They need to bring back seahorse exhibit and make it a permanent exhibit. And the open ocean has had so few marine life to look at for years. The otters stole the show as usual.

This is an amazing aquarium. The best I've ever seen! Not only you can see fish, they additionally perform feeding shows. :) Great

Great time for kids and adults. If you're looking to avoid the kiddos stay as late as possible...the weaker ones slow down and take naps late day :)

Awesome place and very educational. Be prepared for a few lines. Not just here, but everywhere in the city. So be patient.

Very clean and beautiful! They have so many educational spots and even I learned a few things. Huge variety of wildlife, including non fishy ones.

We come here specifically to visit the aquarium, which we think is the best we've ever seen; the variety of sea life and brilliant design and presentation, plus the enthusiasm and helpfulness of staff keep it that way.

Costs too much to get in $49 is way to much to enter. If you have children it could cost upwards to $200 or more to get in. Wont go there ever again.

Wonderful aquarium! Family friendly. Sea otters! Kelp forest. Huge deep ocean tank with sea turtles, tuna, sharks. Focused on Monterey ocean canyon. One of the very best aquariums in the world. A leader in ocean conservation.

The Aquarium is one of the best in the country. I have been to quite a few in this country & this one is unique & has great hands on exhibits.

Best aquarium I have been to, hands down. Great volunteer staff and very green all throughout.

Too many people, you will not enjoy constant flashing of camera and people physically pushing you aside. Hard to enjoy exhibits with this many people. Other aquariums that don't have as many people like moody gardens or shed aquarium off peek hours is better. They need to only allow preorder tickets to make this a better experience. Oh the line you wait in the bright sun and heat sucks too and no parking.

Great aquarium, but avoid weekends if you don't like fighting your way to the otters.

We spent all day in this area. Most here watching the otter show and penguin show. Highly recommend going here was really relaxing and fun.
