Management lamentable at the head of the customer, pressure, unhealthy cronyism, misplaced familiarity, amateurism, 3/4 of managers are incompetent notorious. The helpers then it is the disaster between those who can not read or write and the false intellectuals this society is a caricature of the world of work: Small grotesque frames with a pitiful life who give themselves great airs and incompetent men who take themselves for lords really I advise sensitive souls of many factions of dismissals without real reasons and especially denounce nothing when you know the abuse you risk the door illico! I opened a claim file on 08/30/20 for a file for which the processing time must not exceed 12 days, on 09/15 I re-launch and I am told that we will relaunch the manager, on 16 / 09 I am being asked for a doct that I had already provided but I joined it in the file, on 22/09 I received the same email asking me for the same document already attached in 3 copies in my file !! I call back and the person at such tells me that I must wait for a new relaunch from the manager, replying that I did not yet expect to wait 10 days she agrees to put a message saying that the docts have already been sent for that the manager reminds me. I am alone with a child and a large amount of leave, what a shame to drag out the files in length I will not recommend this insurance and will take the necessary steps if it does not respect its contract and the announced deadlines!

Absolutely horrific company. It has been the worst experience of my life! Whatever you do don t get an insurance from them. They don t reply to emails, the customer service is incabable of communicating with other departments. They won t even reply to my request to cancel my contract, not to speak of my complaint about the awful service. I was travelling for one month, and they couldn t confirm to me that I had insurance until the day after I returned from my travel. All because of them having a bug in their system so my payment wouldn t go through. They kept saying I my trip will be covered provided that I pay. But I was not in control of the payment. I had given them a SEPA mandate and they had confirmed multiple times that they had received it, but it took them one year and one month to activate it!!!!! Unbelievable!!! I was terrified that something would happen during my trip and they would refuse to pay for it. Luckily for me nothing big happened, but the emotional stress was bad... Ruined my trip. I had to block future payments through my bank because they can t reply to my cancellation request. And they don t take cancellations per phone. It s the most unprofessional company I ve ever come across.

Another dodgy scam insurance company. Had full car insurance and wouldn't pay the claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
