Management at Weatherstone Apartments does their best to make sure the residents are taken care of no matter what the issue may be. They are friendly and approachable.

Since the Monroe Group has taken over Sleepy Hollow I have had nothing but fantastic experiences.... Kathleen Thomas treated me with the upmost respect... she listens to you issues and does everything in her power to solve it... Kim is also out to help and lend with anything needed... and the receptionist Cheryl she is simple amazing .. I hat to meet with Kathleen and she keep my grandson with her and played with him showered him with all kinds of attention... even gave him colored pencils... red ones his favorite... every single time I need to go to the office it s always a pleasure .. Monroe group you have the best office staff I have ever dealt with ... and I have been here on and off for 39 yrs... thanks for all the changes...the apartments are just beautiful... you all have out done yourselves... Kathleen goes above and beyond....cannot thank you enough!!!

I've been here at Brooks Manor apts in W. Columbia , Tx for 7+ years. I've seen a few owners and managers come in that time frame. I'm very happy with our manager. She gets the job done. She's very personable and treats all residents with the same respect she wants to be treated with.
Monroe Group has been very nice to us here. They really care about our needs.

The management at Weatherstone Apartments is amazing and they go beyond the call of duty by organizing events for the kids to enjoy for holidays or just to bring the community together. As for The maintenance people they are also good & take care of issues in a timely manner and try to keep the grounds clean from trash. Most importantly the management and staff care about their tenants and don't pass judgement.

Never had a problem with the property I stayed on but the corporate office is not professional. I been calling for over a week or so..no one ever answers the phone. It's been over 30 days I yet to receive my deposit back which I was told it has to come from corporate office. This is so unprofessional I am upset

I've been at Wilderness Trail for 10 years. The staff have been good and helpful to me. Anything that I ask to be fixed gets fixed. The building is always clean and looks up to date.

We service the Wilderness Trail Manor in Kentucky for their pest control needs. This property is one of the cleanest and well maintained properties that we service. The manager Jamie and her staffs, and the maintenance technician Craig are always friendly and professional.

Its very nice to see you have good reviews. Let me tell you about the property in Greenville SC KNOWN AS BELLE MEADE APARTMENTS. FOR ONE VERNICE IS THE MANAGER SHE HAS A NASTY SOUL NASTY ATTITUDE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS OUT HERE WHATS SO EVER. I TRY NOT TO GO ON AND ON BUT I WILL SPEAK UP. NOT SCARED. FOR ONE WE HAD A MAJOR ISSUE WITH MOLD AND MILDEW AFTEE TRYING TO GET HELP AND BASICALLY TELLING ME I WASNT TELLING THE TRUTH THE FINALLY MOVED US TO HOTELS AND STILL HAS NOT DONE THEY PROPER JOB OF FIXING THE ISSUE AT ALL. ALSO TO MENTION MONDAY EILL BE THE FIRST STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A UTILITY CHECK. VERNICE DONT CARE ITS ALREADY A PANADEMIC SO THE UTLITIY CHECKS COME IN HAND SO OUR LIGHT BILLS CAN BE PAID. THEN AGAIN LIKE I SAID VERNICE DONT CARE. PEOPLE OUT HERE WITH KIDS EVERY SINCE THEY CAME AND TOOK OVER . THEY TOOK THE BASKETBALL GOAL PUT UP A PARK THAT THE KIDS CANT EVEN PLAY IN. AND THIS WAS WAY BEFORE COVID START HITTING. THEY CANT EVEN KEEP A SECURITY GUARD OUT HERR FOR CRYING SAKE

I decided to write a review because I have been living in a Monroe property called Georgetown Square Apartments in Georgetown, TX and have had an amazing experience here. This is one of the most well kept apartment complexes I've ever lived in. It is always clean and well maintained. This is definitely due to their manager, Arlene. She is on point with everything from needing repairs done to paperwork etc. She is so on top of things which is new to me in comparison to other places I've lived. It's nice to live somewhere clean and safe. The maintenance man, Gary, is so professional and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend living here

I was in danger of losing my apartment do to employment loss and I was able to communicate with the office and the management woorked with me to give me the time i need and also was able to reduce my rent to an affordable price while i am in between jobs. They where very understanding and easy to work with to figure out my situation. Thank You for all the help.
