4 and the only one available was in the showroom to test drive. But that was management who arranged us to test drive it but unfortunately I did not like it all but appreciated their effort to take it out.

Today I came back for the 3rd time because I am not the type to just settle on buying a car I haven t test driven because our sales person MARC ONLY TEST DROVE US ON SIMILAR CT5S

So I called before coming into the dealership asking to pull out a certain stock number of the actual vehicle I told Marc I wanted the last time I went into the dealership. I spoke with tony and he was happy to assist us. I told them I wanted to test drive the actual vehicle I am planning on leasing and to make sure it fits into my garage. While waiting for the plates our previous sales person we were working with came out and told us we can t test drive the vehicle to my garage that it literally right across the street. My husband asked why can t we have a permission to drive and his response was Whats different from last time? And my husband asked again do you have a permission to drive and his response to what he asked was very unclear and couldn t give us a straight answer which seemed as if he was dishonest and just didn t want us to drive the car.

The difference between now and last time was that I was actually able to see the vehicle I actually wanted to lease. After actually test driving the vehicle if given that chance I was ready to move forward with purchasing the lease. But unfortunately these people were too lazy and rude to help us. Maybe because I didn t just settle on an outrageous payment on a car I haven t even seen in person? Or because I m not a get me done and ready to commit on the first payment and car I see for a vehicle worth over 50k.

The people that I dealt with at Moore Cadillac inc...

The people that I dealt with at Moore Cadillac including sales' personnel as well as the general manager Dwayne Butler are crooks. They are extremely dishonest, will cheat you out of your money and have no sense of remorse after selling you a damaged car that was flawlessly repaired. I bought a car from Moore Cadillac last year in the summer. A little less than a year later, I decided to sell my car and visited a few dealers to have my car appraised, only to find out that part of it was possibly replaced but most definitely repainted. I went back to them to explain the situation and what had happened as they admitted to inspecting trade-in vehicles before selling them, which meant that they knowingly sold me a vehicle in such a condition but did not disclose such information. The new manager (did not get his name) and Dwayne decide to low-ball me in buying the vehicle back, did nothing to rectify the situation and basically stated that it was my choice to buy the car in the first place. What? How is it the buyer's fault for falling into their sneaky ways and cover-up? They are clueless when it comes to making things right with customers and running an honest business, denying all responsibility after it's all said and done. Ver Very Disappointed, I have been coming to your service department for past 4 years. 5 days ago, for normal check up and oil change, I came to your service department. As usual, by glancing from the street entrance, I saw the garage door was open and not open and closing, I assumed it would stay OPEN, as I entered, the door suddenly closed and hit my roof and dented it and my arena also dislocated. The staffs called the manager Mike Corlet, told me he would take care of it. I got a call from service department that the car was "READY" , I asked about the roof damage, and I was told the manager would call me. After 3 days I called him and he told me I came TOO FAST and I would have to file with my insurance and the would not fix it.

Very bad experience, I hope somebody will help

The dealership my husband and I bought the car from did not give us two keys, so we had to go to Moore Cadillac, and what a wonderful place to go to! It's a beautiful dealership! We have made this our go-to dealership!! Staff was nice and friendly!

I was able to promptly schedule an appointment with Moore's Collision Center and their outstanding staff was able to repair the body damage to my vehicle in only 5 days. The staff was professional and courteous and all throughout the week they left status updates on my voice mail. I greatly appreciated Jonathan and others keeping me apprised of what was transpiring without me having to contact them. Moreover, the repairs that they did were done very well. I highly recommend this service center.

My service advisor Conte Bolden made my visit to Moore Cadillac the best one so far. He was very funny, easy to talk too and made the time out to explain every issue I was faced with about my car and what their going to do to fix it. Conte also was able to save me money which is a plus.
