Moomba Beach Review

The drinks were OK! There was a female DJ and she was phenomenal! She definitely kept the party going!

We go for soul fest around memorial day. We make sure this is one place we all frequent the mojitos are perfect

Love the drinks and bartenders they know how to take care of a person on vacation

Nice well cared for breakfast, friendly servers, affordable, nice atmosphere, only those awkward flies. But, well, nothing can be done about it.

Relaxing bar, nuff vibes, great food. Staff fun going.

We arrived at moomba Sunday aug 18 2019 the girl saw
us 4 sitting at the table it was not that busy around 2 pm. In 3 min she brought the menu in 10 min she came back to take the order. We had one round then 2e round I had to walk at the bar to order, 3e round we had to look around for someone. I asked right away to pay. We still left the group with $14 Tip because we had no more time to wait.

Moomba beach and bar is so nice to kick back and relax also the staff provided awesome customer service

They are dredging and the machine is very loud and takes up half the beach. Wait staff are not very friendly. I would recommend trying somewhere else. Maybe when the dredging and noise stops the service will improve.

Great appetizers and drinks during Happy Hour. I love their empanadas (chicken, beef & cheese).

Absolutely delicious food. Highly recommended. The catch of the day tastes fresh and the sauce is lovely. I understand why this is place has such high ratings. I recommend going for lunch, there are very few people there and the pricing (which is in USD) isn't bad at all

Place smells like straight ass at night and every dude that walks in after eleven deserves to be punched.

Hidden gem. Best in Aruba by far! Haven't tried any food here, but the drinks and atmosphere are great! Music and vibe are super casual. Have your dinner someplace else. This is your playground.

Nice place to hang out and have a few drinks on the beach. Food was pretty good too.

We are very super chill ppl. Definitely easy to please, never complain. The food was terrible!!!! Pizza had NO flavor, wings tasted weird, and the beef/cheese nachos were inedible. We sat down and it took over an hr to get out order in and our food out. We get island time, but it was bad! Please use larger glasses for the water and soda, too. 3 sips and your drink was gone. Atmosphere is beautiful, right on the beach, but so are so many other restaurants in Aruba. I would go there to have a drink at sunset, but definitely dont ear there!!!!

Next to a beautiful beach. But they are very expensive and their fried fish did not have any season. You would think 40 dollars for a fish you would get the best of the best. The chicken wing did taste good.

The breakfast Buffett is the best bang for your USD/buck. Plenty of options, pancakes, waffles, made to order omelets, hash browns etc. Fresh juices are an up charge, but $15 is a great price for a breakfast buffet. The location is great in the sand, or under the canopy!

The aperol is a real scam. All ice, do not respect measures, nothing.

Had a great outing here. It was very hot and crowded but the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Great spot ... But I wasn't pleased with my grouper sandwich sorry to say ...three starts because my cousin was very pleased with her Asian salad.

GREAT place to hang and they have entertainment there every other night. And so far the entertainment was REALLY GOOD! The bartenders are very accommodating. I spend many a night there when I visit Aruba. Highly recommend!

3/5 people had to send their meals back. One meal had to be sent back THREE times. It came completely raw, then totally over cooked then so raw a good vet could resuscitate it. I recommend anything that doesn t require heat to make.

Friday night was Latin music night and the performers definitely had us all dancing. The was pretty good.

Fantastic Food... though the company I had was WORLD CLASS, so that had a lot to do with it. Wish I could have enjoyed my Cigar in the BAR area - but hey... I get it. LOL

Just visted this bar at night. It started off with a Fun atompshere, cheap drinks and it was busy...

BUT

there were shady characters hanging around the bar by the jolly pirates sign. very creepy vibes from these men and they dressed in hoodies or no shirts at all. the drinks were good and cheap but again couldnt enjoy from the creepy vibes. there was a moment when a creepy guy walked up to the bar and he didnt say anything to the bartender and the bartender didnt say anthing to him BUT the bartender looked at him and gave him these shifty eyes toward my friend and me, I noticed it.

later on, the same creepy guy came up to my friend and me, he didnt introduce himself to us but he asked us for our names and where we were from and then walked off back to his spot... that was also uncomfortable! Thats when we decided to leave.

My friend drank my last drink. She felt weird and said she felt like passing out during the walk, like all of a sudden she got extremely tired. she was extremely sleepy at the casino so much we couldnt eat the sushi with her chopsticks or play any games cuz she couldnt stand up straight. when we got home she passed out while holding and eating a sandwich i told her to eat.

WE DID NOT DRINK ALOT and the girl can drink but i say something was fishy about this spot.

It was an older crowd before 11pm. a younger crowd showed up right before we left. I wouldnt go alone. wouldnt go with a friend or two, but with a conscious group of friends. late night happy hour all days but sunday. I would go with a man or with a group.

that was our experience. they didnt have a food menu available.

So far , the best on beach bar. Very, Very friendly staff and good drink prices in comparison, especially at happy hour. So far, have been here 3 times, day and night, and every stop was enjoyable.

Cozy beach club where you can rent beds for normal prices compared to many others.The food is good but not what you can expect for that money.The man who serves on the beach asks for his tip by indicating that he returns less change want to give.

A beachfront restaurant and bar located on moomba beach, has good cocktails, excellent food and music, the location is great since you can see the tourist dock, the beach and the sea. A place to relax and watch the time go by. Excellent service from the staff.
