I submitted an online request for information on a car. They contacted me, I emailed them back and then...crickets! I got follow up emails THREE DAYS LATER asking if I was satisfied and if the sales person had gotten all my questions answered. AND THEY DID THAT TWICE!! The second email even referenced the name of the sales person so I know they had all the information! Needless to say I bought a new car someplace else. The store might be called a "Super store!" but their customer service and attentiveness...is 100% not.
Update: I posted this same review on their Facebook page. They responded that I need to check my spam mail because they emailed me several times. AND ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW!! I had already emailed them and showed them the response I had sent to the sales person. And you can see above that I got their emails asking if Jamee had answered all my questions. So they are saying the treason must be I got all their emails before and after, but the email where the guy actually tried to help me I somehow mysteriously didn t get?! Ha! Awesome. I think this tells you exactly the kind of customer service you are going to get!
