Took my Escalade in for a recall and to address ro...

Took my Escalade in for a recall and to address road vibration at higher speeds. From initial call, took about a week to get the car in and then 4 business days to complete the work. I was updated the whole time and when I mentioned I bought road hazzard/wheel insurance (from another dealer I have had issues with) they tracked it down, and my bent rims/wheels were covered saving thousands. Due to the savings I went ahead and had additional work done, transfer case service, alignment, oil change. Never any run around, never any excuses, never finding "loopholes" as why they can't do something, gave me a loaner. Selling cars is the easy part, how you are taken care of after the deal speaks volumes
about a dealership. Big thanks to Donald Sealor for taking care of everything!

I traveled an hour to Moore Cadillac to look at a used Mitsubishi Lancer & Patrick immediately let me test drive it. Then he directed me to a Chevy Malibu to test drive , which I was skeptical about driving at first , but afterwards I loved the car , & it made my original thought of the Lancer seem mediocre. Patrick was very kind , quick to respond , & worked out the entire deal to my advantage . He even pulled out his iPad for my son to watch tv during the process of signing paperwork . I enjoyed doing business with him . Farid was also very kind & helpful , as he was able to beat my banks interest rate . Great customer service from Moore Cadillac & would definitely recommend to others .

Great experience from start to finish. I never felt pressured from when we walked in the door until driving out with a new Cadillac a couple days later.

Mark Tehrani was my salesperson, he was extremely helpful and made the entire shopping experience very pleasant.

I look forward to buying from Moore Cadillac again.

Dropped my car at 8am for a 945am appointment. Oil...

Dropped my car at 8am for a 945am appointment. Oil change and alignment. They called at 1045 with some other services that should be done. I declined those services and just asked to do what I asked to be done. The oil change was already completed at this time and the car was on the rack for the alignment. Car was dropped off at 8 am I was called at 1045 am. I got there at 1 pm the technician decided to go work on another car since I didn t want to have the added work done. So when I got there at 1pm the service rep said my car wasn t completed and had to wait an additional 30min and the alignment I don t know if he did it. Poor poor service

I have been needing my gm recall on my hummer h3 for the past 5 months and every time I go in it is too busy or they just don't have the time and it is always someone just standing there doing nothing when my car could be getting fixed
Horrible service they have tried to screw me over and make me buy every little thing with my car and charge me 60 dollars to have a nut on my windshield wiper tightened!! 60 dollars!!!
It's a scam and it has dissatisfied my taste with the Moore family and how they run things around the dealership also on multiple occasions I have called to make an appointment and I have called periodically throughout the day multiple times and no one ever answers the phone.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle with this dealership. Did my research online prior to coming in, test drove the car that I wanted and then signed the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this dealership any time!

Update 8/2020- So the platinum warranty that was sold to me is completely worthless when I tried to use it when a crack appeared in the plexiglass in the instrument panel, three weeks after I purchased the car. Not only did the service dept. give me the run around, they wouldn t call me back and they would not assist in having the vehicle subletted out to a dealership who manufactures the vehicle. I had to go to BMW and then go thru BMW corp. to have it fixed b/c BMW blamed Moore for the crack in the instrument panel when they detailed the car. The repair cost me 2k b/c the entire instrument panel had to be replaced. Now as I am trying to get a refund for the useless, ridiculously expensive warranty I am having to go out of my way to prove that I do not have a loan anymore with the lender that originally financed me, just so I can get the refund. Due to COVID, the prior lender is taking five business days from the initial request to email the paid in full letter. I never have ever experienced such difficulties after purchasing a vehicle, lack of service by a service dept. and/or canceling a warranty- I can tell you that Rosenthal Jag/Land Rover never does this to their clients and I had purchased multiple vehicles & warranties through them. My mistake for not sticking with Rosenthal.

I ve been searching for a few months on the right vehicle for me and my family. I have always liked and wanted an Escalade, so when I narrowed down my search I found one at Moore Cadillac in Chantilly, VA. I met with Jean, a sales consultant, and she was extremely pleasant, very professional and thorough with going over the amenities of the vehicle. She made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. She also set up my OnStar service and followed up with me to see how things were going. Jean is great and I would buy another vehicle from her!

This was my first experience with Moore Cadillac, and I am pleased beyond words! Alan Khani, my sales representative, was an integral part of my car buying process, and he made it an enjoyable experience. Alan is the consumate professional. He worked with me so I could buy my used 2011 CTS Coupe (dream car), and not only was the transaction quick and painless, but it was so very easy. Alan took quite a bit of time after the sale to go over all options in my vehicle, as well as helping me get my OnStar set up and running before I left the dealership. I also would like to say that the financing professional I worked with was AWESOME (her name is Laura)! She was so very helpful and made the financial process painless. I would like to point out that Moore Cadillac facilities are absolutely gorgeous, and very comfortable to spend time in while buying or servicing a vehicle. All staff that I came into contact with during my car buying experience were very professional and welcoming. I've wanted and admired the Caddy SRX for several ...

I've wanted and admired the Caddy SRX for several years; just didn't seriously consider looking into it until recently. It's a 2011 model, lots of options, big sunroof: a beautiful looking vehicle. It is just "a little something" I got for myself, now that all my kids are grown and I am single (widow). My job involves some local travel and it is great riding in a comfortable, well appointed vehicle.

The dealership is top-rate; very easy to deal with. They treated me well (nice showroom, water, soda and plush chairs) and the wait wasn't too awful long. David Hughes, my salesman was great; he set up the bluetooth for my phone, and dug up a manual to put in the glove box. They called me today, five days after the purchase, to make sure everything is okay.

I am very happy with my purchase and with Moore Cadillac.

I often thought when reading reviews they were exaggerated to one extreme or the other. To follow is my honest opinion of my experience at this car dealership. Hands-down this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Helpful, attentive and knowledgeable staff that enjoy what they do. They clearly went out of there way to accommodate my wife and I. They listened to our needs and concerns and acted on them; quickly, decisively and to our benefit! If you're in the market for a car go to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly and ask for Karen. She was awesome!!

Excellent service as usual driven primarily due to Don Kelly the Service rep for this engagement. This project involved complete replacement of the CUE software hardware system. The funding was covered by a non-Cadillac third party company since the Cadillac warranty had expired. Approval of the 3rd party company was required BEFORE cadillac work could commence. This approval required a persistent bulldog and professional effort which only a skilled veteran like Mr Kelly could bring to the table. He was able to complete this project in a timely manner and reflected well on Moore Cadillac.

I found the service dept. to be slow and never had enough information. I had taken my car in for some warranty work but then 2 to 3 weeks later had to return because of a safety recall that should have been discovered had they run my Vin #. Both visits were horrible with slow service and lack of information. My service advisor didn't call me in a timely fashion to give me a status on my car. On my second visit I was never called to notify me that my car was ready. I had to reach out to Service Manager to get an answer. This was definitely not the expeirence I expected from a dealership of this caliber. I hope in the future they do better.

My husband wanted a used car that we could only find at Moore Cadillac. We went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the car. We were not ready to discuss a price, but the sales manager kept insisting that we give him a number. Since we refused, he implied that we could not afford this vehicle and that we did not have good credit scores, so we left.

After searching further, we could not find a similar car at a different dealership, so we decided to purchase it from Moore Cadillac. We negotiated with the dealership and settled on a price, down payment, interest rate, etc. We also completed the loan application before going to pick up the car. Unfortunately, our disappointing experience continued when we returned to pick up the car. We were at the dealership for three hours. There was no one ahead of us in the finance department, but we spent most of that time waiting for the finance person. When we finally saw him, he tried to give us a higher interest rate than we had already agreed on, and convince us that it was a good deal. Eventually he decided to give us the rate we had already agreed on. He also kept forgetting to subtract the cost of tags since we were transferring them from our existing vehicle.

The entire experience was horrible. I am not sure how anyone could be happy with the customer service that we received. If this car had been available at another dealership, we would've walked away and never spent our money at this establishment. We will not be back to purchase ANYTHING from this dealership again.

I can t say enough great about this dealership and Karen our salesperson. Everything from the purchase to the finance people were excellent. Got a great used suburban from them. When we ran into an issue a few days after the purchase with a tire that was losing air, they took the car in for service and replaced the tire, rebalanced everything and did a full alignment for free immediately. Great response and the car has been perfect since. Would go back to them in a minute.

Roadside assistance service was spot on. But dealing with the service department was a different story. Called them 3 times and left messages...but never received a call back. Finally the 4th time service advisor Beth gave great service otherwise it would have been a lower rating.

I communicated that I was having steering problem with my XT5. I took the vehicle to Moore Cadillac to fix the issue. When I picked up the vehicle the service manager noted the problem was fixed - sure it is. I am still having the same steering issue. This was a complete waste of my time. Obviously, they didn t take the time to thoroughly investigate the problem. I assume this is how they conduct business. Beware. It is becoming more difficult to find ethical businesses.

I brought my 20 year old Seville STS in to Carlos Cruz and his top notch team of professionals in August 2020 to repair a caved in door and fender, which was the result of a driver backing into my parked car. It was the first accident for my car, so I had no experience with what to do about it. I wanted to keep the original door and I wanted to ensure that the car was not totaled, just restored to its previous mint condition. Carols was outstanding, patiently walking me through the claims and repair process. And his body work team, as well as the paint and detailing teams were incredible. When they were finished, you wouldn't know there had been an accident at all ! They kept to the original repair schedule, the total costs came within the insurance company's claims budget, and I got my car back good as new. I don't usually write reviews, but this team was that good. I highly recommend them for collision repairs.

Moore Cadillac has always been excellent and does things right. Our sales Rep, Jean, has been with them for many years as has Don in service. Both go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. We have purchase cars from them for the past 30 years and will continue to do so. They are a bit old fashion as they care about the customer long after the sale is made!!!!

My Escalade Hybrid would not start Tuesday morning...

My Escalade Hybrid would not start Tuesday morning 7/24. So I called Cadillac roadside and they came out and tested the battery. 0 CCA, so they got a flat bed out and got the truck on it's way to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly. I called to give a heads up to the service dept and get a loaner car sorted as well. I have 4 children and I needed a larger SUV to accommodate for my wife. Well, long story short, Enterprise is garbage and weren't even remotely interested in assisting. So, I called my service advisor (Brian) and asked him to please assist in any way he could.

Brian took the initiative and got Enterprise to drop off an appropriate SUV, which was a huge convenience for my wife and me. Then he called me and took not of every concern I had to get checked out while the Escalade was in service. I wasn't particularly pressed to get the truck back but Brian STILL stayed in constant communication about what was going on with it. The truck was fixed, cleaned, and dropped off at my house on Thursday morning...everything was covered by warranty. The tech also picked up the rental and returned it.

Needless to say...I am beyond pleased with this service. This is without a doubt way above and beyond what I expect in this day and age and exactly how customers should be treated. Brian is a superstar with a complete understanding of how to achieve customer satisfaction. He deserves recognition for his work ethic.

She is friendly, knowledgeable, and made the most use of my time which I had very little of this day. She made buying the 2014 CTS V Sport an exciting and fun experience. Awesome car matched by awesome service. I highly recommend Morgan.

I cannot say enough good things about Moore Cadillac. I ve purchased two Cadillacs from Moore, both experiences have been phenomenal.

Most recently I bought. 2021 XT5, Kevin was my salesperson, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Moore, if you are looking at Caddy s in the NOVA area go see them, and ask for Kevin!

Always has been a pleasure coming in after purchas...

Always has been a pleasure coming in after purchasing a used vehicle. With the service contact, I was surprised to discover that a light bulb change would cost over $425 and be informed The entire bumper had to come off. I did a quick 15 minute YouTube tutorial change the bulb myself for $17, no need for the bumper to be removed. It would ve taken a tech much less time because my car would ve been up in the wheels off. Perhaps maybe five minutes.
I shared this with the service tech and also a sales person. I did get the name of the service manager, would have thought he would call me first?
The next day, traded my car for another luxury brand at another dealership ...and bulbs are included in the service plan. Sigh.

My husband and I really felt like we had the smoothest, most pleasant car buying experience at Moore Cadillac this past weekend. Kevin and Fred were wonderful to work with. Kevin gave a great explanation of the new car with all it's bells and whistles and features. We got a great test-drive opportunity. Moore is a well-oiled machine that really treats its customers well. Very polite and personable, from sales to finance, it was all A+.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Purchased a 2011 Escalade ESV in June of 2014, in the last 10 months i have spent over $5,000 in maintenance and only about half of my issues and concerns were addressed, David Korelitz is a JOKE of a service advisor, EVERY problem i had either "couldn't be duplicated" or was a "common problem". Don't bother talking to the service manager Adura, she'll just come out with her mouth full of food and tell you its a "common problem". The general manager is Michael Korelitz (David's father) so you can only guess how David got his job. There's no need in emailing Joe Moore or Michael Korelitz because when they do call you they'll just say "We'll make it right" and THEY DO NOT! BTW you can catch Joe Moore working out in his gym above the "Service Lane" sign watching this dollars roll in, Whoever started this dealership should be ASHAMED at the way Joe Moore is allowing it to be run.

My experience at Moore Cadillac of Chantilly was spectacular. I received wonderful customer service with Ethan Shah in the sales department and was delivered exactly what I wanted. The deal I got and the lease Ethan created for me was tailored to my needs and helped get my monthly payments to a more than reasonable range for my budget. I absolutely love my 2012 CTS and highly recommend Moore to anyone in the market for a new Cadillac!
