A great rafting experience that we will do again with Paradise Adventure Company! Our family took the 2 hr+ 8 mile trip down the Yellowstone River from Gardner. We were grouped with another delightful family and our fantastic guide Kendall. As soon as we pushed off the shore we were wet with a nice series of rapids that warmed us up or rather cooled us down for alot of laughter and fun! From the moment we stepped into the shop, to when we waved good-bye to everyone we had spent the afternoon with - we felt like family and VIPs! Thank you Paradise Adventure Company! We will be back!

We did the one hour horse ride since the kids were new to riding. It went great! The horses were very well behaved and the guide took us on a nice loop trail with good views and a variety of habitats. Check-in was smooth and the bathrooms were nice and clean for use afterwards.

Maria was awesome! The whole experience was great. I contacted them 6 months after our initial ride and they were still able to help me with finding my pictures again. We will go through them every time we are there

Paradise Raft Company is the only way to go rafting Yellowstone River. Great family owned company. Karch is a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable, safe, and fun. They provide wetsuits, helmets and a great time. Highly recommend Paradise to raft the river.

We went rafting with Jack as our guide, and had an absolute blast. From beginning to end, the entire staff was helpful in getting us equipment (we needed wetsuits) and taking us out. The guides were professional and well trained, and handled the rafting flipping in some high water quickly and without any stress. Overall we had a blast, and we will be back!

This was our first experience with whitewater rafting. It was Awesome ! The staff of PAC are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be doing more white water trips in the future. We highly recommend PAC.

Dani was a fantastic tour guide who was fun and knowledgeable. The river was perfect for my 12 year olds who were a little nervous going in. We had an absolutely fantastic time with Paradise Adventure Company!! We got stuck in construction inside Yellowstone and so we called and they easily rebooked us with no penalty. The staff were fun and efficient and we loved the pictures they took of us on the river! We recommend Paradise to anyone visiting Yellowstone!!

Our family vacation had to include whitewater rafting! So glad we picked Paradise Adventure Company. Friendly staff and excellent guides! We had Sarah F as our guide and she made the experience a great one!!

All women (3 different encounters) working the Paradise shop were rude and unwilling to budge. I plan to come back to Yellowstone, however, I WILL NOT be booking any adventures with Paradise. They were inflexible and unwilling to work with my dilemma. If you book with them, beware of proper address locations. THEY WILL LEAVE WITHOUT YOU if you are late and not refund EVEN THOUGH THEY listed the wrong address, made you late & wasted your time. The worst experience i ve had on my road trip. They take the tourist money and could car LESS about anything but that. Buyer beware. Our tour guide for another adventure (Danielle) was GREAT! Unfortunately she work for a horrible booking company. BUYER BEWARE.

We had such a great time!! Our 5 year old talked the poor guides ear off the whole trip! We saw a heard of elk and had a great time on the ride!! Even dragged Grandpa with us. The whole family had a blast! A Special Thanks to all the Guides who helped us create a great Memory for our Family and who took such great care of us along our journey!

We had such an amazing time rafting the river with Paradise Adventure Company. The reservation process was super easy and the staff was professional and fun. Our guide Abby was the bomb and if you get her you're lucky! Ask her to tell you the story of the 20 man trip of raft guides she took through the Rapids. Shes certainly a bad@$$$ guide!

We went on the 18-mile (5 hour) rafting trip. It was really fun. Our guide, Micah, was fantastic, and all of our fellow rafters were a fun bunch. We will definitely recommend this company to any of our friends and family coming to this area.

My family had a wonderful time whitewater rafting with Paradise Adventure Company down the Yellowstone River. Our guide Sean was terrific--fun and share lots of good information about the area, fishing and hunting. Very organized and profession organization. I highly recommend them and Sean!

I am annoyed that I paid to ride a horse, and I got a donkey who wanted to stop and eat the whole time. We did a 2 hour ride, and there were only 4 people. They could have given me a horse. The trail was completely in the sun, no shade at all. The girl who took my reservation could have mentioned this. I do not recommend this ride.

This place was great! Booked online, very easy to schedule and pay. We did the scenic river tour with Dani as our guide. She was friendly and got us down the river safely with our 6 and 9 year old. She even let them jump in the river and the kids thought that was great! Awesome time, we will be back when the girls are older to do the whitewater rapids!

Here is the deal with Paridise, it was a mess, the computers didn't work, when they did come up (is my guess) it showed I booked a week later than I had. The details of the trip were wrong. The start was a disaster.
Now the good! Once we met Danni (Daniel) everything was awsome! I can't say enough good things about her as a guide. Her vibe was amazing, very very playful and knowledgeable.
Danni took what was a train wreck and made it an amazing experience! Thank you Danni!

The description said Yellowstone horse back riding so I thought that's where we going...but instead it was the Gallatin national forest which is just outside of Yellowstone. Still very beautiful scenery.

Dani was funny, personable, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and wildlife. We also ordered some action pictures ~ they are so funny. This was a nightmare experience. We lodged at the Lake Lodge at Yellowstone National Park. To put the icing on the cake we booked a river rafting adventure with this company. After driving north an hour and a half (time we will never get back on our vacation to beautiful Yellowstone, but at least we got to take in the epic scenery) we walked in to register. First of all, the teenage girl at the register did not even acknowledge our presence. No wave, not a hello, nothing. She was on the phone with another customer for several minutes while we stood there and waited--not even an "I'll be with you in one moment" or anything. Rude, and terrible customer service. Finally, after listening to her unnecessarily flirting with a customer on the phone for about 15 minutes while we stood there receiving no attention, she hung up and informed us that our raft trip was a scheduling error and that was "the problem with online booking." The company cancelled the trip on us! We did not get a phone call, text, or email alert to notify us that our trip had been cancelled from this company. Nothing. Just a bunch of wasted time. We also had to waste time on the drive back in to Yellowstone, because it is a popular park with long lines of entry. But here's the kicker. Although the company did refund us the money, they charged us an additional inexplicable amount of 107.12! What? I did not learn about that until after we got home from Yellowstone, disappointed. I had to call this company and waste more time after my vacation was even over! My advice to you, fellow fun-seeker, is to simply book with a different company if you crave a raft ride in this area. Do you want to put your life in the hands of people on the rapids who can't even get customer service right? Find a different company and raft experience if you want to do this, such as the one offered in Grand Teton National Park. Especially if you are arriving at the Jackson Hole Airport, you could start your vacation with this option. This option is only a 20 minutes (or so) drive from the airport and is much more professional.

I took my 14 yr old and 10 yr old on their first white water rafting experience with this group! Izzy was an amazing guide, and we had SO much fun! The kids decided we have to go every summer! :) thank you for making our summer special!

We had a good time on our river trip. We met Sarah a couple days before our trip, and while there she gave a us great advice on local restaurants and activities. It's the same river no matter what company is rafting, I like doing business with nice people. We did this trip in August, the river has some rapids but isn't overly wild for those that are a little worried about the trek.

We enjoyed rafting so much, it was perfect experience. All staff is very friendly and they are really trying to make it perfect for you by creating all kinds of games during rafting and so on.
We enjoyed this day so much.

We stayed upstairs at the Water House vacation rental on the Yellowstone river for 3 nights. This amazing place that Paradise Adventure Company offers to stay in is one of a kind. Beautiful and modern with a Montana feel. A very open and spacious place with 2 bedrooms, open kitchen, dining and living room, laundry and a large and gorgeous bath with a walk in shower. Also a large deck with seating that overlooks the Yellowstone river and mountain ranges. Some of the best views ever! We were there out of season for rafting but had a fabulous time in Gardiner and the snow. The hosts were more than gracious and friendly and we can't wait to return.

We recently adventured with this great company for a deluxe combo ride and raft experience. Riding horses alongside the beauty of the mountains was an amazing experience, and our guides made it even better. They were very knowledgeable about the area! They were happy to help us take pictures and enjoy the ride.

Will, our rafting guide, made the rafting experience so much fun! His directions were clear, and he was very reassuring and helped our group feel safe.

The experience will be something we will talk about in years to come. Riding on horseback and taking in the mountains, sky, and surroundings was breathtaking. We had a slight drizzle but it seemed to just add to the moment. The dinner afterwards was more than I expected. Generous and many dishes. Outdoor fire afterwards as well. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful memory for my family.

We had fun on this white water rafting trip on the Yellowstone River as close to Yellowstone as you can get legally on the water. Abby and Dani were great guides that kept us entertained with facts, interactive for the kids and silly jokes :) Good safety intro before we got on the boat but felt safe and in control the entire time with them navigating the rapids. We have teenagers and they enjoyed it as well.

Loved it. This was an absolutely amazing raft trip. We took two kids that had never experienced rafting before and they loved it.

Amazing trip! We are a family of seven with children ranging 6-17. We chose the full day trip (18 miles) out of Gardiner last year. Scheduling with Sarah was great! She helped us choose the right trip for our family and was very informative on everything from what we would need to bring to what expect out of the trip. Lunch was provided. Our wonderful guide Jack gave us plenty of opportunities swim, even providing water guns for the kids to play with. The trip has spectacular views of canyons and mountains. The boats and gear looked well maintained! Patrik was able to capture fantastic photographs of us along the way. Our family will remember this trip for ever!

Our checkin was smooth and our Guide Craig was really competent and funny. The 2 hour, 8 mile rafting trip was perfect for our first day in Yellowstone and we saw Elk, Herons, and a Golden Eagle. The class 2 and 3 rapids were splashy but not too much for anyone in our party to handle. LOVED this excursion for our family of 4.

This was an amazing trip down the Yellowstone River. End of season, so it was more rafting, than whitewater rafting, but our guide Summer, made it feel exhilarating nonetheless. We felt safe @ all times while having a really enjoyable experience. Its interactive, which made it all the better.

We had the most disappointing part of our weekend due to this company being a complete scam. We planned our sisters bachelorette weekend and called to book out a whitewater rafting trip. On the phone, they told me it would be a blast and have great rapids and that they would provide a speaker. When deciding between the half day or the full day, he told me the adult groups all wished they were going for longer and the half day version was just for families with kids. So we booked the full day and it ended up being a float ride, with the wind going against us, causing our whole boat to have to paddle the entire time, freezing cold because they don t provide wetsuits (very obvious this company does not care about customer service), and of course they forgot the speaker. There were no rapids and so the ride ended up taking an hour and a half LONGER than we had planned for, despite our entire boat trying to paddle as much as possible. We were all asking if there was a short cut or a way to get to the end of the trip sooner. Our guide did the best he could, but we feel completely cheated in a full day of our weekend, as well as having to pay a lot of money for such a terrible, miserable experience. When I contacted the Manager, he could not have been more apathetic of our experience and of their terrible customer service; adding even more frustration and regret. He said we should have been the ones to know how cold it was going to feel and should have asked for wetsuits. And that it should have been obvious that there would not be any rapids. Um, why are you calling it a WhiteWater RAPIDS Experience?! This company is a scam.

We were first time white water rafters and did the canyon run with class 3 sections. Our guide Nate was great! Gave us a rundown on safety before gettinf into the river and was also giving us detail on some of the sections of the river and scenery. We failed at the bridge game, your guide will tell you more about it, but would have done a 2nd run if they had another knee avaialable. Can't wait to come back!

We had one heck of an Adventure with our guide Sean today. A lot of great Rapids and a great experience. Would highly recommend doing the longer trip (18 miles) and get ready for a wild ride!

The weather was perfect, water was great with fair amount of wildlife even at the end of the season, and our guide was great! I didn't have any experience and the family had very moderate previous experience, but we all had a lot of fun.

Absolutely loved the river float in Gardiner. It was a great family friendly activity from ages 75 to 35 yrs. Great afternoon. Was easy to book online. Adelaide was a great tour guide and even allowed my sister to paddle .

Had an awesome time. Our guide Micah (hope i spelled it right) was great. From the moment we arrived everyone was so nice and helpful. We did the paddle and ride combo. I would definitely do it again.

i went with my wife and friends to yellowstone national park and wanted some adventure in the trip so we thought of doing rafting. It was great fun with these guys. Patrick the owner is a fun loving person, clicked some superb shots for us and Jack was the guide, life saver ;). jack can swim like a fish and he is great.
rafting was too much fun. there was a level 3 rapid too which made it more adventurous.
we loved there company and would definitely l recommend it to everyone. We discussed with Jack that we will go to the camp later in the eve and do camp fire and we are short of woods, Patrick & Jack was so helpful that the even gave us wood for our campfire.

Dani Dame - yes that s her real name - was our cool AF girl guide who got our crazy family down the river safely, hilariously, and with a lifetime of memories!

This is a MUST do during your trip to YNP! Don t waste your money on another outfitter! These guys have permits to go farther down river than their competitors so the value is better- the rapids are wilder and guides are fantastic!

They even offer free wetsuits if you re a sissy! Go bold, go cold, go Paradise Adventure Company! And ask for Dani!

Amazing Awesome Adventure! Triple A Score!
This is the way to experience the Yellowstone River. Patrick and Sarah have a superb rafting experience lined up for you. They are so very accommodating and friendly. They have assembled a superb staff, keen on safety, and BIG on adventure. Our guide was amazing. I'll admit, I was a bit nervous about going on the trip, but our guide Craig set our minds at ease, and gave us brilliant historical and geological information on the trip. Had a chance to visit with most of the other guides before and after the trip, and they are all experienced, informed and most of all excited and enthused about taking people rafting. I had no idea what to do, but our guide gave us clear instructions, and it was so fun and easy to scoot down the river. The river was really up with all the snow melt, but Craig kept us on track, and we just moved along and had a fantastic time. I thought it would be a grueling thing to paddle, but no, it was actually quite easy, and good fun. Craig would tell us when and how to paddle and encouraged us the whole time. If you think its hard, its not, just a bit of paddling, and off you go. The water was refreshing, and our group and the family that was with us had a great time. Don't worry about taking photos (you are too busy looking at everything) Patrick will have some great photos for you when you get back, so you can remember your journey (not that you would need them, because it is an unforgettable experience to be sure).
