Great customer service, EJ McCormick was the person I dealt with. EJ was very professional and courteous. I took my Ram in for some recalls and EJ was great at scheduling a time that fit my needs, I never felt in any way he was trying to fit the needs of the dealership. I also had some other issues taken care of at the time. Everything was corrected and EJ communicated throughout the day with me several times with the progress. Couldn t ask for a better experience.
