Nieuwenhuis Buitenleven has placed a very beautiful Veranda with us. Everything was discussed well in advance and the assembly team consisted of two top thinkers who thought well. A 'standard' garden cover was not a solution in our garden, due to oblique boundaries and a shed that had to be integrated into the cover. Buitenleven was one of the few who saw this as a challenge and not only came up with an entirely reasonable offer, but also realized the roof perfectly and with a lot of craftsmanship.
Sometimes things don't go as agreed or expected at Buitenleven, but after a good conversation these folds were also neatly smoothed out.

Last week with my husband to look for a garden room (conservatory). Nice showroom, but after walking around for 20 minutes staff who didn't say hello and only looked at us sheepishly from the coffee room decided to look elsewhere. We just did not feel welcome. And that often promises little good in terms of service. Ps: passed a garden room that same afternoon! Not with outdoor living, but with a company where we were also helped! Always nice.
